I do not live here. We have been looking to move recently and thought about this community. However, the office staff does not answer or return calls. I even left a message asking them to at least let me know if they dont have any available homes. I called a few times, and at different times of the day taking into consideration the current situation with Covid-19. So, obviously we are no longer considering this community due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism of office staff.

No swimming in the lake and its hard to get to.

I live here... The BEST MHP in the area or we surely would not live here.

We have just been informed that Lake Arlington Ranch MHP is switching insurance companies. After speaking to Amanda the property manager, she said that this was being done at the request of ownership and investors. She also said this insurance was going to cost LAR more money, which from my perspective makes no sense from a business stand point. As you are now losing money. We were also informed that because of this cost increasing decision that the $900 trampoline we purchased for our children for Christmas has to be removed from the property. Until I can be given a satisfactory reason for this decision, I will be writing every day. This is a sick thing to do children. I do not recommend anyone looking for a family friendly place to live, because here family does not come first.

Neighbors we have are friendly and always watching out for you. Nicely kept and homey atmosphere. They have rules that most would want within their neighborhood. Would give 5 stars if speeding down entrance road would be made to slow down. 2 speed bumps are NOT working after people get past 2nd bump !

This park would be so nice if the management would stop thinking about unnecessary things and concentrate on whats really important. There are so many dumb rules that make no sense. They are trying to run it like a prison. Forget about owning any animals...they make it impossible to do so. Do yourself a favor and find someplace more welcoming and that actually think about their residents.

Looked like a pleasant place to live, but i only drove by it on my way to work for about to years.

Ive lived here nearly 11 years now. Ive seen this place go through several managers but I have to say that Amanda and her assistant manager Tracey along with Victor are doing a wonderful job of running he place. Be never been happier living here.Its family friendly and I love how management try to keep it that way by slowing down. They lowered the speed limit and even put in a new playground.Great place to live!!

Good place

Have lived here 5 years now, and most everyone we have met is very nice, keeps to themselves. They are a bit erratic on the rules, not necessarily enforcing them equally.The management staff has been extremely helpful in situations that weve needed them. There has been a rash of small burglaries and such - mostly from El Lagos down the street. Its a gated community, although it wont keep everyone out. Especially those on foot. But security has been tightened up a bit in the last couple months. Im never in fear in our neighborhood.Lots of people have lived here for several years, and take a great deal of pride in their homes. The streets are well kept. And they are planting trees along the lakeside.Homes do go fast when there is an opening. So keep a look out for the signs when youre in the area. Overall, as far as a mobile home park within the city goes, it doesnt get much better than LAR! Country feel in the middle of the city.

Living in this place is like being in prison. They dictate everything about how you live and wanna charge an arm and a leg for it. If you move there dont plan on having any pets either, theyll end up getting shot and killed.

Go ahead and live there if you want to be lied too and sold a moldy house, and continuously harassed after you move. Somebody needs to report these people. Seriously. Mold is toxic and dangerous to children and i know for a fact a new family with small children are living in the same unfixed moldy home i left screaming from. It really is a disgusting act against fellow man kind. My old neighbor baby sits for me now, and today i was chased down and harassed for speeding, this woman has no speed gun. She saw me and wanted to be rude. I stopped at a stop sign for a full minute at least while i checked my phone . We need news 8 to investigate!

I spoke with Tracy this morning and she was so helpful. There is not any homes available right now, but she will contact me as soon as one becomes available. You should stop by and look at LAR, its so beautiful and clean. I cant wait to be apart of the community soon. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!Kind Regards- Kayla D. :)Update: 06/28/16 Im so excited. WE got approved and Amanda has been working with us from the start. LAR already feels like home and we havent even picked our home out yet. I loved it grow up in a blue house and my dad recreate the baron, and we had a huge Halloween party with tombstones and a lot of other thing 2 .You may remember me Samantha Steadman I was only 6 or 7 I was a girlscowt my mom Peggy was the manger there 4 a little while and my dad thomes was a mantes man for the property we had a little dog and now im 13 telling you that LAR had such a good impacted on me wen im older I hope to live there in the same house that I grow up in to have my family ............love FROM Samantha :)
