In my opinion the area has little improvements to be made. Great spot for mountain biking/off road motor vehicles. Rugged and natural. Prolly no one here may be blasting heavy metal & riding down the steep hill sides or enjoying the view from up top. Nice place to get away from the city right in the middle of it. no trash

Kinda hard to get to and not very well maintained trails, but beautiful park, great views and nobody else was around.

Beautiful lake view

Hard to find, short hike with mild view and extreme poisen oak

I do this hike all the time with my dogs for exercise. The pluses are some pretty views of Laurel Hill valley and nearby mountains. Also its not crowded, and usually empty. The cons, the trail is mostly maintained by hikers. The city maybe mows the grass on the trail once a year and basically nothing has been done to prevent erosion.I work with the city to help maintain the park, work on some trails,, and remove trash. No signage, just small foot paths. A good bit of poison oak. Pretty wildflowers in the spring.

Feels hundreds of miles away when actually you are still right in town, Nice area quickly developing with lots of new housing, feels safe, nice hike.

Good for some off road biking. Not too crowded.

Quiet little park tucked away in Eugene. Not much here but if you like nature and peace/quiet, its worth finding.

Google maps does their classic turn left here on dead end street that doesnt take you to park.

This is a very nice quiet mountain with beautiful homes.
