Clean theater, friendly ticket taker at entrance. Ticket purchase was self serve at a kiosk. Concession service was a little slow, only one lane open but other staff around were busy cleaning surfaces. Popcorn - perfect amount of salt and butter. Nathans hotdog had a good tasting bun, drink was light on ice. Seen tenet in 4DX theater - experience similar to motion rides at disney world / universal studios. Seat was a little bit uncomfortable, worth the price of admission but not for every movie you would go see. Hand sanitizer stations throughout the hallways.

For the most part Regal has been amazing! Me and my boyfriend have gone often in the last almost four years! This last time we went to get drinks was a bit annoying. The lady was very nice, but seemed kind of oblivious she didnt exactly know what she was doingShe took my my boyfriends card muptie times and it was declined despite him just being paid and he was able to pay for our popcorn and soda. It seemed like she was possibly running it backwards it happens, but he was obviously annoyed about it. I was able to pay for my drink, but werent be paid again for a few days so he was unable to get his due to this. Fairly mild, but still a little annoying. For the most part Regal is great!!

My friend and I were really really looking forward to seeing Christopher Nolans new movie Tenant tonight but an unfortunate event happened to us. We were required to stay where we were and had to forgo the movie. Not did we not get a refund, which I understand but we didnt even get through to regal through the phones. Wheres the customer service? Movie theaters are becoming savages. They are taken advantage of great directors, that want to keep modern Cinema in theaters like Christopher Nolan. Well I respect the effort, but I think Ill stream at home.

As far as the movie theater experience itself, I have no complaints. The theaters are always clean and the seats are comfortable. However, if I’m going to pay over $6 for a bottled water, can the company please hire some better employees? No sense of urgency in them at all. I just watched a lady at concessions move so painfully slow that it took her nearly four minutes to fix a single small bag of popcorn, and another two minutes to fix a soft drink.

Got ran out of the theater due to a fire alarm about 30 min in to the movie on Dec 14th. We did not have time to wait around to ask for a refund after waiting around 10-15min outside in the cold. So we left and I planned to call later to inquire about a refund. Bad on me, but I called 3-4 days later once we were back home, but was told by the manager no refund could be given, but that he would see if he could send out a couple passes (which is all we wanted as we only use Regal theaters). However, its been 2+ weeks with no passes. So we will go back to AMC theaters only. Have multiple videos of our exit, I also had to help an elderly man with a walker to get down the escalators as they would not allow him to use the elevator and none of the staff offered to assist the wife in helping the man down the escalator in the mad rush of people going out. I wouldnt hold it against the theater if *I* left the theater, but since I was ejected due to fire alarm and I wasnt able to come back or call hours later to inquire about a refund shouldnt preclude some recompense.

This theatre was very dirty(entrance, concession lobby, theatre 13 and the womens restroom closest to theatre 13). #13 was not cleaned before the 10:35pm showing of Joker. The trash was overflowing and there was popcorn all over the floor and seats of row E. The bathroom had clearly been neglected, too..I would not recommend the popcorn, which is typically the best part.I dont know if this is a common occurrence, but the entire theatre floor was noticeably shaking from our arrival to the end of our visit. The other guests in theatre 13 made comments about it during the movie as well. It was concerning and made it difficult to concentrate on the movie.Walking out of theatre 13, the concession lobby and entrance were STILL a mess.I was surprised this location wasnt kept neat considering this is a high tourist area.

A group of 3 friends and I came to see a movie here at this location. We were running a little late, thank goodness for reserved seating, or so we thought. We ordered from the bar and got into the theatre right when the movie was starting. Only to find people in our seats. We asked them to move and 2 of them did. Another couple said no. After showing them our tickets and seats they still refused to get up. We went to get management, after waiting, 10 min into the movie and management seeing they actually are sitting in our seats. They finally asked them to get up and move. They asked if someone was sitting in there seats, which management had to look up because they couldn’t find there tickets anymore surprisingly. This whole time, they are still sitting in our seats even after management finding out they are in the wrong seats. Finally they get up and move but not after cursing and my friends and I. We felt threatened and left the theatre. Management did not escort them out even after we told them we were fearful to stay and watch the movies. They did give us more movie tickets to compensate us. But just a lack of management leadership and finding out they were letting the people in the wrong stay to watch the movie rather than us staying makes us never want to go back to this theatre again. Please consider twice before purchasing your tickets here.

I absolutely would not recommend this theater to anyone with disabilities. The ADA requires all major movie theaters to have closed captioning devices for the deaf and hard of hearing. This is not something theaters offer to be kind or helpful. They are LEGALLY REQUIRED to offer this service, yet when I went to this theater for the opening of The Last Skywalker in December, they did not have the appropriate device charged and ready for use. I even called the theater the day before to make sure they had the correct device, and the manager I spoke with assured me they had it. After spending $35 on two tickets, I arrived at the theater to a rude box office worker who yelled at me when I asked her to repeat herself. Two managers came to assist, and instead of rectifying the situation, they made it worse by offering me a descriptive audio device for people with sight disabilities. I ended up leaving because no device was available, and I there is absolutely no point in me watching a movie when I cannot understand what is being said.I have been going back and forth with Regal for over a week on this, and I still have not been refunded my money. You are better off seeing a movie at the Cherry Creek AMC. They keep their devices right at the concessions stand, and there is no need to stand around and wait for a condescending manager to set up the device. And they validate parking as well.

