If I could give them six stars I would! The absolute highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico. This is a true value. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable super helpful and attentive to all of your wants and needs. I really appreciated the fact that we were one of the last of the group of boat cruise/tours to make it out onto the island and coral reef where you spend the better part of the day. Captain Tito decided to take us to the coral reef first while all the other groups and tours went to the beach which allowed us access to snorkel along the reef with just our group which was really nice and peaceful. Then when it was time for the other groups to snorkel at the reef he took us to the beach and we were able to enjoy beach time and it was less busy and congested. They kept the drinks flowing all day and the lunch spread on the boat was really good. Great sandwiches and salads, again, a true value. This is something that I would do on multiple visits to the area not just a one time thing. I can’t wait to return and do it again soon!!!

We took the Barefoot catamaran to Icacos. It’s a full day trip with plenty of time for swimming and snorkeling. Icacos is like a post card, the beach is pristine and wild. The fish at the reef nearby are huge. I’ve snorkeled in places like Costa Rica, Cozumel, and Haiti, and have never seen as many fish as I saw here.The crew on the boat are awesome. Very accommodating and friendly. Lunch was provided: cold cut sandwiches with toppings, mixed salad, bean salad, and plenty of drinks. After snorkeling a fresh fruit tray is prepared with watermelon, mango, kiwi, grapes, oranges, etc.Bring good sunscreen and sunglasses. The provided snorkel gear is pretty good, but bring your own if you have a nice set.All in all, a great day and a good way to explore some of the amazing beauty Puerto Rico has to offer.

What a beautiful day. Went out with their barefoot catamaran to Icaco Island. The crew was super friendly and helpful, providing us with drinks etc. Made us lunch and fruit at the island. Hung around for about 3 hours or so. A little bit of swells in the sea that day, but all fun and games.

I went for my birthday festivities. Our experience was absolutely amazing! The tour guides were the absolute best! We will definitely go back when we return to Puerto Rico!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! I got sick on the boat this past Saturday, but the staff on the Barefoot was nothing short of amazing! From the captain, Tito, to all the staff (Jules, Javier, and Joshua) thank you for making my friends and I feel so at ease and bringing me ice and water @ every beck and call. The laughter, dancing, food, drinks everything was wonderful! I want to go back to Puerto Rico just to take this boat ride again, this time with my dramamine! I hope the incident on the last stop doesnt discourage any of you because the 4 of you do a magnificent job! Cheers to the rum drinking pirates of

Amazing!!!! Not only the water is beautiful and the reef, but also the staff was very friendly with atention to detail and funny really enjoying their moment and trying to inspire others to enjoy it and to have fun. Music, unlimited free drinks with and without. Lunch and fruits for snacks! I really recommend this 100%. This is a most to do if you come visit Puerto Rico. DO NOT FORGET YOUR WATERPROOF CAMERA youll need it!!!

Was there in April, 2016 for our honeymoon. Found the tour almost by accident on Southwests site. I did the pick us up at the hotel option which I highly recommend. Once on the catamaran the drinks flow! What a great time though, the staff was great, accommodating, and entertaining. The snorkeling was about as good as it gets without actual scuba gear. The Barefoot 2 was the epitome of sparkling and new looking, you can tell they take great pride in keeping it that way. Only thing I would recommend is making sure you keep the sunscreen on, and dont bring spray-on. They dont like it getting on the boat. Could not recommend it higher though. Go do it, you wont regret it.

It was an amazing experience! I would recommend it to everyone! the people was friendly & helpful! The lunch, fruit & drinks was amazing! I even wanted to go a second time but was booked for the day I wanted! You couldnt ask for a tour for the money!

My 1st call to this place was at 8:30am on July 15 2016 and it was answered quick. I asked 1 question and was told to hold but I could still here the lady talking in the background about who isnt coming to work and other non work related things. That went on for about 10 min till I hung up. I had a party of 12 that I took elsewhere. Way to put the customer 1st.

Castillo Tours is the worst nightmare that you can Image in Puerto Rico. Theyll cancel your tour while you waiting at the lobby of you hotel to be pick up. If you really want to have a great vacation without any stress, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 000 BUSINESS ETHICS. NOT RECOMMENDED.SO FAR I HAVE 0 REFUND IN MY CREDIT CARD.ILL TRY TO POST A BAD REVIEW A DAY FOR A WHILE TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM SUCH COMPANY.

Had a lot of fun on the catamaran trip. Beautiful sights, snorkeling, good freezy drinks. lots of jumping & diving off the boat. Really fun day.

My boyfriend and I did the half day Yunque tour and our tour guide Ricky was amazing. He was so knowledgable. He knew so much about our island. Not to mention on our way back he even showed my boyfriend and i a couple of spots to eat around where we are staying. I definitely recommend this tour and if you could pick Ricky please do he qas the best. And if he reads we did try la cueva del mar and it was delicious like you said.
