Great location, cozy rooms, very polite and helpful stuff

The staff is amazing! Allowed toCheck in early and also allowed us to stay in our room the day we were supposed to check out because our flight didn’t leave until later in evening.Rooms are always cleaned, great location 3-5min walk to beach, 20 min walk to prime area.Would recommend here and will be staying again!!!!

First time staying here..not a high class hotel..but priced well. Positives: wife said receptionist was very nice..offered early check in..that was really helpful!..waking distance to the beach is nice...room has kitchenette...air conditioning worked well...and nice shower. Negatives: beds arent comfortable..slept on worse for sure but do need updated. Lost a whole box of donuts to lots of tiny ants the first night. Not good! Maid service wasnt what I expected..didnt really clean..just made the bed and took out trash..floors were very dirty still. The sand is pretty aggravating..I would have swept it myself had they left a broom in the room. Overall: I would stay here again..

Great place

This place is clean and the location is perfectly. approx 2 blocks from the sea. Room service was done everyday. Our room had microwave,TV, frige, coffee maker, utensils, table, AC and PARKING.Price was 217USD 3nights. Incredible!! Check in/out was a breeze. Definitely staying there again.

Confortoble, clean and very friendly staffs

Angela is great. She always makes my stay exceptional. The entire staff is wonderful. Nice clean rooms, a block away from the beach, plenty of gas grills for your cookout , refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, microwave in every room. I have been staying here for years, met wonderful guests from all over.

This place is an absolute delight! Rooms are great and location is wonderful. Pools are awesome! Will visit again!

I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend, and it was an absolutely amazing stay! cant believe how good the prices are so close to the beach. so clean and safe, too! cant wait to go back!

A little hidden treasure in the fort Lauderdale Beach, the stuff is fantastic the rooms are great specially the ones with kitchen. Very clean and stocked even the outside grills have every utensil you may need.I highly recommend it.

I give this place 0 stars because the staff and the owner were very disrespectful. We didnt do anything wrong and they just kicked us out for no reason.

Perfect for budget-travelers!

Terrible!!! If I could give NO STARS I would. I was bitten by bugs, broke out in a rash that my Dr. said was an allergic reaction from the sheets. The sheets were paper thin! I have been to 3 Dr.s for the skin issues. I have had to buy medications and incurred multiple costs from Dr. and medications. This was as of today 6/20/17. I still must follow-up with more Dr. appointments. The motel staff was not supportive of this situation.

Always friendly staff. The owners know the area very well and are always willing to help out with places to visit, eat or anything that tourists enjoy doing. Two blocks from the beach and you cant get better than that especially with the price you pay. I have been staying here since 2006 and I always stay when I am visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Hotel was clean. Room security was awful. We were robbed during the night while we were sleeping. Both locks were set, but the robber got in and stole both our wallets and all they contained. There was no chain lock on the inside of the door, only a standard door lock and a bolt lock, both accessable from the outside with a key or passkey. A police report has been filed with the Ft Lauderdale Police dept. NEVER, NEVER again.