Our group of 4 shows up on time last night to find that the room we were supposed to watch our movie in had been moved to a different room... which was smaller and had fewer seats. Which meant on this night that it was completely full, and that both we and another three groups no longer had seats available to us. We got a refund, but when we asked for a food/movie voucher to make up for the time driving over and paying for parking, we said it was corporate policy to not offer anything other than a refund or 1:1 ticket exchange.Fine then. It’s going to be our new personal policy not to do our movie nights at a theater that doesn’t take ownership of its screwups.

Second time in a row that I have had an unsatisfactory experience. The first time there was constant talking and rowdy behavior which went unaddressed. This time there were several technical technical issues which happened throughout the entire movie which included sound cutting out, lights not dimming correctly, and the movie stopping during the climax halfway through the scene and then the scene starting over from the beginning. The convenience fee charged to buy a ticket in advance is rediculous given the setup of the theater given that all seats sell out hours before the movie starts. Having to go online to buy my tickets several hours beforehand isnt convenient walking up to the ticket counter and buying a ticket and finding a seat is much more convenient. Its funny that they charge this fee when buying tickets online allows them to staff fewer employees at the ticket window. Its just corporate greed. I have no problem with paying for a worthwhile experience but I struggle with giving money to companies who display outright contempt and greed towards their customers. Regal now falls into this group of companies for me.

When I first showed up and approached the lady at the podium, she kept trying to talk to other people but not me. I asked a simple question (where is this specific theater for my showing) and I was told I had to wait for a manager to get the answer. Further more, there were people constantly vaping inside the theater , and when reported to the staff they seemed lackadaisical in doing anything about it. There were more issues, but Id rather not waste my time continuing on. Find a different theater, this one isnt worth your money or time.

One of the better regal-brand cinemas in the Denver area. It is one of the easiest to get to using public transit, only a block or two away from an H/F line stop, second only to the Colorado Center 9. They show a wide variety of movies here, including more independent films then you may get at other theatres. Service is good, but depending on when you go it can get crowded. Ive been at around 6 on a weeknight and it feels like youve got the theatre to yourself. Ive also been to a matinee on New Years Day, and the line to even get in took 10 minutes to go through. We did not preorder tickets, so we had to sit in the front row, which was less than ideal. For last minute plans on a holiday though, not too bad!

Went out of the way to take my nephew, who was visiting from Germany, to see a movie downtown at a place that I told him is nicer and has reclining seats. We arrive to a theatre that was so dirty it was embarrassing. We got to the auditorium 3 for Men in black and the floor was so heavily covered in soda that we couldn’t get to our seats without getting our shoes covered. Every seat had garbage on the tables and popcorn all over the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked if someone could clean the floor and someone came at the start of the movie to mop. Unacceptable! My son left his wallet and was so nervous that it would be gone, of course an hour later, the theatre still hasn’t been cleaned so it was still there. What a poor experience. I took a number of photos if needed. Still angry the next day.

I don’t often do reviews. But this place... woof. First, we stood in the concession line for 20 minutes. Then they changed our auditorium because ours was rented out for a private event. When we got to the new theater, our seats were different than the ones we’d reserved, and the recliners didn’t work. When the movie started, the only sound was coming from front of house. It’s an Elton John biopic, how you gonna cut out the surround sound? So 10 minutes in I had to go find someone to ask them to fix it. They did, which I appreciate. Great movie btw. Finally, I validated my parking ticket at the theater. But when I left the Pavilion garage, I was charged anyway. Woof. Hey we all have off nights. I can keep a level head about it. But I can’t say I’ll go back to this theater anytime soon.

I go to this theatre often as it’s blocks away from where I live. This is a fantastic theatre with new reclining seats and a large screen. The best seats are usually in row E which is the first line of seats in the stadium section right behind the few handicapped seats which divide the traditional theatre seats from the stadium. It puts you right at eye level to the screen and there is absolutely no one in front of you. 4DX is also available if you like the 3D experience with moving seats, etc. As with all locations downtown it’s best to Uber/Lyft in or use the light rail/bus unless you want to pay a lot for parking or search endlessly for a spot. Light rail on 16th and California leaves you only a couple blocks away.

I dont see why it would be so expensive to bring a carpet cleaner in there once in awhile. Overall it was a medium experience. The chairs were very very comfortable but still close together and the person next to me claimed the armrest for herself which is fine. I love having reserved seats as well. However, it is chronically understaffed - I dont think Ive ever seen the upstairs bar open despite how crowded it has been. There are often super long lines at the concession stand and to buy tickets or get in the door. The climate control is terrible! Either its absolutely freezing (as in cold enough that you need a jacket and blanket or your hands and nose are painfully cold), or roasting hot (which seems to happen a lot in the larger theaters).Ive been there twice during technical issues. Once was an emergency (I think just a fire alarm at the mall) and the theater had to be evacuated. We all stood outside for ages. Eventually people started leaving because it was getting too late but they would not hand out tickets or reimbursements to make up for the inconvenience, and there was no way to validate parking. Other times there have been small things like the lights not going down properly or the escalator being broken.
