I had a lot of fun here! We didn’t manage to escape but we were so close. I’m sure the people watching us got a good laugh. Can’t wait to do it again!This was our first escape room experience and we don’t regret doing it. I don’t think the task could be done my anyone younger then 16 because it’s pretty hard, I recommend it for the adults.The staff was super friendly also!

It was very clean, and the staff tried very hard to make it professional.. However, my fiance and I have been to many escape games and never had one where you had to solve something by knowing the answer before entering the room (without clues or a clue that would lead to the answer). Also, one of the clues was taken out of the room because someone had vomited in it the night before, and we spent plenty of time trying to find it. Most of the clues were not necessarily tied into the theme of the room or logical to solve. Also, (may or may not matter to other people) it was uncomfortable having the owner openly carrying a gun (not part of the room theme). Overall, we still had fun. If it werent for the clue errors, it would have been much better though. Ah, and taking what was termed as a losing picture was just the cherry on top.

It was fun. You need to try this with friends or family. Well worth it. We lost but very fun trying to figure out lock combination and what clue go where.

Best place In dothan to go too. Ive been multiple times and every time it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend to anybody in the area!

This was my first escape room experience and the evening was a blast. The room and clues are immaculately designed and the owner was more than helpful. My group left absolutely pleased and will definitely come back to try the other rooms and any future additions! Thanks for a great time!

This is a must!! I personally have been to 4 different escape rooms and this was by far my favorite. The staff was very engaging while we were playing. The owner was very kind. Definitely go check it out!

My family and I really enjoyed our time! We tried to escape Murder at the mansion and failed! It was pretty cool! My husband, three kids and I, my kids ages are 5, 8 & 13.

So much fun! We did the 13th floor room and just barely didnt make it!

Last night my daughter and I made our first visit to Escape Dothan and took on Murder at the Mansion. We both love playing Clue and saw this as an opportunity to play a live, interactive version of a murder mystery game. We had a BLAST!! We didnt quite complete the room in time (its a lot for just one adult and a child - as she and I were the only ones in our group), but we got pretty close and had a great time while doing it. We had so much fun that we werent even disappointed that we werent able to complete it. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying the other rooms as well!

This was my first time doing an escape room and it was a ton of fun! I definitely recommend anybody do this for a fun time.

We booked one and ended up booking another the same day! We won one and lost one but had a fun night of memories! Even the one we lost was so much fun it didnt matter we lost! I recommend this place to any and everyone.

Top notch staff and experience! Instead of going to their brick and mortar location, the Escape Dothan staff came to us and did a special corporate version at our office. Our team had SO much fun. I took my entire team and everyone LOVED it. We had a fantastic time. My team didnt escape but we had so much fun losing lol! Well designed, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. This was my first escape room and it wont be my last. Great choice for a team builder, friends night, or date night.

My granddaughters love to take me to escape rooms. We tried the room today that took us back to the 70s and it was a blast! Escape Dothan employees rock! We have been to plenty and these guys make sure they entertain all ages!

I really hate when someone just leaves stars so heres my review. I really enjoyed going to this escape room. Its a really nice place with great staff. I have been to some that get to be entirely too chatty. If I need help Ill ask and this place does just that. They wait until you ask for clues unless youre absolutely stuck on a problem. The online process to reserve your spot is super easy. I highly recommend these rooms.

Things did not work in our room because the batteries in a laser were not charged. We were unable to complete the room because of this. The few clues that we asked for made it clear that no one was really paying attention. The staff was very unhelpful. after waiting over 20 minutes to talk to the owner, we were offered a coupon instead of a refund. Then the cashier was trying to sell the same room to people coming in after us knowing it didnt work.Update: still havent received the coupon.

Had my daughters 12th birthday party at Escape Dothan and it was awesome! Everyone had a great time and the owners and workers were super accommodating. We will be back!

Had a blast playing the 13th floor! Dawson was an excellent host..he was very helpful even with the technical issues and made the experience extremely fun and made me definitely want to come back.

I would really love to be able to leave a completely positive review. However, my friends and I have visited Escape Dothan twice. Both times there was an issue with the equipment not working properly. Last Friday my friends and I did the Time Warp room. We got down to the last few clues and needed to use a laser. The laser would not work because it had not been charged according to the staff member on duty. We were told we would receive 50% off coupons for a return visit by email. We have not received the email yet.

Had a blast. Sarah was a great help! Well be back.

This place was great!

This was my first experience with an escape room and Escape Dothan made it a great one! The staff was kind and patient with all of our questions before and during the game. Once the room is over you get to take your picture (win or lose) in the lobby. Overall a really fun experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

We went to visit and meet the owner and play some escape rooms and we were not disappointed, my favorite by far is the 13th floor. Shawn did an amazing job of putting that room together, I highly recommend getting over there and seeing if you can beat the rooms he has. Great job and keep them coming.

Loved the concept of the room (13th floor) did not like the fact things were broken or didnt work properly. Some puzzles made no sense on how I would have put them together I think it could have been better for the price we paid.

Fun place

This is something fun to do with a group of people/family for an evening. You have to have 6 people to have a room to yourself, so I’d recommend having a full party or you’ll be solving clues with others. I’d say youngest age to really have fun your be 8-10 yrs old.

This is the greatest thing to hit Dothan since Mr McNeil opened up his boiled peanuts!!! I have never laughed so hard at my husband; bless his special heart. We did it with family and friends and we will most definitely be doing the other rooms soon. Worth every penny to see my family engaged and not glued to a cell phone!

This was the first time that I have ever done an escape game. I was so glad I chose to get my feet wet here! Awesome and friendly staff, great theme and puzzle design, and a safe and inviting atmosphere! I loved it so much that I booked their other room for the very next day! It is definitely, without a doubt, worth a visit! And yes, I escaped!

Let me preface this by saying that despite the shortcomings, we had a good time, and the staff was competent, and friendly. Now to where I felt let down by the experience. We tried the 13th floor room. They didnt do much to sell the idea behind the room, or give any real motivation for solving the puzzles. It ended up feeling a bit like wandering around blindly, and being quite frustrating to start out with. The other escape rooms I have been to, they have a background story, or the danger was made apparent. Then lastly after we solved all the puzzles we dint make it through the door, because the last puzzle didnt have any clues or anything that would have let you have that aha moment epiphany, and escape.I write this review not to bash the place, or anything like that. I write this hoping it gets seen, and then used as inspiration to make the place even better. I am really glad that we have something like this around here. If this place gets better, I will definitely update my review with a better score.

I loved it. Puzzles are a lot harder than what Im use to but that is the point. Will be returning.
