Very well kept always clean lots

This is the crappiest place to live. All they care about is money. The people running the place are racist towards white people. They only pick on us for everything. We cant park in the street or we get towed. But all the Hispanics living there can.

The lot rent is kind of high for a used MH, $425! For that price, I think it should look nicer! They should do something about other ugly mobile homes around here that look like theyre coming apart or at least the skirting because it makes the neighborhood look ugly. You cant have your kids toys outside, I got a letter from them saying that I needed to get the toys or they would take them or clean the yard and charge me for it, but it was just a few toys!! But I guess thats ok. They also said youre only allowed to have certain things outside like a grill, table and a few chairs. I wanted a swing for my kids and I guess Im not going to be able to. I see other people complaining about them charging you more, dont pay late and you wont have problems!!! I havent had a problem with that because I always pay on time. The guy they send to fix whatever is broken when you first get your home doesnt know how to do his job right, or maybe he does but doesnt want to do it right, hes always in a hurry! One day he came to install a new toilet and the next day it started leaking and he had to come fix it another day, then he was supposed to come replace the main door because the other was broken and he damaged the new one from the bottom part because he didnt level it right or whatever, so my husband had to fix it himself and said he could have avoided that if he did it the right way, then that guy said he was going to bring something else so the glass door wouldnt shut so hard ( I dont know what its called ) but he never came! I think he got mad because I told the lady in the office that he didnt show up when she said he would. He was a really nice guy though! The only problem is that he doesnt do anything right! Not one single thing because hes in a hurry and does a horrible job cus of that. The lady in the office is a nice lady and her mother too, shes always there helping her with her beautiful baby boy, but sometimes the young lady is in a bad mood and sometimes she smiles at you and sometimes she looks so mad, I think because of all the stress! Oh! I almost forgot, after you start living there, or after your down payment I think, you ONLY have 30 days to tell them whats broken, whats not working and stuff like that, so make sure you really make sure everything works perfectly lol because after that youre screwed. One last thing, always, always, always keep your receipt for what you pay, that way you have proof you payed them if something happens and they say you didnt. Good luck.

Been leaving here for 1 year already the mobile home I purchase did not came with a store room I was told it was going to be up in a couple of months because the workers were busy building a new office Ive waited a year already for the store room to be put up Ive being trying to contact the owner of the property to let them know about the issue I have they said he was going to call me its being a month and Im still waiting for that phone call its ridiculous . I needed badly because if I dnt cut my grass they will charge me 50 dls extra for them to cut it so we had to purchase a grass machine we cant leave it outside because anything that we leave outside the house gets stolen so we had to use one of the rooms in my home but it has being smelling like gasoline I cant leave like that I have a 4 year old girl and Im pregnant I cant leave in that inviorment at all I dnt know what to do or tell them I lost my patience already I just need them to take care of something that should of already been there .they did not wait for me to pay the down payment a year so why should I wait for something that should of already been there . They are just so careless I need to talk to the owners asap.

Love this place it calm and chill place

These ladys are not experienced enough and will do anything to get money out of your pocket, i would not reffer them any where. Got a notification that we have to pay 165 for non payment of rent, when we already paid. Really wish I could have the owners number to let him know, this is ridiculous.
