The movies are great as always. We always do the dine in movie. As a mom of a small child, it is difficult to get out for long so it is super convenient for us to be able to have dinner and a movie all in one place. Apparently I hadnt done my research well enough because their menu was cut down to Basically everything that makes my stomach hurt.

I chose to see a movie in the IMAX theater.. big mistake. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most r also dirty and/or broken. I almost left in the middle of the movie due to being so uncomfortable. Having driven 45 min one way, I chose to tough it out. Couldnt get alcohol from the bar, because theyre currently only selling one alcohol and one mixer for $11-12 a glass (apparently covid is passed from person to person via alcohol). Overall, a disappointing experience. Nice mall, but Ill pick a different theater next time.

Have enjoyed movies at the AMC DINE-IN theatre at Easton several times. I think the viewing rooms have very comfortable seating and are always clean. The audio and visual experience are very good as well. I do wish that the concessions available and the prices would be slightly better. Otherwise, I think the AMC at Easton is a fun place to see movies. Recently enjoyed watching Gerwigs Little Women there.

Loved the full dine in experience...the food is a lil pricey but well worth it

Went to see a movie with just 4 of us in the entire theater. Everyone on staff was great and very respectful. We were able to get popcorn and drinks as well. Excellent experience.

Super clean, super nice, and super experience. They have a limited menu, as they just opened back up from COVID shutdowns recently but it is a good selection of standard movie theatre treats and light fare. The movie watching experience was great with amazing seats and Dolby Atmos in the theater we were in. They are currently holding the theaters to 40% capacity, so lots of social distancing potential.

They changed their dine in procedures to limit contact in a way we could still enjoy the movie!

I really enjoy this place. Loved being able to reserve our seats. Very comfortable. Prices were very good on the popcorn and pop.

The lack of dine in option due to covid was disappointing but, the theater was phenomenal. Id love to come back when restrictions are lifted.

The movie we seen was really funny. But the seats were really dirty yet. How can a place be shut down for several months but still have dirty seats? Evidently no one did a good inspection.

The two or three girls at the concession stand are playing around and not getting their job done, we tried ordering and they just kept talking away. Once they did finally serve us, they didn’t even give us napkins even when we tried asking, and if your willing to watch 30 minutes of ads, definitely go to Easton amc

Its AMC. Its terribly overpriced and glitzy but the seats are comfy, the sodas are huge and the screens are bigger. No one goes here for value. Its because its the most comfortable, and it undeniably is.

This theatre is absolute trash. We got to our seats and it wasn’t even cleaned. There was trash everywhere and nothing was wiped down. There’s teenagers outside sitting on the floor hanging out. The whole place is a mess with trash everywhere. It used to be a great place to go but really it’s gone way down hill.

Not a fan. Seats feel the smallest of any of the chains around here. Made worse by the permanently attached table that sits in your way.

First off Ill say that I didnt want to go to this theatre in the first place. Ive never had an enjoyable experience there but was my closest option to see the movie that I wanted to see.I purchased two tickets to a full service, dine in theatre. When I arrived and had my QC code read, I was directed to a theatre but also informed that it was not a full service theatre but that I could order at the counter and have food delivered to the seats. The not so pleasant young lady demanded to see my ticket and informed me that I could not order food but had to go to my seat and order from there.After realizing that no food or server was coming and that the wrong movie was playing, I left and asked to speak with a manager. She was pleasant and even feigned interested in my situation. She at least directed me to the correct theatre. Once there, I hit the call button to order food. It only took 25 minutes for my server to show up then another 25 minutes for my, you guessed it, cold food to arrive.Basically, the only enjoyable part of the entire evening was the movie, the one thing that AMC Easton had no part in providing!I should have known better than to go there and believe me, I wont make that mistake again!

Okay they are only getting 4 stars for the outrageous price for a smart water 20oz(5.39). We went to see 1917 and the movie was excellent and the chairs were a recliner so that was a plus. Theater was Dolby sound and it was great. I have been coming here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

The Selection of the theater was good. The pricing for Tuesday was good. The movie started on time and there was absolutely no issue with the film itself. We did not dine in theater so I cant speak to the food. The issues I came across was upon entry; they scanned our tickets and directed us over there. Now there are signs; we found our theater...just not usually the welcome you get to the theater. The actual theater was not serviced well between screenings. There was popcorn all over the row in front of us. The table attached to my seat was greasy with hand prints on it and trash in the cup holder; and starburst wrappers in the tray next to me. These two things took away from the experience for me personally.

