Wow, what an amazing experience! Jeff and his crew were so awesome. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Such a fun time all around. We were lucky enough to go on a day when a paraglider was going and were able to get some amazing shots. Jeff let us “drive” the balloon as well! Smooth take off and smooth landing. We ended the ride with a Champaign toast at the end and exchanged photos. I highly recommend booking with Jeff and his crew. You won’t regret it. Definitely booking with Jeff again! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was fantastic! Very responsive. I called without even 24 hour notice and he got me on a balloon! I was in Colorado one more day and wanted to get on a ride the next day and he did so with such enthusiasm! You can tell he loves his job and his clients!I walked up and was greeted with a very excited “good morning Samantha!”I couldn’t have asked for a better pilot! He was very knowledgeable and just overall a great person to be around!He ended the flight with champagne and a little history of why champagne which I didn’t know!Would 100% recommend Jeff and his crew!If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!! You won’t regret it!

This was an amazing trip with an amazing crew. The director of the festivities and pilot, Jeff, is probably one of the nicest, most competent people you will ever meet. He creates a relaxing and fun environment- we felt like kids again. We had nothing to worry about except for spotting an incredible amount of wildlife- with the help of Jeff’s watchful eye, he knows how to identify every bird and animal in the State! We glided over a beautiful landscape and then landed (softly) in a field. I can’t say enough about this experience or the genuinely friendly crew. I also need to mention that there was a little kid on the ride and Jeff is wonderful with children. Thank you Rocky Mountain Balloon Rides, we will see you again!

This was our third attempt at a balloon ride, and the weather cooperated perfectly! Jeff is an amazing pilot with over 21 years experience, and it shows. He is very knowledgeable, and handles his craft with grace and ease. He and his crew were polite, attentive, and gracious throughout the experience, and just a bunch of fun to be around! After the ride we toasted with champagne, told stories and laughed, and got to know these fine people a little better. BREATHTAKING! This hot air balloon ride was such an amazing experience. Jeff was a great pilot with an immense amount of experience and knowledge. Jeff had coffee and breakfast snacks while setting up, which was such a sweet gesture. Also, he kindly let us sit in his car with the heat blasting so we wouldnt freeze while the balloon was blowing up. This was perfect for the cold morning and despite the cold weather, this ride was so worth it! What was great was that we had the basket all to ourselves since we were the only one signed up so private ride for a group rate, you cannot beat that!!!! The views are spectacular & that you can only get high up, so what better way! During the ride, Jeff educated on us on what he was doing and what gadgets he was working with. We landed safely and upon landing, Jeff brought out mimosas (or mimosas without OJ lol) and said the hot air balloon prayer. It was perfect way to end the whole thing and he even gave us suggestions for plans after since we were new to the area. Best way to start off the 2020 year!!

I had an awesome morning with Rocky Mountain Balloon rides. I was really nervous to do this but quickly felt comfortable and had a blast. Jeff has tons of experience and is a fun guy with great stories. We had a smooth take off and landing with about an hour flying in the air, close to 10 miles. Jeff’s your guy for an unforgettable experience!

This review is a long time coming. My husband took me on a Rocky Mountain Balloon Ride late August 2017. It was easily one of my favorite experiences of my life so far. Ive always been enamored with balloons, and the owner- Jeffs- enthusiasm was infectious. He was able to answer any possible questions we had about the balloon, balloon history etc. We were able to watch the balloon being assembled and felt safe and cozy in his absolutely gorgeous wicker basket and balloon. If youre thinking about going on a hot air balloon ride in the Denver area, go with Jeff. You wont regret it.

This was an intimate and breathtaking experience that was well worth the money. Jeff was a fantastic and knowledgeable pilot whos 20 years of experience really showed through in his professionalism and piloting of the craft. Tom was also fantastic in making sure the details were attended to. They both has wonderful information and we knew we were in good hands with them. We will definitely be coming back for any future hot air balloon rides.

Jeff and his crew are awesome! He has been doing this for 20 years and is very knowledgeable of how to maneuver and deal with weather patterns. Amazing views of the Rockies and he made sure to slowly spin the balloon so we all had the same view. Safe landing and when we returned to the launch site they provided champagne and fresh fruit. Awesome time and highly recommend.

Incredible Experience - Beautiful, Professional and Personal!Jeff and his team created a personal, once in a life-time experience for us, creating a very Sweet 16 for my daughter and her closest friends. We were able to participate in getting the balloon ready, some in air experience and took some fun, unique and beautiful pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight pictures! From start to finish this was an amazing experience. From the first phone call I made, Jeff had me very excited about asking my girlfriend to marry me in the sky. Rocky Mountain Balloon rides provided great service. There was a wonderful layout with pastries, coffee and tea that were provided while the balloon was being set up and prepped. Jeff was a great teacher and clearly has a lot of experience ballooning. He was very personable and really when you are stuck 1000 feet in the air with someone I would say Jeff is our top pick of people to be in a wicker basket dangling above the earth. He is fun, considerate of all our requests, and very very passionate about what he does. We highly recommend ballooning with Jeff. The champagne and stories after the ride were a wonderful plus to the great experience. I cant say for certain but this balloon ride might be the reason I have a fiance rather than just a girlfriend. When looking for a safe and reliable balloon company. Rocky Mountain Balloon Rides is the best. Jeff is a very friendly and personable person. He called and talked with me with in the hour I inquired his site about making reservations. He assured us on the safety and quality of his balloon rides, and had us very excited for our trip.Jeff called us the night before and made sure we were ready for our ride. He texted us the directions to get there and everything. When we got there we got to help set up the balloon while Jeff took pictures. In the air Jeff was a wonderful guide. He explained the process of flying a balloon, pointed out cool landmarks, and was constantly on the look out for good photo opportunities.This was for my girlfriends birthday and Jeff made sure that it was a special day. When it was time to say goodbye Jeff made my girlfriend a little souvenir out of the cork from our champagne.It was a magical and intimate experience that was well worth the price.

Jeff was an amazing host! I did a proposal balloon ride that he put a ton of effort and love into to make a very unique and fun experience. I had made arrangements from out of state and he was super accommodating explaining how things would work and how we would make it special. We were provided with coffee and an awesome fruit tray before the ride began and he really went over the top to make it an intimate and fun experience.The actual balloon ride was amazing, he took us through different elevations, views of Mountains, waterways, and cities surrounding Denver. Couldnt have asked for a better proposal and I definitely recommend going through Jeff if you really want a once in a lifetime experience !

Jeff was able to setup the timing of my proposal and capture all the emotions and joy of the moment beautifully with a variety of photos. We had such a great experience. We called him the night before (so last minute) and he went out of his way and made it work out for us. Great flight, we were nervous about it but everything was well, nice gently ride. Champagne toast once we landed and Michael made us a cute ornament out of the cork & lid to keep as a memory. Great pilot and great person and Michael as well (balloon crew member) Definetly recommend! 5 star! Beautiful scene.
