Practicing safe distancingg and mask wearing. Only three people there in my theater they kept the doors open good airflow. Bathrooms were clean two staff weee present running the service counter and receiving tickets. Walking into the theater and smelling the popcorn with such a familiar and happy feeling. Hopefully one day well be back to full theaters.

While they have added some nice things, overall the place feels run down with peeling wall paper and worn out seats. Luckily they arent expensive.

I felt safe and was able to really enjoy the movie. Im definitely going again very soon.

Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the theatre is mainly dominated by non-reclining seats but still always an enjoyable experience when coming here. I look forward to possible new modifications of seating and possible new menu items, but other than that the staff and cleanliness of the location stands out comparing to others nearby.

We saw 1917 in the Dolby Cinema theater, and I was totally blown away!! What an incredible movie and the theater experience was just as good!! Best-in-class picture and sound quality! I also loved the seating because it has the most ergonomic and comfortable reclining ability that Ive ever felt. I might even go for a second showing which I almost never do!

The seats in the theater I was in were very close together. I am an average height woman and I could not stretch out my legs.

Saw Tenet, about 50 people in the theater that held 200. The seats are still the regular style and the lobby is looking at little dated. But popcorn is still $9.95.

This used to be my favorite AMC in Columbus. Slowly it has become worse. Went into the Dolby tonight and the theater was trashed. Not to mention there was only ONE person on a Friday night taking tickets and/or scanning the app! Sadly, that was not the first time on a weekend that has happened. The app is supposed to be scan and go. The ONLY reason I go there is for the Dolby, other than that, I go all the way to Easton and I live near Grove city. That theater used to be the best... No longer.

While having a great location and movie selection, there are many gaps at this theater holding it back. The seats are old, the LED screens outside of each theater are out, and there aren’t enough workers working tickets. I would love to see money invested to restore this theater to its greatness and will likely avoid it going forward until that happens.

The movie experience was great. But the theater itself needs some help. The seats were dirty everything was sticky. And it seemed like they were short staffed. Plus they have completely taken the game room, and theres only on concession stand. And this is a new concept to me but they sell alcohol there which is fine. But if I had my choice of games over alcohol I would like to see games there instead.

Great theater, got tickets for the Dolby audio screen. The sounds produced by that theater was impressive and added a great extra demension to the movie. Have been back twice because of this amenity. The staff was great and the concessions were very good.

Comfortable theater to watch movies. But concession prices are very pricey. We ordered a medium popcorn $8.00, 1 pizza 8 slices$12.00, 1drink all for $20:00. It was an evening out so lets why not. We enjoyed the evening.

Wow. I saw Victoria & Abdul in my own private screening. The sound was modulated. Popcorn and soda have gone up in price. My seat was comfortable. If only I were a paid movie critic.At least seeing a film on a weeknight here means you wont be pressed.

The Dolby experience is quite a bit over the top compared to reality. Any subtlety is lost as even distant sounds have your seat vibrating away. I found it is be super loud as well. No doubt anyone under 20 will think its fantastic.

This place used to be great, but the lobby has seen better days. Its starting to look run down with a front door that has been out of order for at least 2 years. The actual theaters are clean, but the main areas look dirty and dated.

Great service. Everything is very easy to find. They have the best seating and the best movies. Just all around a great experience and a great time

This is one of my favorite theaters. I usually have a quick time getting in and out which is valuable to me. The service is always friendly at ticketing as well as concessions. And I do mean friendly as in personable. They treat you like somebody that knows and likes you. It the type of service that keeps me coming back. Its a nice looking theater too and obviously quite popular. This one is made to serve the masses and the vibe and clientele is quite likeable.If you like going to the movies at a popular place, where youll be treated well and probably meet other nice and friendly moviegoers, then this is a really good spot to hang because its in a really good location. Enjoy!

Sound system is ofcourse good for amc. Good crowd. Maintains clean including washrooms.

Best sound system; stadium arena feel; electronically reclining chairs. Variety if food. Plus its in Easton where the parking garage is free!

Lobby was nice, theatre was pretty average. The seats were old so hopefully theyll get an upgrade soon. Overall good experience!

