I visited this community a month ago. It has a new property manager who is placing new trailers and removing the older ones. The area is very clean, quiet and safe. Consider a visit and see for yourself! You might also call it home......

Excellent food and service from this authentic Italian restaurant and carry out. Dont miss the chicken marsala...the BEST ever!

Very quiet place to live & the office manager Linda is very nice and does her best to do things right to get the park back into order.

I guess if your looking for getting what you pay for than your good. But the people here are rude. The trailers are trashy. Over all it sucks to live here.

Well, I dont know anything about this place. Never can get anyone to answer the phone and the office is always closed!Looks like a clean park.

Slum lord kings. Floors that have holes go unfixed. AC does not work much of the time. Their own water waste drains into the creek that smells of sewage in the warm months. Possums and rats all over. A bad spot in a nice part of town.

Great place to live good neighbors

The owner is absentee living out west & the manager is a SLEEZE. Grounds & roads barely kept up & trees ignored. Theres a lawsuit waiting to happen on one good wind.
