It was great. Do young people get a discount on food?

Everything was super clean and it was not crowded. While showings may have been limited (no fault of the cinema) they were offering a good selection of new and classic and family friendly films. Concessions fully open and staff was friendly. All the safety measures in place did not hinder the cinema experience one little bit.

It was great. Am senior .friendly people always smile. Very very clean Marcus is close to me and i can get out. The seats are very comfortable. And the prices on tuesday are wonderful i can 4 times a month on $5 day thank you Marcus i give you five stars

We really missed going to the movies! Have been there 4 times since they reopened. They go above and beyond to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience! Keep up the great work Hoping to see more people enjoying the movies in the weeks to come.

Had a great experience tonight! The lobby is beautiful. The theater room was nice, the reclining seats were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to stretch out! Popcorn was fresh and delicious and the free refill on a large is nice. Sound and picture were great for the movie. All of the staff we spoke to were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. We will return!

Very clean, easy to socially distance, masks were required unless eating or drinking. All chairs were sanitized and marked with tape to remove when you sit so they know what to sanitize next time. Good food.

Best movie experience I ever had! Those reclining chairs are amazing! So comfortable to sit back and enjoy the movie. The movie theatre is clean and well taken care of, the quality of sound is perfect and it’s so comfortable! Lots of parking outside, staff members very friendly, washrooms are clean and movie choices very good.

Glad to see the theaters opening again. Too much wait time at the concession stand though. Seems as safe an environment as anywhere else

Kind of a hidden gem. Marcus is about equal distance to us from Rave at Polaris or Sawmill theaters. Gave Marcus a chance and we were not disappointed. The do have the big comfy recliners in every theater and even had a pizza place right in the theater. Seemed more of a family run theater than the others around. Definitely will give them more business.

Marcus theaters has been my go to for like 15 years! Extra awesome since theres a bar inside and a little pizza restaurant. The ultra screen is the best! Every room has the best squishy seats would highly recommend!! The icees and popcorn are perfect for a classic date night!

Marcus is my family go-to for movies ever since they introduced the reserved lounging seating. The theater is usually clean. Lines move relatively quickly. The large screens make for a memorable movie experience. The seating makes it ultra-comfortable - occasionally making it a challenge to stay awake. Try it if you havent yet.

$5 movie Tuesdays are great! Saw IT-2, was very good. It made me laugh, made me jump out of my seat and saw it on the Ultra screen! Free popcorn and reclining seats! Staff was pleasant! The theater was clean!

Wonderful experience, it was my first time watching movies at this movie theater. My buddies recommended it, so I decided to give it a shot. Definitely worth it, mainly due to two reasons. Firstly, the movie theater had reclining chairs, that were very comfortable. The reclining chairs had a mechanical switch on the side, which allowed you to alter the angle. I would compare the chairs to Easton AMC, but I would say that Marcus were better, in my opinion. Secondly, the rate is $5 everyday of the week before noon, and $5 all day during Tuesday.If it is possible, I would recommend going to this movie theater during the weekdays, excluding Friday, since lines are generally non-existent. During my visit on a Tuesday, I did not wait at all in line, while the employees quickly and carefully showed me the route I should take to get to the room that was showing the film I had a ticket for.

My favorite mass market theater in the Columbus area. The cocktails at the bar are great -- way better than average theater bars. Tip: Book online and choose your seat before you get to the theater. Tip 2: Sign up for and use their rewards card. The points add up quickly and Ive already used them. Weird side issue: The concession stand doesnt take AMEX. The ticket counter and bar do. Strange.

Great place for viewing first run films. Very comfortable seats, good sound. As with most theaters, snacks are a little costly.I do recommend, especially the matinees.

I almost always enjoy my movie experiences at the Crosswoods. I tend to see movies early in the morning to avoid rude movie goers. They have a nice concession area and I love their Pepsi products!

Marcus Crosswoods is always a good time. $5 Tuesdays are a fun money saver. The staff are always friendly and nice. I also weirdly love the silly commercials for Marcus Cinemas starring Greg Marcus. Hes bizarrely adorable.

Went to see Star wars and there was a group of incredibly loud people sitting in front of us.we informed the front desk and they said that they would take care of it. Then nothing happened and we had to sit through the rest of the movie with very loud disruptions.when we left we asked the front desk about it and they said they sent in an usher who stood at the back of the theater and didnt hear anything. The problem was we were sitting in the second row and the people were in front of us so they couldnt hear anything from the back.we told them where the people were located but they didnt feel the need to follow up thoroughly with it. We did not have a pleasant experience and we will not be returning, which is unfortunate because we usually like this theater.

