This was our 10th visit to the resort. Magical place. There are three buildings in the complex: Alcazar - for those who enjoy a quite stay, especially at nights; Worthington - this is a main building with reception and a large pool where happy hour takes place every Saturday between 14-16; and Villa Venice - a bit on a posh side with a large hot tub. Regardless which building you stay in you can freely walk around the entire complex. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice and affordable (two blocks from beach) gay hotel. In a perfect place, with professional staff and nice appointed rooms (no luxury but clean and nice). Pool party on Saturdays are the best.

It was very quiet in Alcazar. The pool is quite lovely. The staff was very detail and was there when u have a request.

Very nice resort with a nice staff. Very friendly and welcoming place. Upgrades are happening to the rooms in the Alcazar resort. Three pools and two spas to choose from and a nice albeit small daily breakfast.

Weve been visiting for many years and have always been treated with dignity and respect, even during challenging situations. The staff, everyone from management, cleaning crew to maintainance always performed their job with finesse and efficiency. We have never been disatisfied with our stays at their family of resorts, I certainly hope the trend continues.

Great vibe

Clean rooms, great staff and location. Rooms are very spacious. Three pools are about the resort, only open sun rise to sun set. Surprised no bar at the resort complex. Restaurant is a small quick serve open limited hours, not for dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere and enjoyed our visit. Very busy at the cafe so took a little while for food order. I really enjoyed that all three resorts are easily accessible. I look forward to my next visit.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here multiple times and we end up extending our stay every time. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The Happy Hour on Saturdays is a blast. The views around the pool area are usually pretty nice to look at too.

My husband and I have stayed here many times and wont stay anywhere else, made that mistake last time. Awesome, professional and friendly staff. Visiting for our 1yr anniversary November 15th. Looking forward to the awesome service and relaxation. Beach, resturaunts and shopping very close. I cant say enough about the awesome staff and how they always take such good care of us when we visit....thanks guys. It means a lot.

Great place thats kept clean and sanitized, short walk to beach, three pools, 2 hot tubs, friendly staff and a continental style breakfast at 8am. Gym was closed due to covid-19. Will go again!
