Tried renting. Worst experience. Took deposit just to keep asking and asking for more after given what was asked for . Very unprofessional here after someone called to argue with me on the phone while Im at work

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is great esthetically but as far as management and customer service they are hands down the worst i have ever delt with by far. Rudest, most hateful management out there except for the front desk lady she is very polite and very nice to everyone she deals with and handles business with the upmost professionalism. And the maintenance guys are awesome but the actual management is a word that i cant say on here.

This was a nice place to live till the manager is so arrogant and really rude can bearly walk they need to stop putting old people as managers cause they have had really bad attitude they don’t interact with the residents they feel like they own the place and have no matters at all the rent goes up and up it feels like we are prisoners not to be called a home like before stay away from this community they pretend to be nice but then it’s a pain in the head not to called another name the maintenance works are really nice and the lady upfront too but the managers are really rude feels they don’t like there job they should retired and leave the community

I dont know about the reviews with the managers two years ago but theyre gone now. The managers now are very nice and reasonable. Its a quiet community and a great safe place to live.

Nice community but horrible management the manager has really bad temper was screaming to one of my neighbors saying really bad stuff not to mention passes everyday and stop at their home creepy manager feels like we don’t have any privacy the only good thing they did is fix the holes on the street but beside that it’s horrible customer service need corporate office

My grandma has been living here for 21 years & she used to love it but now doesn’t care for the new management. They raise her rent, need her to mow the lawn when there’s really no grass or else they will have her pay $50 if they send someone else to do it. Which $50 is a lot since she barely has any property. Used to be spacious but now there’s homes everywhere & the neighborhood looks very cluttered. & they because of this new sticker policy thing they tow your vehicle if you’re barely parked on grass or street or if you are just visiting & do not have the sticker.

Ive lived here 18 yrs. The managers we have now do a very professional job. This park has a lot of trees which makes it look so pretty.

I have lived here 17 years this used to be a quiet neighborhood but now we have to many cars and trucks that have loud mufflers it is very disturbing, I wish the management would do something about it. I miss how it use to be.

I have 13 months of renters credit from living in an apartment for the first time in 27 years. I had a house for 26 years didnt rent for over 30. But since my credit history from past payday advances and too many past creditors looking at my credit when applying for an apartment. WTH Leasing Staff was rude. She would definitely be better suited for a drill sergeant position rather than a leasing agent.

These people are crooks they charge you water and utilities when your not even connected to their lines sold them my house after they got the bill of sale they filed an eviction to damage my rental history for the next 7 years they also pick and choose who has what rules that need to be followed not to mention about half of their 5 reviews are from staff and their family that live on property stay far away from this property and the person that posted below my review is 100% correct they do tow cars that are parked ever so slightly parked on the grass. There are stickers for resident cars so dont let the managers comments decive anyone

The new managers and staff are friendly and very engaging with the community. From holding potluck dinners, pool parties, and snow cones for the kids at the clubhouse they are hard at work turning around the atmosphere of the community. We are truly glad to have them here and hope anyone looking for a new place to call home will check out Redwood Estates. We have lived here for more than 5 years and love it. Quite neighborhood with awesome neighbors.

Lived here for about 6 years now. Finally came to there senses and now allow big dogs. Manager needs to allow us to put flotation devices in the nicely kept swimming pool. Id even be willing to pay for a permit to be allowed to bring my donut into the pool. Change that and I will change rating to 5 stars.UPDATE: Large dogs are no longer allowed in the park. #reallystupidbutwhatever. On a positive note, they finally did what they promised they were going to do years ago; they are repaving the streets. I give them kudos for that. Now that I know my lot rent is actually being used to make our community look better, they will keep their 4 star rating for now. When they allow non aggressive large dogs into the park again, I will give 5 stars.

Family live here Need a street repairs all thur. Hate the holes

I lived there for almost 32 years , Im disabled and my brother has a pacemaker and we lost our home that was paid off back in 2003. We didnt have the money to move it10,000 dollars for a dbl wideTrailer house. . Plus the manger stolen most of my yard equipment and all my tools.And what was left rises it up in the front bowl of the backhoe and drops it on the ground braking it.

Its a nice little quiet community! Enjoyed our time visiting friends there.

Im glad to hear Im not the only one not liking the new management. They really do treat people so disrespectful!! The park use to be a really nice place to live in now is just horrible plus the lot rent is getting higher and higher totally not worth it.

GPS guided me through Redwood Estates without a problem. Everything looked clean, mowed and orderly. I visited my friend and they like living there very much.

Management is rude and speak to residents in a disrespectful manner. They continue to say they are trying to clean up the park, which is a good thing, however you should begin by having positive interactions with residents. Constantly harassed over vehicle parking, yet some residents have had cars parked for months with flats and no issue. Communication with office staff is horrendous. Have called all different times during business hours, but dont get calls or voice mails answered. Have had two incidences where managers husband has spoken to myself and family in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. Unable to locate corporate information on website to file a complaint.

New management is appalling! they employ illegal towing, unfriendly office hours, they are rude and arrogant -totally not qualified to work in customer service positions! they dont treat the residents like respected homeowners, more like prisoners!!

Just saying, the managers are very rude and controlling people. Theyve also upped my friends lotpayment three times in the past six months. The problem? Hes lived here 20 years, and all of a sudden he cant afford it.