Best most gorgeous movie theater Ive ever been to. The seats are comfortable and well taken care of and the screens are massive and beautiful. Walking in here is like stepping back in time to when a theater really meant a theatre.

Great theater. Leather reclining seats in all theaters, assigned seating so you can get there right before the movie starts and know you will still have the seats you want. Clean place, and friendly staff. Free refills on sodas, andarge popcorn.

One star because you cant give zero stars.New bag/purse/backpack policy is fine and dandy. They need to have signage OUTSIDE AND EASILY SEEN! Not the last thing you see AFTER you have bought tickets!Only sign in entryway was small 18×20 DARK colored sign. Not going to any Marcus ever again.

When you planning to watch Desi movies, make this the first option. Moreover,Five dollar Tuesdays with free popcorns(not for Desi movies though) makes it a definite option for watching movies. The recliners seats are also well maintained. The screen and picture quality is also good.

This theatre is great. The owner cares a lot about people enjoying movies and cares about charity.There are several days with reduced ticket pricing ($5 an $6 tickets), and listings for movies that wont draw a crowd the way a big release will (but youll enjoy seeing on big screen). Big blockbusters are here (Star Wars, Avengers, Frozen), but so are old favorites (The Labyrinth, John Carpenters The Thing, Back to the Future) and small releases or auteur / film critic movies (Uncut Gems, The Lighthouse, The Farewell).The seats are big and comfortable and you can put up the armrest for more room if you have to. If youre 300+ lbs you may hit the foot rest button on accident if you wiggle in your seat. If youre 400+ lbs youll probably need to buy 2 tickets, but I assure you if you are walking on your own you can come here and fit.The smaller movies usually get one theatre for one showing on a few days, big new movies usually have a few showings every day. Its best to keep up with checking listings weekly or every other week (like a timer or calendar reminder) because of those rare movies that make you excited, or a series of movies over a month. Like Studio Ghibi month, Retro Month, Indie month, etc.! I was so sad to have missed Princess Mononoke last year, I hope it comes back!

Love the comfortable chairs over 90%of the theatres in town. Staff is always nice and willing to help. I like it over the Easton Mall, less crowded and just a nicer feel.

Best Movie Theatre ever... I went on a Tuesday to go see a movie and was pleasantly surprised with the deals and food. $5 movies and free popcorn if you had their rewards card... so worth it i would definitely come back...

Hands down our favorite theater. We love the recliners and of course reserving our seats. Theater is clean and staff is friendly. The large screen is amazing, its more expensive but man is it worth it. Make sure to sign up for the app as you can earn money towards tickets, food etc.

Nice theater. Great seats. There Is plenty of leg room between aisles so you dont have to worry about letting people in and out.

Best theater in Columbus. They have really good comfortable seats and their specials are super. They have Tuesday and Thursday specials I think for $6 . I dont remember exactly but I know if you are a rewards member on that night you can ask for free guest size popcorn. Again, their seats are the best reclining seats you can sit in as they go all the way back. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves watching movies.

Comfortable seats and easy ticket buying, but they refused to let me bring in my water bottle even after I explained I have a medical condition where I become dehydrated easily, which they still refused. They gave me a tiny plastic cup instead which I had to leave the movie I paid to see multiple times to fill. You would think if you youre paying over $12 for a movie ticket they would be more considerent.

I lived next to this theater for years and it became my go-to movie spot. My friends and I still drive across town to visit Marcus for their clean theaters, comfy seats, and friendly staff ($5 movie Tuesday doesnt hurt either).

Though a little older then its competition, I have always enjoyed this cinema. The seats are very comfortable and the ability to recline is great. Always my first choice for seeing a movie on the big screen.

4 dollar movies, five dollar pizza, plenty of soda, popcorn and goodies, fair like atmosphere with all kinds of games both video and ski ball along with many others. Table area for kids parties. You just cant beat this place for family fun. The only thing I would change is the theater seats. I would burn those in favor of something more comfy.

I love this theater. Great recliner seating and great sound. The younger crowd seems to be attracted to a different theater in the area so that provides a more relaxing and enjoyable experience when visiting this theater.

Gone here since Ive been a child, and never had a bad experience. Its a really nice theater with all the amenities, like reclining chairs and a giant screen. I usually go here when I go see movies.

Decent theater, its about what youd expect as far as cost goes. The reclining chairs are nice. Lots of snack options. Also theres a full bar for the adults, but Im not a drinker so I cant speak to quality of the alcohol or skill of the bartenders.