This place needs a facelift.It seems like they device to put some money into their theatres but forgot that they have a lobby, snack bar, and restrooms as well. Half the coke machines were broken. The popcorn butter area was disgusting(11am when I went) and one of the butter machines was broken. In one of the mens rest rooms, half the stalls were broken. There was a trash back over one of the urinals.The service was ok. Dont expect much. Management of this place has clearly went downhill overall.

The seats are cloth. With being in the bedbug capital, it was heard to feel comfortable while watching the movie and thinking that Im being infested. They need a upgrade in seating the seat next tho my fiance was torn, the cup holder was dirty and sticky. Only 2* cause of a student discount and the movie was Okay. We were in theater 17 seats J1-J2 watching Harriet.

IMAX theater is amazing! Popcorn was fresh and hot. Employees were friendly.

Ugh. You can skip the long lines to buy tickets by going online, but there is a service fee for that. 3 tickets, a tub of popcorn, one slushy and $65 later we find they have no power in the new Dolby theater. We use the light from our phones to find our pre assigned seats (which are new leather recliners, but you need light to see the controls). It takes more than a half hour past the start time for any employee to speak to the audience to explain they were trying to troubleshoot. Free Vouchers are promised. Movie finally comes on, NOT at the beginning of the film, but several minutes in (spoiling which villain has been resurrected). So they restart again. After the movie there is no employee at the exit of the theater with the promised vouchers. So a few of us went to customer service and they did hand them out then when we asked. Way to make it right, (sarcasm).

Small, non reclining seats, at least in theater 15. Went to see Avengers End Game on opening night. It was extremely busy which is understandable. The kitchen area behind the refreshments counter was disgusting. There was food all over the floor, the people at the counter were tripping over it and cups and trash as they tried to help customers. The self serve beverage centers were a mess as well. Customers are going to be messy. The movies and the food prices are very high. Lennox should be able to put a couple employees on full time cleanup during rush hours to keep the place presentable, but they do not. It was disgusting.

It was clean professional and a bar..1 star off because the shots are so so small..and $9..Other then that was nice..Bar,food,big screen movies..

Pretty comfortable seating, and good snacks and drinks. However, our theater was like a sauna...in winter. Everyone was in sweaters, and they should have been in shorts. Hot.

Ive been going here for years and Im surprised at how dirty its become. I saw a movie here last night and everything outside of the theater its self was dirty and messy. The counters were gross, the pop machine area clearly hadnt been cleaned in a long time and there was food splattered in various places. The bathrooms were OK but the trash was overflowing. The hallway going into our theater had overflowing trash cans as well and the guy who cleaned the theater right before the movie just walked past like it wasnt there. The same hallway also smelled like old urine so... Not sure what happened there. We had to wipe off all our seats once inside because someone had poured out all their popcorn into the seat its self and this wasnt cleaned up. This used to be my go-to theater but its definitely slipping...

Close to downtown Columbus and shopping centers. Always easy to get your ticket and never a crowd to fight through.

Decent movie theater overall just under staffed during the day and the IMAX movie screen was down so they gave us passes to go to another location which was nice!

After our movie the bathroom was a disaster, almost all of the stalls were out of toilet paper, paper towels all over the floor. Service at the food counter was very slow and the entire place seemed understaffed.

Things are just to expensive for the quality. And the place is kind nasty, unclean fountain (drinks) area and the place you get the popcorn butter at is filthy. Dont get me started on the urine smelling restrooms. The staff was a bit unenthusiastic, could be because it was slow but yet then youd think theyd be faster. Ill find another place to see a movie. I suggest you do the same.

The times have passed this theatre by. The seats in theatre 11 were awful, and it was not cleaned before the start of our show. If AMC Lennox wants to survive it had better step up its game.

The IMAX with Laser screen here is lovely and is the only one in Columbus. For the movie format aficionados!

