We had a great time. We did the rent a theater event and it was great. We picked a holiday movie and my small grandson was able to move around without disturbing anyone. It was a lot of fun.

Clean nicely run theater. Staff is friendly and helpful. They had kettle popcorn this day and gave us a sample. Sweet but needed a bit of salt. Great pricing. Comfortable seating to put your feet up.

Quiet and calm easy evening show check in process. Due to the COVID, seems much cleaner and less crowded. Decent seating. Concession lines were still long getting food. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere!

This is a great movie theater! Super clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and we were able to get a free refill of our popcorn! The screen (regular screen) is one of the best in cemtral Ohio with amazing sound as well! I would definitely recommend this theater and will be going back!

This is my favorite theater in all of Ohio, and probably Ive ever been to. The customer service is great, the seats are comfy, and all the food is freshly prepared so it tastes great. Love this theater, happy to show support.

I love going to this theater. My kids and I always drive across town from reynoldsburg to enjoy this place. The popcorn is always fresh and if it isnt they will make you a new batch. Pop is always fresh and not flat. I love it.

Easy ticket purchase at kiosks. Or easy entry with online purchase, which we had to go inside to scan my mobile tix at small desk where usher usually takes your movie tickets. Decent concessions with extra self-serve butter machines for as much buttery popcorn as you want! Comfy and roomy reclining seats with foot rest, personal tray and cupholder. Seating capacity is very limited for some screens due to the big seats. You are better off getting your tickets in advance. Plenty of restrooms, no wait typically even after a movie lets out. No complaints!

What a great place! Went to see Rocket Man, & was able to recline back, with a great group of people ( not just those that were with me), and watch an awesome movie. Employees very friendly from entrance til exit. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.

My buddy and I went to see Star Wars Episode 9 in 3D and it was a great experience! This place is always clean and has really comfortable power seating. The screens are are very bright and clear, while the surround sound system is perfect tuned with just the right amount of bass and volume. This is hands down my preferred movie theater!!

High quality projectors and sounds. Seats are very comfortable and modern. Bathrooms are clean too! Plenty of snacks. Have never had a bad visit in over 10 years to this place. Plus this place is large enough to see all of hits and the obscure ones too. Recommended.

Even the non XD or XD 3D Theaters are comfy and setup well (except the very front rows). I always enjoy taking the family to see a movie there after getting our tickets/seats in advance. I wouldnt suggest trying to watch a movie in the very front rows since its nearly impossible to watch a movie properly from those areas.

Excellent theater complex. Recently upgraded to all power lounge seating, which is very comfortable and spacious. Very good digital projection and sound. They also do a good job of keeping a variety of smaller films running along with the blockbusters. Fairly extreme charges for concessions is the only thing keeping me from giving a solid 5 star review.

Our family loves this movie theater. Now that it is with Cinemark, the movies are exceptionally priced and the comfort of the theaters is second to none. Take your family out for Friday night or movie together. You will not regret it!

Route please we love it when we go down south

My only complaints about Cinemark are (1) the fact that they only have a first run theater in Columbus, and (2) the fact that I cant buy tickets online without a surcharge. I love the assigned super-comfortable seating, but the fact that the seating is assigned means I have to pre-buy for my family of six to make sure we can sit together, and in order to avoid the surcharge, I have to make a trip to the theater a few days in advance to get the tickets. Why oh why in todays digital world would you change me more to buy something online vs through a representative? Makes me want to sneak in candy. Not that I would ever do that.

Very reasonable price on some weekdays (just $5 a ticket). Furthermore on Tuesdays they run promotion of 2 for 1 so it ends up being really cheap. But that does not mean the seating is bad. All seats have recently been upgraded to recliners, so very comfortable. Only downside is the overly priced food stalls.

Our students from Heritage Middle School came here for a field trip on December 18th @10:30am.The management & staff were very helpful, friendly, patient, kind and very accommodating with our students.We plan to make this an annual event for our class.Thank you for everything!

Movie in XD was pretty good. Movie started late and management was very good about keeping us updated on the status, but skipped the trailers at the beginning. Best part of going to the movies.

I usually love this theater. Decent prices, comfortable chairs and never too crowded. However I just went to see a showing of ‘scary stories to tell in the dark’ and the couple beside me we’re literally finger banging each other under a blanket. What theater let’s people bring a blanket? Super weird.

Absolutely hate the staff their. So unorganized. Movie theater is good however everyone is so unorganized. I asked for joker tickets. They let me through then someone when I was going in the cinema I was supposed to go to they asked for an ID! After I got through tickets! Outrages. Marcus theaters is much better.

My favorite place to watch a movie in Columbus a lot better than most theaters around very spacious and always clean they now have a bar and the XD is by far the best experience I have ever had at a local movie theater.

They now have reclining seats. They must be new because they are still squeaky when you recliner them. Sounds like everybody in the theatre is farting!

I loved this Theater! Best time to go (if you can) is before 5PM the tickets are cheaper. I seen a movie in XD and payed $7 for the ticket because I went before 5 PM. The recliner seats in the theater were super comfy. I was able to kick my feet up and enjoy a new movie. The employees were great and the theater was clean. I will be back again!