An above average movie theater. Cleanliness is a potential issue but overall an enjoyable experience. Prices are typical for a first run theater.

I love seeing movies here. Tuesday are $5 movies and they have deals on food and snacks. I would recommend signing up for the rewards card here. The perks are great and Tuesday you get a discount on popcorn. The staff is friendly and they have some of the best managers when it comes to taking care of their guest. This is the only place I see movies at anymore.

Their big screen is one of the best in the city. Once you have seen a movie on it, it is hard to go anywhere else.

The staff were friendly and the theater and restrooms were clean and fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Marcus theaters are really the best around. The seats are spacious and comfortable and the $5 Tuesday deal is good. Also not having a charge to reserve your seats in advance is nice.

I like this theater, big comfy chairs and reserved seating. Located near many restaurants also, which is good because they have a wide array of food inside the theater for sale (pizza, hot dogs, nachos, even a bar) but its super expensive.Best time to go is on Tuesdays, $5.00 movies and discounted popcorn. Weekend prime time movies can be as high as 16 bucks a ticket , or maybe even more for 3d. Overall, like it, but prepare to spend quite a bit for a family to go to a weekend movie and buy snacks and popcorn for everyone.

Nice and quiet cinema. Almost no trouble both times Ive been at this theater. There was s homeless person that had sneaked into the theater, but was dealt with onsite staff and a customer right away.

Poorly ran giveaway ran out in 30 mins sat in line 30 minutes more for no reason

The drinks at the bar are super yummy, I ordered the Spider-Man for the first time and I absolutely loved it! And I really like being able to take the drinks back to the movies, I honestly thought we wouldn’t be allowed to. But this movie theater is one of my favorites and I love coming here!

Crosswords is a very nice theater, large concessions area, great adjustable lounge seats, pretty clean. I like that you can reserve and purchase your seats online but be sure to get their rewards card so you dont have to pay a service fee!

Everything was satisfactory.Except the food court. Thats a minus 1 star. The young employee wasnt aware of membership deals which is why we were there... To get the deal... Otherwise we would probably skip the popcorn. There is a menu but the wording was confusing (my first time there). She was going to let me order a smaller drink with popcorn which was 3 dollars more than had I ordered the member deal that offered the large.Anyway, I caught it and was able to change my order. She was nice and I didnt feel like she was trying to rip me off or anything, I guess I just expect employees to be trained in the deals you get with the membership that they heavily advertise. Oh well. Ill figure it out.

So during this visit... it was horrible, during my visit to the restroom I nearly broke my back. The handicap stall was leaking water into the next stall and as I went to step out of the stall I slipped and fell into the door thankfully. The manager (Male white dark hair) didnt seem to concerned at all. But a young lady staff member did help after waiting 10mins for assistance. Not okay.

Went to go see bad boys for life and it was excellent and the bartender was quick and the concession stand was quick great time with my girlfriend on date night

I love this theater. Its really the only one my wife and I go to. The chairs are incredibly comfortable and the armrest can be lifted up for some high-grade snuggling with your date. The snacks are tasty, popcorn is perfect, and theres even a nice bar. Its incredibly clean too. Provably the cleanest theater in Columbus. My only criticism is the price. For you and a date, expect to pay at least $50. For a family, forget about it. Youd be looking at almost two bills.

Tuesdays tend to be busy 5.00 per ticket but lots of choices and worth the price to see 1st run movies

Came here to watch the new star wars movie and was not disappointed. I always come here as my first choice for any movie theatre experience. Would go again, and recommend this place to others.

Saw Star Wars on the IMAX screen. Chairs were comfortable,sound was awesome. Restrooms could use some cleaning attention.

Every time I go see a movie here, I leave disappointed. The reclining seats are usually broke, ripped, and disgusting! Last evening, I went to see Harriet. Great movie! However, Marcus theatres’ laziness to clean and replace broken seats is unacceptable. Even the trays that are attached to the seats are greasy. I’ll be going to Cinemark at Polaris from now on, until they can get their act together.

Excellent theater with friendly staff. Its always clean but it does show its age here and there. The ultra screen theater is one of my favorite places to see the next big movie and the always have classic films floating around if Im ever feeling a bit of a throw back. Try to go on Tuesdays if you can!

This theatre is seriously AMAZING. They have a free membership club and by being a member, the online fees on Fandango are waved. Not to mention that on Tuesdays, all movies are $5. They also have great deals on snacks for members on Tuesdays. Theres reserved seating and the chairs recline and are very comfy. Just love this place.
