Nice theater. Movies started on time and there were decent options for movie food. Social distancing is in effect so every other row is blocked off. Clean cinema, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Had some new movies and some old ones playing so choices were good.

Half of the staff are normal...Half of the staff are not. During this pandemic (covid-19) youd think youd get treated like a customer...who pays the people to put food on the table... depending on what you look like...your treatment will be different here. Spend elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this theater for many years. It’s still as enjoyable today in my 20s as it was when I was a kid! Over the years they haven’t lost any of their quality! In customer service nor in the films themselves.Every movie I’m hoping to see is available

They dont even deserve one star one hour into the movie and they took us out and falsely accused us of doing something we did not do since nobody admitted to it and we were forced to leave. We got no refund and they called me names. I cant even believe what i just experienced I will not returning here EVER again!

Me and a friend went to this theater because I know someone who is a manager there. It had comfortable seating but know leg rests or tables. There is a security guard even standing in the hallway. The soda is very expensive. The large soda costs more than if you buy a 12 pack at the grocery stores. You can buy a cup and get $1.50 refills if you want and free refills on the popcorn. It is close to the highway also for your convenience.

Always loved to go to watch the movies that came out with my friends and its very cool place to hang out with your friends and watched some cool stuff. Also, my mom takes my little sister to watch kids movies during summer and it was very awesome for them. Harkins theaters is the best place to go and hang out and watch cool or best movies.

I felt safe visiting this theater during the pandemic. The auditoriums here have always been clean and well maintained but they have now gone above and beyond to complement their social distancing measures.

Love that theyve reopened safely during a pandemic. Regular visits from staff during the movie to ensure all movie goers are wearing a mask. Low guest turn out bad for them great for me. Everyone was spaced and the aisles were safely closed off so that everyone was separated quite well. The staff were cleaning regularly. Fix yalls condiment station tho. Wasnt set up so people aint touchin all over stuff. I refused to use it. Straws in same dispenser everyones touching. No. Have the staff pass out with each drink and have them offer it. Same with salt butter etc. Staff only should have access to it not the general public. And offer gloves by the doors to the rr. So can glove up before touchin the handles. Remember the general publics dumb.

That movie Freaky was very funny I loved it I enjoyed it

My wife and I really like this theatre. Its nice they have multiple concessions open to get food faster when trying to get to our movie. Staff are always helpful and theater is always clean. I also like the ability to buy tickets in advance on my phone from their app. If Hollywood would put out better movies we would spend more time there! Excellent theater!

Took my husband to see his favorite Star Wars movie, The Empire Strikes Back and we both enjoyed seeing it on the big screen. Thanks, Harkins!

Place definitely looks a bit dated, but good amenities and service. Prices are reasonable for a movie theater. Not a bad place at all to see a flick.

Excellent location. Lots to do within the general vicinity. Big, clean and nice cinema. They carry titles that some of the other theatres don’t (that’s how I found this cinema in the first place). As usual food/snack are expensive. One drawback- they don’t have reclining seats like Regal cinemas.

Oh yeah, we love the party pack popcorn, always a pleasure!

I love taking my grandchildren there to see movies along with my daughter. Everyone there is so friendly starting from the ticket counter to the concession stand to the nice people who direct you to which theater room to go to. Great place for family fun.

The theater is great and it has nice seats. The theater is very big for better experience. I would recommend you go there. There are also malls and other shops around the theater that you can check out before the movie.

Great movie theater! The Cine Capri its amazing great Dolby Atmos sound and great screen. They have recently added seat selection which makes it better for getting the spot you like, although it could get difficult if you are late and are trying to find a seat lol. But overall experience its amazing they have lots of theaters as well as plenty of snacks and food. The best thing is the flavor you can pour on your popcorns. I personally like the caramel flavor.

Not the worst out there. There was the one lady at concessions who was being rather short with my elderly mother. Despite that, we enjoyed our show. A good theatre if its near and you dont want to drive far, or if you have some shopping to do around.

I go here very often its a Really nice place. They have all the new movies easy to get tickets you can shop at the mall before going to see your movie of youre early (or after). There is frozen yogurt next to it so its just very practical and great.

Late night, not many people, great! Can sit anywhere which is always nice when its not crowded. Like the less people atmosphere. On a Saturday night.

Great experience as usual. Concession lines are many and move fast. Seats are comfy and theater is clean. Very cold mid movie this time though.

I always have a pleasant experience with the staff here and never have any difficulty.I wish theaters where a bit cleaner at times, and the ads they run can be a bit haphazard but overall a pleasant experience.Definitely recommend for all age groups and fun for everyone.

