I had never stayed at a W before but have been a Marriott chain customer for a long time and usually stay at the J.W or Westin brands. I will definitely be looking to stay at the W more often. Service was impeccable, everyone from the valet, to the front desk staff, to the pool attendants was always available and ready to help. The room was fantastic for a family of 6 and accommodated all the kids very comfortably, no issues with space or being too cramped. The location is great, right in front of the beach. I was definitely happy we stayed there and when I go back to Fort Lauderdale will probably stay at the W again.

Beautiful views! I cant stress that enough. We normally book the Conrad when in town, but I decided to try something different this time. Suite was clean and comfortable, amenities were perfect for us. The staff was super friendly throughout our stay. The only issue I had was when I attempted to contact the manager to try to extend our stay, he never called me back, despite repeated attempts. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I definitely recommend this location.

The W Hotel experience was great! From the time you pull up to the hotel, theres someone there waiting to park your car at all times, 24/7. Very well staffed must I say. The front desk staff were helpful in all aspects. They have a few front desks and all had immaculate customer service skills. The W is located off Ft. Lauderdale beach, so you can imagine the view we had. We had both view of the city and of the the beautiful blue waters. Sunrise and sunset is must see from the balcony. Our balcony stretched from the living room to the master bedroom. Very spacious. Our hotel room was a colorful blue and yellow. Clean and shiny! The W Hotel has a lounge/bar with DJ and great music. Only thing my friends and I didnt like was that there was a guy (appeared to look like a security person a suit who worked there) who clearly gave us a bad vibe. He walked in, gave us a bad stare, walked to the bartender , whispered in his ear, bartender looks up at us and laughs. I dont know what said but it continued. My friends and I ignored it and continued our fun. Besides that weird stuff happening at the lounge the stay was great!

Beutiful place to live at or to visit

Always a wonderful experience going to the W. Very nice hotel. Lots of friends stay here and we tend to see them throughout the year and we are never disappointed with this hotel. There on top of there game.

One star is generous. Rented 806 in tower 2 at w hotel for a few days. Unit was not cleaned before our stay. No iron, no toilet paper and dirty undies in nightstand was a nice surprise. Only 1 thin sheet on each bed. Dust everywhere. Day 2 and still no cleaning service. No one at rental agency is accountable (1st home rent). Dont waste your money just stay in a regular hotel room-this would never happen there.

I went there for a job interview for front desk agent. I.nailed it too. More than qualified and was completely open and honest...beautiful property and I would have fit in well there if given the opportunity but because of a bump on my background check for something I didnt do but got blamed for, they denied me the job. Heres a thought to employers. Not all that you see written from the past of someone is always factual, please dont judge someone on what happened 10 yrs ago or more. My past doesnt define me nor does this blemish I ended up with tell you anything about who I really am. Go with your gut instinct. There will always be more good in me than bad. Take a chance on someone. Learn their story. So the W doesnt deserve me. Its their loss. And thanks to you Retardo, may you struggle like I have to now. ICE, ICE baby!

Open concept bathroom is really not what I expected. One bathroom only available from the master bathroom and yet they advertise that you can sleep 5 persons….

Great place we live in downtown and find ourselves at the W for dinner at the taco place yumm. Also every evening they have a theme at there upstairs lounge and bar. Must go nice place to be.
