This is by far one of the worst hotels. Their WiFi always drops- we lost power during a storm. I had to use my hotspot to do work. Plenty of other deals compared to the price they’re making you pay.

Loved this hotel and location, I would suggest a fan for the bathroom. The humidity was very high in the bathroom and the whole apt. Loved the lighting at night outside. The interior lighting could use bigger wattage, it was hard to read at night in the living room. The bed was very low but very comfortable

Great spacious room! Extremely friendly staff!! The only complaint I have is no dish soap in the suite and they basically tell you they dont wash the dishes. I brought paper plates. The beds sent the most comfy but the couch and dinning table are great touches.

The room (suite) smelled bad. It had noisy air conditioners that would not turn off. The staff asked us to leave them at 74 degrees which was both noisy and too cold for us. When I mentioned that was not satisfactory he said You dont want to go there. Ugh!. We had to open the windows in order to be able to stand it in there. The bathroom had bare bulbs above the sink, and in fact was missing one of them. The bedroom window did not have drapes that went all the way across so we werent able to block sunlight for sleep. The poolside table/chairs were 6 feet from the window so it was not quiet or private. I was also not happy that we had to pay a nightly fee to self park off-street. We also had to ask for a coffee maker. The room was clean and the cleaning staff friendly.

Went to this hotel for 2 days before our cruise. Was going to stay after cruise, cancelled. The place had no phone, microwave, bible or even a coffee maker. The bed was uncomfortable with mismatched furniture. Did a lot of sight seeing so we didnt have to be there during the day and only slept there. It was cold the week we went and the only heat was a radiator heater in the closet, I slept in a sweat suit and a very thin blanket on the bed and since there was no front desk, no way to get a blanket at night. Stayed here years ago, and it was a nice place and thats why we reserved it.. Also they charged $10 a night for parking in an unsecure area between the hotel and sidewalk. The view out one window was a run down building and the view out the other window was a brick wall. They told us we could walk down to another property they own for coffee in the morning.

Noone responds to messages that are left on answering service. Repeated calls are never returned.A friend from town left a gift of a bottle of wine for me at the front desk. It disappeared. No hair dryer in room. Toilet overflowed with first flush. I booked a room for 4-they upgraded me to a room for 2-then they proceded to charge me for the rollaway beds I needed. Frustrating at best.

We originally made arrangements to stay at Cocobelle Resort. When we got there, we found out we were actually going to stay at Tranquilo. We were so pleased with our room. The decorations and furniture were basic, but exactly what we needed. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker that was fully stocked in the room. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach and the main strip. Its an awesome value! If this place is full check out any one of their other North Beach Village hotels.....Aqua, Tropi Rock or North Beach Hotel (with the delicious Village Cafe).

Rooms are large and relatively clean. Theres one major problem there. No free parking. The hotel wants to charge you $10 per dayI could have given this hotel 4 stars review if it wasnt for the fact that nothing about the lack of free parking was mentioned anywhere in the reservation I made on line

This hotel is DEPLORABLE! My daughter and I arrived after 8pm to find no where to check in.Im handicapped and had to wait on the sidewalk for assistance. The room was filthy! There was no sleep sofa and my daughter tried to sleep on top of the filthy sofa with a sheet. The Queen bed was of poor quality. We ended up leaving in our pajamas in an uber after midnight to check in at another motel!

Stayed here for 6 nights in August... super clean, quiet, and very close to the beach... we did not need to rent a car due to everything being very close... we shopped at both Galleria and Sawgrass Mills... walked to Galleria and took the city bus to Sawgrass for $2 each way... owner of hotel gave us impeccable service.... our room was on 1st floor and we had full kitchen in our room so we saved well from eating out... our meals were healthier as well... used this hotel before and after a cruise that departed from Miami... transportation from Fort Lauderdale airport and to the cruise was a snap using limo services... i will stay here again for sure!

Nette Poolarea incl. Gasgrill.
