This place was the perfect getaway! For us this was a staycation with our kids. Ron could not have been any nicer in making sure our travel plans were secure and in place and they really took precautions to ensure cleanliness. Location was perfect a block from the beach. I actually did work from the balcony with a great view of the ocean. The restaurant and tiki bar are closed but pool and jacuzzi open with person limitation. Would definitely stay here again!

During these times of uncertainty and pandemic, the importance of customer service takes a whole new meaning. The staff at this property is always helpful, hands on, and willing to go above and beyond to provide whatever information or assistance you may need. Patrick at the front desk seems to be the quintessential Front Desk agent; his willingness to assist should be the standard in Hospitality. Definitely recommend as the location, service and maintenance of the property to make guests feel safe is excellent.

Good hotel with a convenient location, a nice pool, and jacuzzi. We were lucky, they gave us a room on the 14 floor with a fabulous ocean view. Ill recommend this hotel.

We stayed this location in August 2020. Every hotel needs an Iris to represent their business. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were meet. The hotel followed a stringent protocol to adhere to the current pandemic. This is a beautiful beach resort with an awesome staff. You must dine at the hotel restaurant, Lona. Exceptional food and service. The best passion fruit margarita around.

Staff was mostly friendly and eager to please. Price was fairly reasonable too. Internet service was spotty at best. I am a college student on top of everything else in my life going on and this vacation. The internet cut out on me in the middle of a very important Zoom call... for an exam. The business center computers and printer do not work appropriately either. So dont expect to be able to utilize it and print. Continuous glitching, and wont even load its own home page. They have restrictions on the pool and occupancy amount, so it was almost impossible to take the kids swimming at times. The hot-tub was listed as out of order, but seemed to be more due to the lack of cleaning and maintenance than anything. Also it is on the uppermost sun deck and the deck is hotter than the tub water itself!! It WILL burn you. The location of the resort is nice, just a few minutes walk from the ocean beachfront, so that is always an option if you dont have weather anomalies. There is a little Mart opening just the other side of the road, where you are able to find needed supplies at a FL reasonable price. The owner/operator is a kind man with a little boy. That alone made the location a large benefit. You can clearly see out to the beach from the west side rooms, so the view is decent from my current room. I cannot vouch for the other side. Parking was easily accessible, but that could largely be due to the fact that occupancy was not at a peak. Overall not a horrible experience, just a few inconsistencies and minor inconveniences. I would recommend them if you do not mind any of the above mentioned problems.

Very few people there. Everything was clean. They have a small pool but it was still good to get in. Bed was nice and big with no indentations. Nice and firm with a nice ocean veiw. Very sweet workers. It was a nice stay.

Booked this Resort through my vacation home for one week to celebrate my birthday. Originally requested an ocean view 3 days prior to check in once we arrived the manager said that no Ocean view was available. The first night here we were invaded by roaches in the kitchen. The next morning I called the front desk and a man came to the room with a spray can. The same day we were moved to an ocean view room. The manager started they are remodeling Very disappointed stay.

Convenient location near the beach, public transportation, shops and lots of good restaurants. Units are nice, with all necessary amenities. Livingroom furniture needs some cleaning.

Every staff member was upkeep and very well trained on customer service. Cant say anything bad about this place. Few steps to the beach, pool closed at 11 pm and good restaurants around the area.

Nice but wish they had regular soft white bulbs instead of daylight color bulbs and it would be nice if they had electric vehicle charging in the upper garage.

We visited in January 2020. We brought our kids with us. While this place has a pool and great access to the beach, it may be more comfortable for those without children. They met all our needs, we enjoyed the pool, our rooms, and had no issues with check in or out.The staff was awesome and both the drinks and food was great! The weather was perfect!

Not a very good place to stay. Room decor is very old, it was clean but furniture was a little too gross to sit on. I know with Covid still happening, the restaurant was closed and so was the bar at the pool. Therefore we always had to leave the hotel to eat. The staff at front desk wasnt to helpful when it came to suggesting good place to eat. If I owned a time share at this property I would not be happy.