Most theaters have very comfortable reclining seats (IMAX does not). In some of the theaters you can order food from your seat, but in all theaters you can have food delivered from the concession area. The food is pretty good, a little expensive but not more than expected. There is a bar as well. It’s in a really nice environment in Easton. A little more of a walk (plus escalator ride) from the parking lot compared to other options, but the much nicer theaters make it worth it. There are a lot of food options just outside the theatre in the mall as well.

Wow. We havent been to a movie in several years. We took our three grandchildren to see Sonic the Hedgehog. There was a special on drinks and popcorn for the children. Our afternoon cost us $60! The theater was terrific, and its no wonder that was nearly empty. Next time well do Netflix.

Seating was roomy and comfortable. I ordered fish and chips, the flavor was very good, but by the time I got my meal, the warm items werent so warm and the chilled items werent so chilled. Additionally, no condiments were offered upon delivery so our options were to trudge back to the lobby, or eat dry fries. Overall not a BAD experience, but not superlative either.

The AMC at easton is pretty huge and have number of screens. Besides watching movies on normal screen you can also watch a movie in IMAX 3D, Real D 3D or Dolby depending on the platform the movie is relaesed on. You can buy popcorn and coke etc before you go to watch any movie. One of the best things AMC has is having AMC stubs card. If you have stubs card, you will get special discounts and offers from AMC. Happy movie time.

Great place to be, very lively and it always smells nice whether it’s the smell of desserts and sweets or the smell of popcorn or some type of meat or veggie fried or baked. This review really supposed to be about the AMC but it’s also about the Easton Town Center in general. This is a very diverse place you’ll see people from all backgrounds both young and old, on Saturdays however you’ll see a lot of younger teens especially near the AMC Theatre and closer to the Apple Store. This is a great area for visitors or for couples whether it’s to sight see or even a date, there are also plenty activities for children to be apart of as well. Whether your looking for a good meal, a massage or mani/pedi, new clothes or bags, designer watches and or smart watches, Apple Devices, Bath and Body works, sexy clothing to set the mood, smart home accessories, computers, game consoles, free rides on the electric Easton bus that will take you anywhere in Easton. I’m not sure if there are any barbershops or any places for hairstyling but there are plenty of shoe stores also.

I had never eaten in a movie theater before, except for the snacks they sell at insane prices. This place has reclining seats and buttons that you push for a waiter to come to you. The food was out pretty quick and was not that bad considering it was made in a movie theater. The drinks were pretty good as well. I cannot get over the seats though!

Great ambience. If youre into salad, their Cobb salad is highly recommended. Its at the top-echelon in the list of best salads Ive ever had! #TheseAreFactsOnly

The new food order line is no good when all you want is a soda. A change is due! As for the movie, the last 30 minutes of the 2:40 length of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was good. Otherwise, dont waste your time.

Saw the Sonic movie in the AMC Prime theater. The seats were comfortable, but the foot rest didnt go up all the way. The subwoofers did rumble the seats and made for a nice addition to the experience though! The picture quality was excellent. The seats werent super wide and were pretty close to the neighboring seat.

Amazing! Finally a place to watch movies thats better than home. Will definitely be back again and again.

Loved coming here. I bought tickets online then had a family emergency. While in the chaos at the hospital I forgot to cancel the tickets by the show time. I was 2 minutes late. The charge is still pending on my debit card and every time I try and talk to someone about my situation, I get the run around. Wont be going back. You want the 30 bucks that bad then keep it. We will go somewhere else every week

Went to see Bad Boys For Life. Movie was good. AMC theaters changed where and how tickets are sold. Have to go up stairs to purchase tickets at a kiosk. Line was long and a little slow. Show was basically sold out so we had to get front row seats. I suggest purchase tickets on line.

Other than waiting 30 mins for my food to be delivered to the theater and going to the concession stand out front and being told they dont know why nobody ever delivered it, its a nice place.

The popcorn was on point. It tasted so much better than I had in the past from here. Movie and seats were awesome as usual.

My husband and I went to see Bad Boys 3 at AMC easton at eat and dine. We spent $53 on food and not only did my food come 45 minutes after ordering but it was cold!! Like so cold that it had to have been sitting out for at least 20 min. Im ticked because the taste was there but u cant enjoy cold food. The seats were nice, comfy and spacious though, movie good. But to spend $30 on tickets and 50 on ice cold food was a RIP off!