We always love this theater, they definitely have the best popcorn. The only thing that could make it better is if they started serving alcohol.

Its a movie theater. While other theaters have figured out food service, Harkins is the kind of theater that doesnt have an expedient way to receive food or beverages. I would encourage sneaking a soda in with you if you drink a lot, not because I think their prices are beyond reasonable for a movie theater, but because if youre going to consider a refill during the movie, youll miss the last half of the movie waiting for help.

Bought our tickets online and when we got to the theater we found out the layout shown online is nothing like the actual theater layout. Our seats were not anywhere near where we wanted them to be.The diagram showed the seats were supposed to be behind the central isle but they were actually in front of the center aisle. A lot closer to the screen then we wanted to be.So trying to pick your seats online is meaningless. You wont end up with the location you want.

Dont have recliner seats, but is a good theatre. Also, plays low budget Hindi movies which AMC doesnt play. Thanks for playing these movies. The complex nearby have a lot of places to eat and drink so its an added advantage

Great theater near my home. Theyve got a large selection of snacks and beverages to choose while viewing while in one of the many theatres. I give out 2 thumbs up.

Went tonight to see Bad Boys. I ordered the cheddar popcorn. For $6, I expected it to be premium. it might have been the worst tasting product Ive ever put in my mouth.As for the theater experience there were so many kids in there talking we had to turn around and tell people to be quiet several times.

Perfectly nice theater with nice screens and quality sound. The seats are pretty good and there is reserve seating, which is always great. They also have a full food menu available.

This is one of the few theaters left in Denver that is a little more basic (no recliner seats) but still ultra nice. The theater does a great summer movie series for kids thats totally worth it -- plus each $5 summer pass includes a coupon for a kids popcorn combo. The entire Northfield area is very family-friendly with lots of outdoor shops and restaurants. Its a beautiful place to visit any time of year.

Love the service of this place; it is always fast, there is no lines and i can get food with in minutes. Place is always clean and movies are enjoyable. Staff is always happy to help and explain something if needed. Prices are reasonable as well.

A fun and chill movie theater to go with friends and family

Me and my friends were rudely asked to leave do to false accusations of kicking seats when the people where 5 rows ahead of us note we did not get a refund wont be coming here any time soon!!!

Harkins is a great theater. Friendly staff and good food. Prices are a bit high on food. If you go often, purchase the loyalty cup and buy the $20 rewards. You get a free medium popcorn. If you upgrade to a large popcorn its only a dollar. Loyalty cups are $1.50. My husband and I get water and occasionally get soda. They recently changed the way they do things when purchasing tickets. You choose your seats for where you want to sit in the theater. If you download the harkins app and use the loyalty program you can earns points when buying tickets through them which in turn you earn money to use for concessions. Overall, Harkins at Northfield is very nice and cheaper than AMC.

For matinees other places are cheaper for the base ticket. Century Theaters has really cheap matinee prices, especially on Tuesday. But if you are going regularly, and like popcorn and a drink with your movie, buy the Harkins cup and the total cost is less than nearby theaters.

Always a good experience when we go. Always clean. Staff is friendly. And have never had a interruption during a flick. This is our go to theater.

For the price i was not impressed with the theater. the seats dont recline and the screen was moderate but the sound system was not great. It was pretty expensive for most movie theaters i have been too recently.

Just Left Frozen II with wife and kids, we were in theatre 18 ironically it was freezing in there, I told one of the girls on the cleaning staff; she was sharp, she asked how cold? I told her it was like 45F exactly, she inormed her manager (guy in oversized suit) he couldnt care less. This place just keeps getting more and more ghetto. Your better off going to East 88 drive-in. Yep its that bad.

A great theater with a nice clean look and good seats. The food was pretty tipical for a theater, what you would expect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The handrails in the theater itself were actually too high and interfered with my view. Otherwise it was an enjoyable showing.

Even with sales, rewards and promotions, it is a better value to wait and watch movies at home. If your group persists in going out, than this would be a nice place to visit. There are plenty of options for food in the area so save the money and eat elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! They skipped the first half hour of a show and, three managers later, insisted that nothing was wrong. Go to a theater that will exhibit the FULL feature (which is any other theater). Would give fewer stars if I could.

Never been to this location at night for the movies. Unfortunately saw two fights in front they need to remove these young kids from standing around causing problems.. its such a classy environment and when the ghetto comes out they dont know how to act no parents with these kids so this a down fall on a Saturday night. During the day its completely different its a good atmosphere. On a brighter note inside the theater is clean and staff is friendly.