Its simple, old furniture but is very clean, spacious and have an excellent location just one block from the beach. Good shower (strong water pressure), comfortable bed!

Nice resort. The rooms were very big and spacious.

Staff was courteous. Maintenance came to help w Netflix and noticed our television was 32 inch and brought us a 42 inch a few minutes later. They came also to fix dishwasher. Very prompt and professional. Elevator is what caused me not to give a 5 star. Very slow with only one running the entire visit. Location is awesome approximately a block away from the beach and short 5 min walk to the water taxi.

For the price, this meets expectations. Rooms are dated but clean. Pool is small but well kept. Restaurant just serves sandwiches, but there is a small bar. Location is good though, only 1 block from the beach, and there are several very good restaurants between the hotel and the beach. We havent found a restaurant that wasnt good that was within walking distance.It has a pay to use laundry room ($3 to wash and dry when we were there)

We visited the place in July 2020 during Florida has the highest levels of Covid19. I was very impressed with their cleaning protocols. The sanitizer are available for guests by the elevators at every floor. At the lobby, they clean the elevator call buttons after each guest uses it and they wipe out seating area after each use. Very impressive! The front desk was very helpful during check-in process. The housekeeping staff checked our needs during mid stay. The location of the property is very good. Its only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The unit we stayed had partial ocean view and incredible canal/city views. The unit is a bit dated but still in a very good condition. The kitchen is very bug. The rooms and the family room are huge, very spacious would definitely come back again!

A three minute walk across the street to the beach, we own a timeshare there for years the mall is only a 10 minute walk from there we use it when ever we want to get away and have a little vacation away from home.

We got a 1 bedroom that was advertised to sleep 6. There is a king bed in the master and a fold out couch and Murphy bed in living room. Well, there is not enough space to open both the Murphy bed and unfold the couch bed. I called downstairs and was told that nobody is here to help me right now and I need to figure things out. I said so I’m supposed to move all the furniture around? They said “yes”. So... heavy table in dining room needed to be shifted, table with lamb had to be moved to other side of room. Coffee table had to go into the bedroom. Couch had to be moved several feet and now there is not enough space to sit at dining room table. Wow... thanks for nothing! I would post a photo but doesn’t have the option for that.

Great location, clean but dated a bit ice maker didnt work and one elevator was down however fixed in a few days.

We rented 2 units (2B2B sleeping up to 8 and 1B1.5B sleeping up to 6) on the 5th floor as package of a weekly vacation club rental. They are huge condo apartments and have walk-in closets (the bathrooms are small in comparison). The furniture is of older style and the bed is no the most comfortable. Our rooms are clean by apartment standard. Coin operated laundry in 1st floor.Beach is one block away and there is a mall and supermarket within 5-7 minutes walk.So if you have large family and this is a good choice.

Condo style unit, full kitchen, dining table, sofa sleeper and a murphy bed in living room. Bedroom had a king. It was clean and comfortable with a straight short walk to the beach. The beach was clean with fine yellow sand. Swimming area with life guard at the beach. The resort had a large hot tub outside and swmming pool. A bar next to the swimming pool. We were there for New Years week, it was quiet in the resort.

We have been here 3 out of the last 4years and love it for the price it is an easy walk to the beach and they have a nice pool I have never had any problems here even if I would have to move the couch down a bit

Not a very high end resort like ones I am used to. Staff could use a little more training. But very convenient if you like FLL Beach. Close enough to the strip for the night life.

Great location and our room was facing the ocean. The building is very clean and staff were very good. Our 1 bedroom condo was very spacious with a Murphy bed. Lots of updates has been made so everything works great. While the pool was small...it was perfect for a quick dip if you dont feel like walking down to the beach. There is a lot of restaurant and shops around the area and the resort is nested between two park...so it cuts down on the traffic greatly. Wished I had the time to eat at the restaurant, maybe next. If theres any negative, I would say that the far elevator is a little scary looking(lol!)Thank you!

