Nice neighborhood to live in. Quiet and peaceful. Very good management and maintenance. Overall very pleased to be a part of the neighborhood.

Or youre not allowed to put a fence up even if you even if you buy your mobile no fence at all you have dogs that run wild because people wont use a leash. You have to park on the street because we cant get driveways only a few fortunate certain ethnic people can have driveways

Place has an awsome lake available to the residents.

Not only has the staff been friendly, they have helped me out tremendously! Having moved out on my own recently, the staff, especially Edgar the community manager, has helped show me the process on how things work when moving out. The fact that he has taken the time to help someone out like me is just awesome! The maintaince crew has also been a huge blessing! They are always friendly and always do the best they can, they are extremely flexible with what your needs are and on how they can serve you. also the view of the lake is just amazing! A good spot to look at for anyone searching for something to rent or for someone looking to buy a home.

Been living at this community for about 7 yrs now and I can tell those willing to listen that children are a burden. Cars will be towed for no good reason. Anything visible other than yard decor (including bikes) in your yard will have your door overwhelmed with please remove notices. Recently management has changed from an incredible manager that did what he could to help his residents rather than hurt them to a manager that is here to push the ones that have been here for so long away.

The stars lined up when we found this place. Ive always thought owning a home with my credit score of 550 was a pipe dream. But i was wrong. yes we had to take out a small loan to get the 20% down, but the mortgage is only for 10yrs. Every time there was a problem with the house they have always came and fixed it promptly. For example. it was super hot in august and there were no fans in the house. they put one in every room and did it for free. My white dishwasher did not work they ordered me a new black one. and it came in still wrapped from the factory. BRAND NEW. They bought and installed a new storm door. Fixed a leak on the roof. installed a water line to my new refrigerator. And so much more. I can not be more pleased with el lago. There is a boat launch and a boat dock on the property. And i fish alot now i can walk to the lake anytime i want.

Please do not make the mistake of moving in here. I truly regret it. At first everything seems perfect untill you actually move in. That’s when all the issues start coming up. Maintance definetely does not exist. Things are not getting done when it comes to having issues that have to be fixed by the property. The girl working is pretty nice but that guy GOT TO GO. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I love this place. It has felt like home since the day we moved. Not just a house but a home and the staff is one of the main reason for that. I hope to stay for as long as they will have me. Lol

The worst place I have ever rented from. Our fixtures on our tub was old and needed to be changed out. The took it apart then told me that they had to order parts and would be back in a couple days. The left the old parts and their tools all over the bathroom. It took three months to get them back in to finish the job. when we put our deposit down their were stab holes in the walls from a knife that we were told would be fixed before we moved in. They never wore. maintenence is suppose to come every month to replace light bulbs, air filter, and check for leaks. Ive been here 7 months and this has never happened. They leave eviction notices on your door before rent is even due. Terrible place. Do not move here.

Been here for 10 and so far so good anything that needs to be fixed is done right awaya! It’s a nice and clean community the lake view is the best part of all.

The lake is the best part about this place. But the trailer itself has many problems, including a bad roach and wasp/yellow jacket infestation that they do not fix. I have been asking them to come fix my screen door for 3 months to no avail. They cancelled the trash service one week so we didnt have garbage bins during that time and they did not inform anyone. So, it was a huge surprise to me when they charged me a late fee for owing $33. I wish I can impose fees on them for not doing their job. They never answer the phone in the office so you have to go inside and talk to them about whatever you need. Recently we got a new manager so I thought things would change. The only thing that did change was that he told me he is making sure to impose late fees. LOL This is just another company in the matrix that will consistently impose fees but provide bad customer service. There are few street lights inside the community so it is very dark and to top off everything my husbands car was broken into and his speakers stolen. One thing I also thought was the lake on this side was for us but I see ppl who dont live here coming inside all the time to fish. There is no security here. They need to hire security, improve lighting, be prompt about maintenance requests, and tackle the bad infestation problem before they impose late fees. My neighbor across the street told me her dishwasher has been broke for over a year and they have yet to replace it.

I’ve lived at El Lago I for 8 months. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is rarely in office and Edgar will tell you they’ve been on their lunch break. Lunch breaks aren’t all day. No one answers the phone. Unless your buying the house with them. Edgar is flat out rude, if you come to him with something that needs to be fixed, prepare to wait months for it to be fixed . They put a sink faucet in my garden tub and it was never fixed by maintenance. My husband actually ended up fixing it. Infestations of ants are awful, prepare to live with them or constantly bomb your house. I believe they live under the house. My AC has been fixed a few times, it needs to be replaced. It constantly goes out and takes Edgar weeks to months to fix it. The number they give you for maintenance after hours, no one ever answers that phone eiryher. Leave a voicemail we will get back to you in a few weeks. My water was off for a week due to a major leak. Your charged mowing fees constantly and we pay outside people to mow. I had a random pet fee on my rent bill. We don’t have pets. The manager did cut the balance off my next bill, but it should not have been there in the first place and they wouldn’t have caught it if I hadn’t come up there a few times. After they finish fixing something, they ask you to put a review on google or the fb review. Like I said they’re never there. When you confront that they are not there, he states their on lunch breaks or on site when he tells you he will be there until a certain time and no one is there. He says to leave voicemails and emails and I’ve done that before and it takes awhile before they come to you with the exception of Corrine, she is nice and will get back to you. I learned to come to her if you have maintenance problems or an issue. She needs to be the manager. Most places have someone in the office, this place does not. And if your a truck driver, don’t park here, they will tow you. From the beginning it was a mess. The house they show you when applying is actually a show house, it is not for rent and it’s much nicer than the actual trailers for rent. So Edgar reels you in and then says that house has been taken already. After he’s taken the 1400 down deposit for a two bedroom trailer. It is still on the El Lago site for rent as of today and has been since we’ve moved in. Corrupt. Corrine should be the manager, she is great, if she is scheduled to work. And the pool closes early August and it takes awhile to get a key for the lake boat entrance!Edgar told me today to leave if I didn’t like it here. We will. If your looking for a trailer in August, my ant infested, broken down trailer will be available!

Worst property management ever! If you like having you vehicles towed out of your own driveway that you are paying for with no one contacting you as to why beforehand, if you like having your lawn mowed and then charged for it a mere day after mowing it yourself, and if you just love getting threatening eviction notices taped to your front door the morning it is due even when you have never once been late..... like never once in 9 years of renting here! Then this is the place for you!This is the worst kind of parasitic property management here Ive ever experienced! Avoid like the plague!
