We went here on a snorkeling trip back on 5 May 2011 when the small island still had its three palm trees standing and before any of the hurricanes hit the place. The island is not that big but depending on if the tides are in or out. This was the Island that was used in the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides released on 7 May 2011 Where Capt. Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) leaves Angelica (Penélope Cruz) on the island alone at the end of the movie right before the credits.