I recently 1-20-2020] viewed a film at Cinemark Polaris 18 and XD.I rarely visit Polaris because I live miles away and I do not drive. I only occasionally view films because of multiple vision impairments. However, group of my friends who oppose the Death Penalty had arranged for the film Just Mercy to be screened at the Cinemark Polaris 18 and XD.Just Mercy tells the story of a man in Alabama who had been wrongfully convicted for a murder that he had not committed and had spent many years in prison because he had been sentenced to be executed.Through the unwavering efforts of a public-interest attorney from another part of the country, this wrongfully-convicted man was eventually exonerated and released from prison.Cinemark Polaris 18 and XD provided an ideal location for this screening. The event began with several speakers from anti-death-penalty organizations and then the film began.The seats in the theater had been far larger than any seats that I remember from any other movie theater. It had been possible to lean my seat back and for my feet to be on a raised footrest while watching the film though I chose not to do that.I never had to pull my feet back whenever someone had been walking in front of my seat. Near the end of the film, I suddenly realized that there was so much room in front of my seat that I had been literally unable to touch the seat in front of me.As soon as the film had ended and we had been leaving the theater, there were perhaps ten Cinemark Polaris 18 and XD employees waiting for us to completely exit the theater so that they would be able to very quickly clean up before the next film.

The ticket lobby has an awkward layout, the self-serve ticket machines are usually out of order. The concession area is very crowded with point of purchase displays. There are two registers for each line to get snacks, but sometimes only one is staffed. It can be hard to tell whether youre getting into a line with one server or two. They usually have all the latest releases, and have average ticket prices, but Im not particularly impressed with the quality of the theater seating.

Everything was fine, from the perspective of sitting and watching a movie. Was just a little grossed out by a sticky spot on my armrest. It was taken care of it with some hand sanitizer and a napkin. Its reason 101, to always have hand sanitizer on your person.

Good theater ticket prices are acceptable mainly for students but as always the snaks get you.

I absolutely love this theater. The employees are super nice and have always helped us with anything we need. It is a bit on the pricey side but its definitely worth it considering how nice the theater is.

The theater itself is nice. Reclining seats are a plus and the fact that they do matinee showings for $5 a ticket is awesome. The only thing I dont like is that I have to spend $10 on a bag of gummies and a drink, but I guess thats how it goes at big chain theaters.

Love the Surround sound and the seats were so comfortable. Probably too comfortable. Take a nap before you go you may fall asleep even if the movie is great.

Good location. Newer reclining chairs are awesome, but the middle does not go up so I couldnt snuggle with my lady as we watched. The concessions are what you would expect. The movie picture and sound quality were on point. Place is very clean. No sticky floors or popcorn everywhere. If it didnt cost my whole paycheck for some popcorn and pop, plus the tickets, I would attend more often

This theater is actually pretty cool. I think the seats are a little bit better at the AMC theaters, but these ones arent bad at all either. I would kind of like to see this place a little more busy, despite the fact that more people usually = more obnoxious people making noise during the movie. Its just such a big lobby area when you walk in, you feel like it should be filled more often. Also dont mind the random picture of pizza Im attaching to this review, Im just doing it for more local guide points.

They had the most comfortable chairs Ive ever sat in at a movie theater. Lots of room between the seats so you arent bumping your neighbor. Lots of room between the aisles in front of you to get around. Very nice theater. It was worth the drive to get there.

1 Star for lousy bathrooms. 5 star (maybe) everything else.I used mens room near screens 2-3 before I got my drinks. It needed a serious overhaul. 3 commodes had wet seats from urine. Toilet Paper on floor. Sticky floors from what?? Floors showed NO EVIDENCE of a once a week scrub. Looks like just a nightly slop-mop and go. I understand this happens with only 10 users, much less the possible hundreds in an hour. There was a gent also using the restroom but he didnt seem to look around. Later I found out he was a manager. I found the Head Manager for the shift and explained to her that the place needed serious attention and that I was only concerned with it getting cleaned and to let her know the guy manager didnt seem concerned.After movie: I had to go again and I didnt expect to see what you now see in the pics. NOTHING WAS DONE. Extra bonus, 2 unflushed toilets. I washed up and found Head mgr, she said she spoke to other mgr and he sent someone in. Due to policy, different genders cannot even inspect restrooms. She had to go by his word on it. He just made her look like a total fool. Anybody is welcomed to comment/update this post.So if they dont care about the bathroom, who can say anything about the food prep areas or behind the counters?

I always enjoy making the drive to this theater. Parking can get a bit difficult with the new construction, but you find a place even on the busy days. There are some fun places to eat nearby including poke. The theaters have always been clean and ready. The seats are comfy.

Have always had great experiences here. We went to see Ralph Breaks the Internet in XD. The theater had electric reclining seats and little tables for your snacks. Very roomy and comfortable. Black Friday traffic was crazy but the theater was not overcrowded. We will definitely return.

The Imax was great, the seat rows are ascending so each row gets the full view of the screen, never needs to worry being partially blocked by the row in front, seats are comfortable too.

Good matinee prices, clean establishment, friendly staff. Sound and picture were good but not spectacular. I would definitely recommend sitting middle to back rows for this theater, as the lower quality was more apparent sitting in the third row this time around. Overall pleased with our visit however and will definitely be frequenting this theater more often.

Great movie theater and really cheap. $5 before 6pm movies which Is actually good. One thing they could make better is being like amc and having the drink selections out for the costumers.

Cheap tickets during the week at least. Concessions are about expensive as youd imagine. Seats were very comfortable. Cinema was very clean.

The new Rave is really nice. Theyve got comfy recliners. But the best part is that I can reserve seats now, so I never have to worry about walking in late.
