Poor setup with will call. Even if you have already purchased your tickets you will have to stand in line and possibly miss your show. There is a sign saying no one can enter the theatre late. But they make it almost impossible to get your tickets. They should just be able to scan a code if you buy your ticket online.

Have never waited in line longer than 10 minutes for will call. If there is still a line past opening they hold the start of the show until everyone is ready. Really enjoyed the recent production of Legaly Blonde.