In reality I love the movie but nothing is like it used to but at least I was prices was great for the matinee

This theatre is badly in need of an update. I live close to this theatre but I often choose to go to the AMCs in Easton or Dublin instead because they have nicer theaters and seats, and don’t smell bad like the Lennox location. It’s nice to have as a last resort, and it’s big so it can keep a lot of movies around for a while, but it’s honestly just gross. I think it could be a great theatre if they replace the carpet, repaint, and put in the nice reclining seats other AMCs have, but as of now it is seriously outdated.

The theatre is run down and not kept clean. Management needs replaced and someone needs to get in there and clean that place. Also, give the associates a personality

Typical movie theater. The arms of the chairs move up, that way you can lounge on them like a sofa. Or maybe cuddle up to your significant other. I did notice that the womens restrooms needed to be thoroughly cleaned! The walls were pretty gross, floors were dirty, stalls were a bit dingy.All in all was not a bad choice. Just beware the bathroom needs a bit of spring cleaning!

I came here with a friend and I tried to use a coupon and I didnt work. I talked to the manager and alll he could give me was that it was expired. But the coupon clearly said it expires two days from now. I ordered the same things and it was 15$. I tryed to get some candy and they said it would be 5.30$ even though the Sian clearly said it would be 4.30$. and Im like I dont have 5.30 because the coupon didnt work. Also the chais were very uncovterbull.

Always enjoy movies here. The theater is a little older now, but its still well kept up and cleaner then you would expect.

Theatres are of good quality and concessions are the standard. Crowds are generally not super disruptive and talking during the movies.

We were there for a special screening of Captain Marvel. Very organized going in. Food was tasty. Everyone was pleasant and professional...... New hires were being trained, but that did not take away from the service provided to us. After the movie, there was some congestion getting in and out of the special screening area. Leaving for home the parking lot was not a problem or a mad dash for the exits. Over all a pleasant special event birthday experience.

Clean nice theatre that has big seats. There are kiosks to purchase tickets right when you walk in or you can purchase them through a person once you step through the mext set of doors. The theatre was as well. Good experience!

So my friend and I got to our movie 30 minutes, and we were also waiting for two more people. We had Mobil tickets and the ladies up front were very polite and understanding that we still had 2 more people coming. Being that we were there early, my friend and I went to the bar to get a drink. Let me start off by saying the bartender was amazing! I feel bad because I cant remember his name, but after talking for a while I do know he was 24 years old and he had a beard. We enjoyed talking to the bartender so much we chose to go into our movie 5 or 10 min late. Thank you AMC Lennox for having such stellar employees, our expe couldnt have been better!

Everything was good, seats are bot the most comfortable so I give them 4 stars, otherwise great.

Im not sure if other theatres are updated, but in 19 theyre the old, original seats, which are not comfortable. Im willing to pay a little more to be comfortable in the movies and this theatre isnt comfortable.

Well, let me just say that while they must have been totally understaffed for the new Avengers movie, the staff that was there was doing well to keep calm and do what they could.The new Dolby theater was awesome. The lobby was completely destroyed. Nothing was working right, there was popcorn and trash all over everything. I cant imagine how long it took to clean up that disaster. I never went into the ladies, as I had overheard about the sheer horror and didnt want to be scarred for life. It was pretty awful. So much garbage on the concession counter, I had a thought to call in the department of health.Again, the staff that was there was pleasant enough, but completely overwhelmed. Hoping to see a nice clean theater on my next visit.

This place is great if you ever have some free time and wanna catch a movie. The seats aren’t the best but the quality of the movie showing and the snacks are great. I come back here again and again.

Tried the new Dolby theater. The sound was wonderful, but the new seats were poorly designed. First, the touchscreen to control the seat was very hard to activate and to use. Several in our group had to try repeatedly to switch positions. Second, the seats only reclined partially, which is a waste if you’re installing new seats! Overall, the theater was average. Only one cashier open at concession stand.

Gone here ever since I was a kid, may not be the best theater in the world but certainly a great one. The location is great, easy to get to and easy parking. Inside is simple, either buy tickets from one of the machines or from someone at the booths. Easy to find seating inside, as well as finding your way around to the movie you are seeing. Overall a nice place, again nothing amazing but easily gets its job done without hassle.