Very nice resort high rise. Most units have private balcony, ours was on the ICW side but they also offer great ocean views on the other side. We were on the 11th floor and the views were great. The 1 bedroom unit was beautiful and spacious with great layout. They have a nice pool bar/restaurant with deli sandwiches that also features a nice game room that is free to guests.Its located between Bonnett House and Birch Taylor state park. Its also right at the 9 East beach access where there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Balconies are nice. All kinds of things you can walk to. Pool bar is nice and staff are very friendly.

Very convenient, dated rooms at nice location. Beautiful view of ocean from both rooms. Liked the amenities inside. One short coming is that for 6 people there was only 1 bathroom. Checkin was easy. Laundry should be upgraded to accept credit card. Pretty stringent on giving coins for the laundry. Overall stay was good. Will recommend.

The staff was very nice and kind. The building inside and out is older. I stayed 4 days 5 nights and never had room service. The location was good, but I would not be my first choice.

Studio room was very clean, but very small. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good location. Close to A1A beaches.

Great place to go snorkelling. The water is very clear and calm, so you can actually see what id in the water. This is a great place to go swimming because there are life guards watching so that you will stay safe. I eould recommend visiting Fort Lauderdale Beach. Fishing is also very good here.

Great ocean-side view. Very spacious condo. Close to the beach, the park, and restaurants. Elevators were initially not working but we were on the fourth floor. Overall, a great experience.

Resort is AWSOME, Staff was AWSOME, Room was AMAZING!Shopping stores near by and the Restaurants had all we desired and then some, and if that wasnt enough we had front row seats at the beach. Would highly recommend to ALL. It was truly a wonderful time spend with the family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This resort has very nice rooms, the pool is a bit small, but they have a bar in the pool area with decent prices. I love that this place is right across the street from the beach. There are small shops conveniently located around this hotel and if you are a luxury shopper, the Galleria Mall is close by. This place is simple, no frills, but the location is worth staying. Not that clean, appearances can be deceiving! Asked the front desk about activities and pool, was told, I am only an employee here.What?Everything was extra, except for parking on property. The beach is a short 2 block walk, metered parking fee, if you are not handicapped you can walk. Nothing for the kids to do if it rains. The place is handicap accessible.Bingo on one day, a charge for it. No real amenities,Still there was an amenity charge. Charge for washer and dryer too. Pool being renovated. Said they sent us an e-mail, never got it.Beds were clean. Bathrooms clean too. Floors, well, do not walk barefoot.Great views of the ocean and area. That was impressive. Probably would not want to stay here again.

Resort was nice but a little dated. They are working on updates. Most of the staff was pleasant, the girls cleaning rooms were great, the front desk associates were grumpy. We spent two weeks. After the first week we had to move to another room. We booked over a year ago, you would think they would know what rooms were vacant consecutive weeks. Alot of the amenities they discontinued, bar open shorter hours, not much food available on premises, no Sunday buffet, or Taco Tuesday.We would probably go back but stay only one week because it was alot of trouble moving to different room, took a day out of our vacation.

Rooms are outdated and in need of updating. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors from two units away. Decent view and the concierge was very helpful. Amenities are lacking. Some of the front desk staff were less than pleasant during checkin.

Easy walk to the beachKens den is a great place to chill, attached to the hotel and pool, great bartenders! Really know how to make some good drinks.Sun rise, sun set... not so much, but the Rays casting from around the hotel in front of you at sun rise is still worth the watch! Also keeps it cooler, temp. wise, later into the morning with a cup of Joe in hand ;)

Close to beach, clean first class resort

It is a clean resort, fairly quiet (we were here spring break) and conveniently located to birch state park, Primanti Brothers pizza, the Galleria, water taxi stop #7 (about a five minute walk over the intercoastal) and the beach.

I took a room to use up expiring timeshare points, and to spend a little time in the warmth and sunshine before winter really sets in, in Washington. I had very low expectations; but this place is disappointing. Only one elevator is working, and the place looks like it was furnished out of Goodwill. Wyndham/RCI can and should do better.