Sadly this Movie Theater has went downhill over the years. This will be are last time going there. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Tickets and food were overpriced. Not only was the food extremely overpriced but it was awful. The popcorn was cold and tasted old. Unlike many other Movie Theaters this one pre fills the popcorn container and sits them on a shelf until someone buys it. Since you have to put the butter on it yourself, only the top layer gets any butter. Finally since its inside the mall it was extremely crowded. They get two stars from us because they did actually play the movie. My advice, go anywhere else.

I have been to the theater many times during the last five months and the experience is always great! From the people who work there - always friendly, to the cleanliness of the theater and restrooms and the variety of the latest movies makes it a pleasure to visit! Thanks for being in Easton Center.

Saw Star Wars last night. Movie was great. Food tastes good, but portion size was very dissappointing. Ordered the Asian shrimp and steak bowl which came with maybe a cup to a cup and half of food. It tasted great but was not worth $16.99. Kids mac n cheese came with maybe half a cup of food. Luckily, I had kids that didnt eat their food. Otherwise, I would have left hungry.

Slightly better than other AMCs but still dirty, no one keeps up these theaters.

Very cool theater experience, but would be much better if they brought drinks from the bar to you instead of having to miss the movie to get a drink. If it’s a dine in area, any type of food or drink should be brought to your seat, not just the lame stuff.

There has been plenty of updates to this theater and I love the recliners! The tables could be a bit bigger.

Fun experience. Food, drink and movie in a relaxing chair. The menu has plenty of options and is relatively inexpensive compared to what is typically for sale at the movies. The bonus of having a reclining chair makes it the perfect movie experience.

Easton Town Center is touted as a upscale shopping center, but the AMC definitely does not live up to that upscale feeling. First off, only one person at front handling guest services and scanning tickets. Doesnt seem to care about her job, and more interested in chatting with her friends than doing her job.Secondly, is there anyone responsible for keeping the front lobby cleaned? Carpets were dirty. The concessions are set up to where you grab what you want and pay at the end. The idea of self service is great as long as the employees are keeping it clean and stocked.The theater itself was clean and had great Dolby Sounds.Definitely will look at other cinemas if I am going out to see a movie.

Had to wait almost half an for rockey 3 to start. Then the movie was upside down.

Concession area was filthy, chairs were cracked and very worn with very deep indentations. Not comfortable.

Beautiful Theater with awesome seats and sound. The only knock is how the floors are kept. Which is not well. A good vacuuming by an associate every couple hours would do well!

This location does not disappoint with the variety of eateries available. Any pallette would be satisfied with the options made available. Highly recommend for a quick gnosh or with a small group of friends! Dean Excellence Standard of 5 Stars!

Horrible! I havent been to this movie theater since I was in my mid to early 20s. So I came to see star wars in IMAX because I had gift cards. It was terrible... Every other movie theater has reclining seats but not this place. Standard seats that I could barely fit in. And I paid 5 dollars more than I would if I had gone to Marcus and been comfortable

This is a great place with a lot of individual theaters in it. We came here for their February Oscar showcase and it was a great experience. What a great deal for the money! It was in a smaller theater with the reclining seats, we got to pick our seats and they made us feel like royalty by giving us lanyards to allow us quick access in and out of the theater during breaks between movies. Will definitely go here again.

This theater seems to be less maintained in the cleanliness department. The dine-in experience was slightly awkward due to the chair design at first, though now I actually have a chair at home very similar to them. I usually only pick this AMC location due to showtime availability/convenience of location (I will usually go to AMC Lennox otherwise).

Went and saw the 6:45 pm Aladdin show. Waitress spilled pop on my leg, chair and table. Didn’t even acknowledge it. Messed up our order. Food was cold,my daughter ordered chicken fingers and they brought her Mac-and -cheese and then argued with her about how she ordered M-A-C. I ordered the classic burger, it was barley warm, and I seriously maybe got 15 fries. We ordered brisket fries as an appetizer and didn’t get them until we had ate our entrees. My husband ordered the Royal burger and wasn’t too pleased with it. He also got onion rings with it and got 8 onion rings. Also, a waitress came up to us and said how the woman down the isle ordered a Royal burger also and was already eating it.......OK! Well so did my husband go back and tell them to make him one?!!

Cramped seats, average food. Overpriced. And fyi most theaters dont have seat service, so if thats what you want, pay attention to which theater your film is in

Hands down the best movie theatre in Columbus. There isn’t even a close second. Just in terms of size and offerings and atmosphere. It’s a movie theatre but it’s a restaurant and it’s fun! Great seats and recliners etc. I use Fandango to reserve and pick my seats specifically.