The theater is comfortable and clean.A couple things:- There are anti-vaping ads followed by ads for their alcohol bar. Weird flex.- Previews and commercials are really loud. Ear hurting loud. But the volume seems properly adjusted for the actual movie though.- In addition to no cellphone and no talking reminders, it would be nice if there were reminders to not put your feet on the seats. Last movie we saw, in a nearly empty theater, people sat directly behind us and kicked our seats the entire movie bc they were using our seats as a foot rest. It was extremely aggravating.

Nice theater, comfy seats with good screens and good sound. There are a few ticket machines out front and theyre almost always broken or out of order. So you waste five minutes trying to get a ticket machine to work and eventually you just walk up to the desk and it only takes a few seconds to get your ticket.

In town for a Tyler The Creator concert for one of my children and girlfriend and caught a movie while they were entertained elsewhere. Great place to catch a movie!

Grrrreat sale prices, we got an area rug at 75% off and a discontinued chair at 30% off.

Very quiet movie theatre in downtown columbus. Great seating since most people are t there to cause trouble or whatnot

I WILL NOT be going back to this theatre until they eliminate the stupid seat reservation system. We got tickets for a movie about 30 minutes before showtime. It filled to only about 10% capacity, and we were assigned seats almost at the back of the theatre. Ridiculous. There were several of us sitting with about 20 completely empty rows in front of us, and this was in the of the biggest theatres in the place. The movie sound was good at least.

The staff was a mix of fantastic and unenthusiastic. Like most modern theaters, the prices were high. Unfortunately we were caught in an event when the audio continued to play during the beginning of the movie while the screen was black, and we had to find a worker to fix the situation. But they fixed the projection quickly, and the movie was fantastic.

Nice sound and production quality but the seats need since improvement

The interior is outdated. Broken trash can lids, peeling wall dressings, other evidence of things in disrepair. They don’t operate in the box office anymore and all tickets must be purchased at either a single line at Guest Services or at old self serve kiosks that don’t work most of the time. Last time we went the fancy reclining seats we got in the Dolby theater wouldn’t recline.

Great location, but needs deep cleaning and some updates. This place has been my go-to, but in real danger of losing my business unless they invest in the facility.The good: Central location, large theaters, never had an issue with service.The bad: The theatre is showing its age and is rather dirty. Shabby, dirty entrance. Consistent maintenance issues in the restrooms. Urine smell in the hallways of several theaters.This place does too much business to have these issues... please clean up your act. Literally.

Had the worst time trying to get questions answered about bringing a group. The theater is nice but bringing 5 teenagers was way more complicated than it needed to be.

Stale popcorn - for $30 Id expect fresh. And the most uncomfortable - not to mention undersized - seats Ive experienced in a long time (theater 23).

Nice theater! Comfortable stadium seating (not recliners and not reserved), friendly staff. $15 for large popcorn and drink combo, $8 nachos, etc. Large, high quality screen.

Food variety was great, but the sound was way to loud. And the non reclining stadium seats are too upright to be uncomfortable

Kids love it!We mostly get the usual popcorn,soda and candy. I love mixing my soda.They have a bar also havent tried anything to drink but it looks good.

The theater is a little old and they still have the old seats that should probably be replaced. However I appreciate that this theater doesnt have the huge recliners that cost more and seat less people per showing. Im almost always able to get a last minute ticket.

No one was standing at entrance to take our mobile tickets when we got there. Finally someone appeared. The bathrooms are disgusting!! Need a major cleaning and update. The chairs in the theater are somewhat outdated as well.

Good place to go see a movie. Close to campus. Pretty standard theatre. The chairs arent the fanciest but they work. Also you can get a student discount down to 8.99. Overall decent theater.

This is my preferred theater, even among the other two AMC I frequent. Typically, it is the cleanest and has friendly staff. If youre looking for food though go to AMC Easton for Dine-in or better selection of food places at the mall. Ive had movie playback issues here twice, and both times their service staff was on top of it as far as compensation without asking.

A little behind the modern updates across the nation, but better than the rest in the area!