Were owners and go every other year and enjoy it immensely. We are 1 block from the beach and plenty of bars along the beach front. Hotel itself could use its own entertainment/ bar to have more appeal.

Good family friendly location. We exchanged RSI points for a stay here and would do it again. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms are generous in size and clean. Pool is a little on the small side if you visit during a particularly busy time of year but is a well kept saltwater pool. Everything you could need is within walking distance or available with inexpensive transit options meaning you can also green your vacation by skipping the rental car.

Its an excellent timeshare RCI tradable weeks 12th floor overlooking the intercoastal instead of overlooking the ocean at night and cant see nothing but Darkness the intercoastal is a better side.

Very old building and not updated at all. While the rooms have a decent size and necessary accomodations, it was extremely dated, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with minimal bed linen (basically just a sheet), and the towels didnt even match each other. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. This place really is in desperate need of an update.

I bought this resort 5 to six years ago. This was my first time using the resort.What I dint like was I had to do laundry and we had to pay for the washing and drying of our clothes with what we pay for maintenance fee every year it should be included in the package.The tub should have holding bar for handicap guests Owners .with Disability. Other wise ever thing else was ok.

Too many roaches. If you like to live with bugs stay here! This is the 3rd time we tried and they still have not corrected the big roach problem. Nice staff and management is trying, but they can only do so much! Obvious they are cutting corners and not keeping up with maintenance. Have stayed here over 13 yrs and didnt have problems until last 3 yrs. They try to say this is FL and have to deal with. Have stayed in many other places in FL and other vacation places and never have dealt with roaches!! Never going back here again!!

Clean, close to beach, very roomy!

Fantastic beach and great facility with spectacular views.

First, front desk staff was very rude and told us that they couldn’t tell us over the phone whether or not our room was ready for check in. That night we got in the elevator and it was covered in vomit, as was our hallway. We called to let reception know and ask if it could be cleaned up and they told us no because housekeeping wasn’t there. So they left the vomit there. It’s now almost 24 hours later and the smell of vomit is still so overwhelming I almost threw up myself. Hotel is also very outdated and parking is a nightmare.

I was checking in on 11/23/19, while doing so a gentleman found it necessary to stand beside me instead of behind and waiting to be asked to the counter.Although there was an issue with my credit card, Sabrina was kind enough to help someone else check in and while I figured things out. I continued to check in with no issues.Later that night, while guests where over, the door between the living and bedroom become jammed and locked. I called the front desk from the hall, because the phone was in the locked room. The receptionist came 30 MINUTES later to see what was going on. Because maintenance was already gone for the night. The receptionist then told us, there was nothing he could do for the rest of the night. And that my guests would have to stay here(hotel), until the next day. (keep in mind there was notices around the property that if you DO NOT have a parking pass you will be towed. Even if a pass was provided, how would it be put in the car when then keys are locked in the room. Roughly 30 minutes after the receptionists left, security came and tried to open the door like everyone else.Now 2 hours go by with no word from anyone. Myself and a guests went downstairs to tell them, there was a medical reason we needed the door open, but before we could, they decided to break it down.After the door was opened, I was left to clean up the pieces from the broken door (charge for cleaning service), that was made of cardboard.I was left in a room with broken door. Not one time after the incident did anyone from the hotel staff reach out to me.I checked out on 11/25/19 with Sarina(bad attitude) not to be confused with Sabrina(very helpful), and provided her with the door knob, explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager on duty, which was John Perez(GM), but told I had to speak with Keneisha(Front Office Assistant Manager). I asked Sarina to have whomever call me to discuss what happened, her LACK of concern wasnt a surprise as she barely cared to work.After she checked me out, I was told I was free to go... Well I wasnt! if she wouldve looked, she wouldve noticed I made a cash deposit. I believe this hotel has a policy of not reminding guests checking out, about their CASH deposits. (Note, I was told that if I did NOT have the copy of my receipt, my deposit was forfeited.)After waiting until 4pm EST to receive a call from John Perez, I called and was advised he WAS there when I checked out, and left at 3pm. I was when transfer to Keneisha, and explained the situation and she passed me off to John Perezs voicemail and left a message. I called and spoke to Keneisha again and she told me, the owner of the unit NEVER complained about the doorknob and it was MY fault for it being jammed based on what she was looking at. Well, if she was looking at it, you could tell the lock would NOT retract, therefore when it was last closed it wouldnt reopen.as of 9:45am on 11/26, I still have not heard from the hotel.