This is always my goto theater. I love the location is close to my home. The customer service is usually good. The wait time to get snacks is usually quick. The management team is greatThey make sure things run smoothly and the theaters are clean each time. You can always see employees cleaning up spilled popcorn. There are several great shops and eateries at the location area. Ticket prices are adorable. The only downside is the seats are really comfortable and are kind of cramped but its ok to watch a movie. I always go when the theater isnt gonna be packed.

Harkins is an excellent theater. With plenty of events and activities you can plan like renting a whole theater to play video games on the big screen with your friends to birthday parties at the theater, its great fun from humongous auditoriums to private screening rooms its a lovely experience. One of the best theaters in Denver, top quality along the same quality as an Alamo Drafthouse theater

Ive been going here since I was a little kid and they all ways provide great service, have great workers and, assistance as far as refunding goes. From my personal experience, its great. Would recommend.

Personally I think Harkins runs a nice clean and respectable place. I have been to a lot of movie theaters and one thing that I see disappearing is the true guest experience. As Hollywood and theater fight over what the theater gets in the way of money per ticket many theater chains up their prices on concessions and cut staff and or their hours to make a profit. All I can say is Harkins continues to find the correct balance. I have been in supposed nice neighborhoods where you think it would be nice [AMCs orchard] for example and all I can say is they offer the economy seat downgrade filled with the supporting cast of the trailer park thug cast to really fill out the experience. Harkins on the other hand always has clean theaters. Staff willing to smile and thank you for visiting. Also they always have more then one person working even late on a Sunday evening. There is a reason I go and keep going to Harkins sometime the only thing that ruins the experience is a theater that doesnt care. So far in a limited choice Harkins continues to dominate in giving the best experience possible.

Once you go to Century with the new reclinable seats you really cant go back to Harkins plus all the kids for some reason are out of control its just not the premium theathre it was thought out to be

Almost went deaf seeing a movie here apart from this theater being filthy they dont know how to properly adjust the sound very dangerous for kids ears as well! More excuses to watch movies at home wont be to this theater for a long time.

This theatre is the perfect place to go see a movie, whether it be with friends, family, or on a date, it will cater to you perfectly. First off the ticket prices or basically nothing, staff was really friendly, seating had plenty of room in each seat and very comfortable, and of course they show all the latest movies as well as some classics.Really clean as well which is always great to have when you will be sitting there for multiple hours.Highly recommend this theatre to families as it is really cheap and there are lots of other families already here. Other groups are of course great as well but I feel this theatre is best for those looking to save a dime and still get the full experience.

It used to be my favorite theater having the best screen and audio system in Colorado and being close to my home. Ever since they started assigned seating, now getting a good seat is almost impossible without buying online in advance with an extra fee. I like going to movies whenever I feel like it, oh well, not anymore. They should have raised the ticket price by a dollar or two rather than starting the assigned seating to collect the online purchase fee. Also since the assigned seating, people are keep pouring in after the movie has started. It kills the ultimate movie experience. What a mess it has become now. I used to go here all the time. It will definitely slow down or I should look into home theater options now. So long my best theater

Today they dropped the ball miserably. No cards accepted and employees were trying to make you use their ATM and pay the ridiculous fee. Get your act together!

Assigned seating, no good. Used to be here every month or so, not happening anymore. People arrive late after the movie starts and good seats are taken. You can always buy a week in advance, but who plans ahead for a movie? Something else might come up and you lose your ticket. Movies are supposed to be spontaneous and assigned seating takes away of the charm.

The best welcoming environment to go on date, families, and friends. The area is very clean with nice staff that help a lot.

One of the few theaters still worth going to. So glad they have not gone the route of assigned seating. Loyalty cup costs the same as a large and gets you cheap refills all year long. There is no better theater in all of the metro area.

Used to be my favorite place to go see a movie, but then they raised the prices for the cinema capre. And it seems like half the theaters are showing Spanish-speaking films, so there are less theaters that have a movie showing I would be interested in seeing. They recently added reserve seating, so thats a plus. Now you dont have to arrive an hour early to get a good seat. Well at least you dont have to sit in the theater for an hour, you still might want to show up early to reserve a seat.

Not too thrilled about the seats but everything else wasd fine.

They need recliners, it would of been better to kick my feet up.

I love their Cine Capri. Largest screen in Colorado. Amazing. The reason I took one star off is recently in kind of way, they raised ticket price.

Theater was clean and for the movie we saw there was actually the opportunity to pick our seats when we purchased the tickets. No worry about trying to find good seats together.
