I have been a resident at Hidden Oaks For almost 2 years now and it has been a very good experience. If you haven’t seen the inside of the new updated mobile homes then please throw out all your preconceived ideas and check them out! Absolutely beautiful inside!! Definitely a HUGE upgrade from apartment living and at a very reasonable price! The property management really keeps things clean and running smoothly! They are friendly and helpful! Maintenance takes care of business and gets repairs done in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and family oriented! This is a great place to live I highly recommend it !

I almost complete a year living here & I absolutely love it. No repairs have been needed since Ive lived here. The community is very nice & property management does a great job on keep this place clean. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Very nice community and its always kept clean with a lot of friendly people living there. The front office makes sure they are helpful & the maintenance staff is great at what they do. Also a plus... its very convenient and has easy access to most freeways.

I am a new resident to this community. Becca and her staff are on top of things. It’s a good feeling to know that any neighbor and neighborhood concerns as well as my needs are met immediately. I am very happy of the choice I made moving to this community.

I have been living here for the past seven years without any issues.. The management and staff have responded to the things that I need in a timely fashion. The park itself is relatively quiet. There are officers that patrol around on occasion but, I don’t think they are part of the community. It’s good to see them in the area. I can recommend staying here for sure. The trailers are good and the rents reasonable. They have a rent to own program and Mrs Battles has been extremely helpful in getting all my paperwork finished now that I own my trailer!

The park roads are horrific. One home looks like something out of a Stephen king horror film. How can the park owners let such an eyesore exist in the park? Time to clean the place up. Not the only park in town.