Perfect location, one block from the beach, walking distance to Publix, tennis courts

When we went to check in to our studio my husband and I had our 7 month old infant with us. The woman at the front desk tried to tell us that bc we had our infant we would need to purchase a bigger room and she didnt know if there was even rooms available so POTENTIALLY we would not even be able to stay at our reserved room bc our BABY made it too many people in the room. My husband quickly retorted that occupancy laws dont count for children until age 2 and if even the airlines didnt count her there was no way the hotel was going to. The lady spoke to her manager and came back and allowed us this time . Upon arrival to our room it was very basic and somewhat outdated -which honestly is not that big of deal to us, but what we did take note of was the water came out of the faucets as this bright yellow green color, which was off putting to say the least. Then housekeeping never came. They give you the tiniest hotel shampoo Ive ever seen, a tiny trash for your whole room and then never come to even restock. When we asked at the front desk they said they should have came on Tuesday (we checked in Saturday) and they must have forgot so WE should call them. So we called. They said they will not come, but we can bring down our trash and our bedding to their staff area and they will give us new bedding and trash bags. I guess we shouldnt be surprised for getting a room on such short notice (about a month), what should we really expect I guess. There was two elevators for the whole building and one didnt work the entire week we were there. People were often waiting and waiting for the one elevator bc it was small and couldnt accommodate that many people at once . Also, Kens Den the restaurant in the hotel is like D quality. Even the bartender/waitress tells you not to order certain things bc most of it is precooked and comes frozen. Not that -again-we would expect fantastic quality from a hotel restaurant but it just contributed to the overall sub par experience of the entire resort. On a positive note, there was a woman at the front desk that unlike all the other staff, DID go above and beyond (a tall younger black woman) who helped us secure a ride to the airport at 330 in the morning (early flight). We approached her two days before and told her we were having trouble as the hotel shuttle wont run that early and trying to get an Uber was a gamble. So she took the initiative unasked and called three different shuttles herself and ultimately negotiated with a taxi company to pick us up for a flat rate and confirmed the time. SHE was super helpful. I think if we stay in Fort Lauderdale again we will stay closer to the other side near Fort Lauderdale Beach Park or Las Olas Boulevard.

Very reasonable pricing for a condo. It had a bedroom and a hideaway bed that looked like a piece of furniture in the living room. Very comfortable. 1 bathroom with shower only. Full kitchen too! I was paying over $50 a night more elsewhere for just a resort room with no kitchen in Fort Lauderdale which was a much lower quality place. Im glad we switched. A 1 block walk to the beach. Many comfortable and excellent quality places to eat with ocean view within walking distance. The place had a pool with an outdoor bar. The only drawback was 3 flights of stairs to the outdoor access only hot tub. Hot tub was nice with plenty of areas to sunbathe by the pool or hot tub. Elevators to all floors and parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Was calling within 5 mins after booking as we booked the wrong place, would not give us refund.. PARKING LOT IS EMPTY THATS WHY! Rooms stink & are humid. Not close to tourist beach what’s so ever.

Its what you would expect from a time sharing unit. It would appear the room was refreshed in the past 2-3 years with fresh paint, new tile flooring, new baseboards. The furniture should be next but the bed mattress is comfortable. The appliances are a mixed bag but all work well and arent that bad. Location is superb across from the beach, close to restaurants, and The Galleria shopping center. Easy, scenic drive to Miami Beach and downtown Ft. Lauderdale and Miami on US 1 or A1A.