This is my favorite theater to visit. The Dine in has such comfortable seats and the food is really good. I really like the pretzel bites.

Food was AWFUL!! Full service Dinner and Movie. Daughter and I saw Sonic The Hedgehog. I still gave a tip, the food was OVERCOOKED and COLD, it was as if the food was already prepared before we ordered. Spoke with the manager and got free tickets for our next movie the food could not be refunded.

I’ve been coming to this theater since I was a kid and this was the most disappointed I’ve been with it. We purchased iMAX tickets online so it was about $38-39 when all was said and done for just two tickets. We went to concessions and the total was like $15 bucks. My fiancé tried to pay with the remaining balance of a gift card (we called right before going and it had $11.30 left on it and he asked her to just swipe it for 11) and cash for the rest.The cashier attempted to swipe it and she said “it doesn’t seem to have anything on it”. So he just says it’s no problem and handed her his debit card. She gave him back his debit card and his receipt and said have a good one..tucking our gift card behind the register. We politely asked for it back knowing it did have money left on it and she gave it back after. No biggie, just odd. We go to our theater and are immediately disappointed. Walking up the stairs the carpet is completely unglued and peeling in spots and just lying there waiting for a lawsuit to happen. We’re looking for our seat numbers and I notice a lot of the seats are filthy with food smashed into them and look like they haven’t been changed or upgraded since I first started going like 10 years ago(I have photos). And it wasn’t just one or two seats, it was a majority. The rest of the experience was fine aside from the fact that 3 bright spotlights were left on through the whole movie. For nearly $40 bucks for two tickets plus food and drink, I expected way more from this theater. I don’t foresee we’ll be coming back ever again.

Decent theater. Food service requires ordering at the counter, but they do bring it to you. Seats are motorized and tip back and extend footrests.

You always hear people talking they have bed bugs so we stopped going. The refreshment area the last time we went was filthy. Way to expensive to watch a movie. Friendly service.

They were following all covid 19 protocols

Our seats looked a bit beat up (see picture). We couldnt lean back at all because there is glass in front of you cutting off the picture otherwise. Only way to have a full picture was to sit all upright and stretch your neck to be able to see above that glass wall. The dine in sounded really nice - until we realized wed have to eat in complete darkness. That works with popcorn or nachos - but not a normal meal. If we come back we wont do the dine in again for sure.

Comfy seats, great movie. Being able to see weathering with you on the big screen in the its original language was a pleasure.

Oof. Usually dodgy and dirty and full of popcorn... would not suggest going here. The staff was not accommodating and the manager gave me a single free ticket after telling them I had been twice with rude staff and extremely unclean properties. They brushed me off the first time, then sent me up the chain the second. Both the concession. Area and the theater itself obviously hadn’t been cleaned for hours and I was greeted with indifference upon reporting it

Amazing theater! Up to date reclining chairs oh screen big room and more! Only down side is location in Springfield where few people live. But other than that is is amazing!

The staff is nice the movie theartes are somewhat clean, they could be better. The bathrooms are horrible they need to be clean so much better. Found black mold on the wall of hand dried. I will be there every friday. If its not cleaned by my next visit I will take photo and show you who ever reads this.

The movie theater itself was really nice and very spacious. It didnt feel too crowded. The prices are a little high though for concessions. The chairs in some theaters are not up to date and are very uncomfortable. Overall though the theater is nice and clean.

Good Time at the movies with the husband watching John Wick. Its clean and fairly fast check out.

Worst theater I’ve ever been to. The time first we went the floors were so sticky my shoes almost came off. We waited as the ticket people talked to their friends in front of us for a solid minute as if we didn’t exist. Then we got to the theater and our recliners didn’t work. We complained and were only told “thanks for bringing this to our attention.”The second time we went to see a 7:15 showing. We sat in the theater for 35 minutes watching the same trailers over and over. I’m complained, got no compensation, and was told it would be fixed. I went back to the theater and sat and watch more trailers for 15 minutes until the movie finally started.What a waste of time and awful customer service. Do NOT go here.

AMC Easton has always been my preferred location. However, I am not happy with the new screens to purchase tickets. Everyone is not technologically advanced and they hold up the line. There is no Premiere line there and its even worse when getting snacks. I believe AMC Easton is getting too big. Something simple is now turning into a hassle.

