Excellent place for the family to spend time. Bike, hike, and much more only thing I seen that could make it better is if you could fish off the dock. And they could definitely repair the small bmx track.

I enjoyed this beautiful park, and the helpful maps there . I plan to visit often, and hike each route.

Very natural to nature to venture out doors with family and friends. Good walk out excircse experience. Go outdoors to forever wild trails. Recommend

Great place for a hike, signage could be clearer in a couple areas. We werent sure which way we were heading and ran into some other hikers with the same issue.

Beautiful place for a walk and nature lesson for the whole family. If it had actual restrooms it would be perfect, but its really nice anyway.

Its very beautiful, & peaceful. I love the trail to go walking in. I normally see cool wildlife when I go. I love to take my family there often. This place is also located very close to my house!!

Great trails for hiking and mountain biking. Most trails are kid friendly so its a great family activity.

I love hiking out here.

Designed for bikes, but also a fine walk for kids. The bathrooms seem to be only port-a-cans. There is a small dirt bike course with earth ramps. We liked it because the parking is in the middle of the preserve, so when we had to cut our hike short for light we didnt have to back track - we just cut across the field in the middle.

Not a bad trail for Alabama. It is nice to see some public lands back east. Great place to take the dogs, nice peaceful walk for being inside city limits.It is fenced on all sides so you dont have to worry about the dog running into a busy street or something.

Forever wild is the best place to ride bikes or just go for a walk. I love that there are different modes of entry. The long bridge is my favorite, even though its right out in the sun. Love coming here with the whole family. Feels like a secret place. You can do some Geocaching while youre here. Dont forget to bring your furry friends!

I needed a walk...this was perfect!

Really nice trail. Very well maintained with clean toilets, banches to rest on the way, bicycle repair stops. Its also a bike rout so watch out if you walk as they go fast. Its a trail through the woods, lots of shade but watch for giant spiders and web. There are rivers with turtles and very pretty views to stop and take a picture. Its a long hike but not difficult, mostly flat.

Nice trails, more setup for mountain biking than hiking, but good either way. Tons of squirrels!

This place was great today. Put in about 25 miles and didnt get bored riding the same loop 4 times. So much fun, very well maintained. Nice flowy and fast lines. That wall though is crazy! Will be spending more time here! Also 4 maintenance spots!!! I have always carried water and tools when I mountain bike but I dont really have to here. Brown trail(dragons tail) is my favorite.

This place is great for hiking and biking. It offers well marked trails and even bike repair stations. Multiple trails of different difficulty and many trail heads and parking locations.

Very well done trail. Visited from Tallahassee (Dothan is home). Rucked about 4 miles and enjoyed the different terraines and wildlife. Signage could be better.

Great trails for walking or biking, beginner to intermediate

Fantastic mountain bike trails! I cannot believe it took me as long as it did to come down here and enjoy these. Its not a particularly short drive from Fort Rucker but its easy to get to and you dont even need to get into Dothan proper. The trails are well marked, obviously maintained constantly, neat obstacles and some really fast sections. Theres even lots of benches if you need to take a water break. I will most definitely be returning on a fairly regular basis. Finally a great place to ride in LA!

Typically very scenic and fun bike trails. Good for almost all ages, with a few challenging inclines and declines. The long bridge is an especially notable feature and attracts many families. The hurricane did significant damage to this park, and most of it is closed at the moment.

I love riding these trails. Not the worlds most demanding but they offer something for everyone. Dont get me wrong, you can find a place to crash if your not careful but thats fun too. Never disappointing. Must ride every time Im in town.

Beautiful trail suitable for biking and walking. Several difficulty levels and trails are well maintained. Location makers easily visible in the event of an emergency. Would love to see a playground area added eventually! Picnic tables available in some areas and bike repair stations throughout trail. Dogs on leashes are welcome here, but unfortunately some people do not pick up after their pets.

Very clean, only saw 1 wasp nest and 1 spider web. A little bit of loose sand. A little hard to navigate. All man-made structures are very sturdy. Had an awesome time.

Run, bike, hike. I do all three and it’s free. Thankful for the folks involved in getting this trail system available for the city.

Great place to run, hike or bike. Many different trails to choose from with entry and exit points. Trails are well maintained, but are dirt and rock in many area so can get pretty muddy.Ample parking at all the trail heads and restroom facilitys also available.Some trail heads even have bicycle maintenance stations for doing minor repairs before or after your ride.I havent run into any issues with the trails being closed for the holidays so its a great place to go when some other places are closed.

So awesome. I cant imagine how much work went into the trails. Great for walking or especially biking! Now I just need to get stronger, unless youre on the beaver trail or the boardwalk, theyre really challenging.

Trails are hard packed, fast, flowing and FUN!Have pump track built into parts of the trail. VERY well maintained. Plenty of room for hikers and bikers. Family friendly. Beginners and intermediates will enjoy this trail.

Fast and flowy mountain bike trails that will put a big grin on your face. Well maintained. A lot of work has been put into these well-designed and super fun trails.

Just got back. It was a blast. There’s stuff to do little jumps off, there’s stuff to pump on, and there’s sections you can fly down some tight single track. Highly recommended

Great place to run and bike. They have many different trails which allow you to have different experiences each time you go.

Fast, flowing, singletrack. Approximately 10 miles total length. Can get busy with walkers/family riders on weekends. Hard packed clay is well drained.
