Its a nice campground close to the river, biking on the Mckenzie River and also close to town if you need supplies for your camping trip. We stopped in today on a cruise in our Volkswagens.

Parking lot Karen was jealous of our vehicle and kept complaing about it... kept saying we couldnt park in the lot.... we were just using the restroom. Had to call the police.. we were there for maybe 3min... no where near her or her alt able parking. Beware of Trumper Trumpers!!

Campground is nice. Full hook ups. Tent spaces are closed, as are showers and laundry due to covid. They have a nice dog park that had plenty of space, shade and watering holes for pups. They will be enlarging it to include a small dog area in the near future as it was posted. Day use area and boat ramp as well as paths down to water for a cool dip. You do need a park pass or pay a day use fee for dog park. Nice place to camp yet close to the city for day trips or shopping.

We love this place! Big back-in spots (plus some pull-thrus) under majestic Maples. Near enough to walk to the McKenzie River, but far enough to be kid safe. Great bath and shower, paved walking, near eclectic shopping in Coberg and all of Eugene for everything else. OMG! Dont forget the Coberg Colossus at Coberg Pizza Co or fresh scones and coffee at Nanas Cafe.

Very early State of Oregon Park. It is now now operated by Lane County Parks Department. There is fees for Camping and Day Use. Day use is sol also online and yearly passes to all Lane County Parks are available. They are also sold at the nearby Gateway Visitor Center. It sits on the South side of the McKenzie River with some decent fishing esp with fly. Vegistation and trees are old and mature giving a rather deep natural ambience.

My clothes were stolen out of the dryer at this location and both Park hosts did not seem to care at all. Actually word for word said I do not know what to tell you those clothes are everything I owned and added up to around $500. There is no signs posted anywhere that they are not responsible for and you lost or stolen items but yet not reimbursed or even talked about further.

We love the Armitage RV park. Sorta woody and mostly shady. Never enough RV spots in the summer, so it would be nice if they expanded. It is very close to everything in NE Eugene, and the I-5. Quiet and secluded from road noise.

The park is way too close to the interstate so all you hear our cars going back-and-forth back-and-forth. You also have to pay a fee and the fines for dogs or $140 if you don’t put them on a leash. I like Parksquare you can have your dogs off leash as long as you have them under control

Firstly Sam at Lane County parks office is amazing, so helpful, awesome customer service. This park has nice walking trails along the river. You have access to a walking bridge that appears to be an old train trestle, beautiful. The park seems to be monitored by park hosts/staff very frequently, they are always present making you feel safe. Dog park area at front of park. Nice very large spots. Paved sites. The shower/bathroom combo has heat lamps on ceiling and they were very clean. We are new to RVing but so far best bathrooms/showers!

We took a trip from central Washington for a collegiate cycling race in Eugene. We picked this campsite because it was reasonably priced with bathrooms and showers. Our second night a family got a tent spot a couple spots away from us and they were yelling and fighting most the night. When I went to the bathroom fairly early in the morning two people were sleeping in the bathroom which was weird. Later one of those people came to us at our spot asking for money. It sucks that our college team (also have no money) couldn’t go on a simple camping trip without homeless people bothering us.