Worst movie theater experience I’ve ever had. Brought my 8 year old daughter to see The Lion King today. This movie theater is hot, hot, hot!All 6 Icee machines are out of order. No ice in any of the fountain pop machines. All of the bottled drinks are room temperature, which is approximately 80 degrees.Old theater with tiny uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Customer service said the hot temperatures today are the issue. I guess everyone should avoid AMC theaters in the summer time? I’ll be avoiding them year round from now on. Don’t waste your money on this place. Any other theater in town would be a better option.

Love it! Its a decently clean theater with a large selection of movies. A number of the theaters have a dining option. This AMC also has an IMAX and Dolby Sound Theater. Also a number of 3D movie viewing options. We were there for Mary Poppins and had a great time. Popcorn and food are priced as you would expect. We were surprised by the $5 bottles of water. So were some others in the line with us.So be aware.

This place is amazing

The movie experience was okay but would be nice if ppl could not bring their babies to the movie. It was quite distracting. Also, someone had their toddler running back and forth screaming. It took away from the overall experience.

This theater has gone so far downhill. I hadnt been in quite awhile as we usually go to one closer to us. AMC Easton used to be really nice, but tonight the concession area looked like a bomb had gone off. There was trash and popcorn everywhere. It was filthy. I dont think anyone working there or, going there, really cares.

The movie experience was great and I love picking out our seats ahead of time and the comfort of the reclining chair. But the price of food and drinks is ridiculous. Two large popcorn and 3 drinks were $35. The lady in front of me complained that her small popcorn and 1 drink was $15. That is robbery and the popcorn was a little stale because they make it ahead of time and keep it under a heat lamp. You pick what you want and move to the checkout line.

Always a pleasure with the OldLady, for a date night. Great out-of-the-norm, theater food and service.

Seats are great, food and alcoholic drinks are actually pretty good. Only knock here is that they are under staffed. Weekend, weekdays? Slow service. 4* bc the staff are doing the best they can for how old they are, and the effort is appreciated. Just know if you want snacks and youre not getting them delivered to your seat, give yourself at least 10-15 extra minutes.

This is an excellent theater. The seats are comfy and the screens are huge. The line at the concessions stand can move really slowly at times, and the volume in the theater can be a little too loud sometimes.

Went to the mall and got pretzels and candy . We refused entry because we cannot have those items. We were with a bunch of children and were denied access after we told we would gladly be patrons of the consession area. I think this is outrageous and petty. If we were all adults thats fine but there were children involved. This needs to be addressed if you are located in a mall how can you be selective in what people can bring into the establishment.

First time Ive gone back in a long time and the recliners didnt work. Out of the 3 chairs that we (my family and I) sat on, and 1 did work. The movie (and the place) was great, just wanted to sit back and enjoy the movie and thats what I did

This used to be my favorite place to see a movie. Not anymore. The lines are long to purchase a ticket because you can only purchase them at a kiosk. I went in for the dining in movie experience and the seats were either dirty or broken. I ordered a medium popcorn and got a large after I was told there was only one size. So one popcorn and one soda totaled $15. Add the cost for a ticket on a Friday night $15. Now I know why Netflix is winning. Because who wants to sit in dirty theater wait for food in the dark that you cant see and be overcharged. Do yourself a favor stay home where you can just relax.

Kiosks to retrieve tickets out of order and the employee at the ticket stand upstairs didnt care when I informed him. Seats destroyed and peeling. Glass partitioning absolutely filthy at the first show in the morning so it definitely hadnt been cleaned at all. Immediately lost my appetite and didnt even order a drink because the theater was so disgustingly dirty.

We waited for about 20 minutes for someone to come take our order, then the movie was already half way over by the time we got our food. But when we got our food, we never got our drinks, nor utensils and I didnt get my salad dressing. I had to personally leave the theater and talk to the people who were in the kitchen taking orders. Luckily the lady I was talking to and addressed my issues with was super nice, apologetic, and got me my drinks and everything else I needed within 5 minutes. She was the highlight of the night regarding service.

I love the dine in option as the food is good. Dinner and movie in one is always a great option. Parking on the ramp is easy and convenient. You of course have the option to shop before or after your movie.

My favorite place to see movies. Amazing seats, good food if you order it, but it is pricey. The 3D is amazing and the Prime theater is even more incredible. I love going here when I can and everyone that comes with me always has a wonderful time. I always recommend AMC theatres.

I love the theatres here that offer the full dine in. The steak & shrimp bowl is amazing...yummy!
