Previously an A-list member and Premier movie at AMC. We love seeing a movie on the big screen! Hadnt been to the theater since February due to covid concerns and it being shut down for awhile.This is the best Classic levels of AMC theaters I have been to and we have gone to several in different states.The theater was pretty empty which made me sad but from a covid standpoint made me very comfortable. The facility was clean and they had enough employees. Popcorn was fresh, and we will able to fill our drinks and have refills. The small theater we were in had 35 reclining, lush seats, and including me and my companion only had 6 total.Everyone was respectful in wearing mask when entering the theater, or coming and going. I felt very safe. AMC is blocking the seat on either side of you when you book your seat so they are doing an excellent job of social distancing and following protocol!

Me and my wife went here for the movies and we had a great time. We went to one of the Starlight loungers theater. That was a great experience sitting back in a big lounge chair and the temperature in the theater was great it was not too cold or too hot. I still think everything in the theater is overpriced but I guess youre really paying for the experience. Overall we had an outstanding time and the employees were very friendly.

This is a nice theater to go to. Some of the theater rooms have the reclining chairs and some are just regular seats. They have the coke machines that you can pick and make your own flavor sodas which is cool.

Ample parking, comfortable seating, plenty of good food. The attendants are nice, the theatre has special showings for independent films such as operas, anime. Also has a bar (open for select movies), reclining seats (select theaters). Conveniently located next door to the arcade.

If you want to enjoy a movie in the most comfortable movie seats around...you come to this movie theater! The recliner seating is awesome. The staff here is always friendly and this is one of the cleanest theatres youll ever go too.

Beautiful place. Its clean, staff are friendly, and the theaters are incredible. The sound and picture quality is awesome (Ive been in the 2D theaters, dont know about IMAX or 3D), and theyve installed the new reclining seats with extra foot room that some movie theaters are moving toward. Good selection of movies typically, and located right next door to Hollywood Connections, which can make for a perfect date night.

Theater is above average. The Star Lounger chairs are super comfortable and the recline function is fantastic. Screen and audio are both high quality.The arcade is a blast. Plenty of new games and older classics. One of the best air hockey tables Ive played on in ages.

More convenient to purchase your tickets online vs.waiting in line.The reclining seats are NOT in every theater.

Its not the same as it use to be. But they are making efforts to have some sort of normality.

When I first arrived, there was only one cashier at the front counter and several people were ahead of me. Shortly after, the manager came out to help which made the line move a lot quicker. The popcorn was fresh and the to theater was clean.

This is the only theatre in Columbus I will go to. I love the smaller theaters with the power reclining seats. They also have a bar which is super nice.The only thing they need to work on is cleanliness. There have been a few times I’ve went to sit down to watch a movie and there was garbage in the cup holder or on the floor.

The customer service was awful. The place itself was very nasty. They need to improve on how to have better employees and a manager who doesn’t run around like he is the only one trying to do everything. AMC should take note from Hollywood connections.

Comfortable and clean. My personal Movie selection could have been better.... But nothing like a good snooze in a recliner waiting for the time to pass by.

I am giving them a 5 star rating because the theater was clean and the food and drink were decent BUT it cost too much to have a decent movie night with family!! Cmon AMC, people love to see movies and you get a lot of visitors, you do not have to charge $15 for nachos and a drink....good grief

It was a good experience. The popcorn wasnt fresh at all. The theater itself is very clean and relaxing. AMC offers a great military discount for active and retired members. I love this particular theater and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Id suggest eating before you get here.

Great clean theater. I love this place. The employees are really nice. If you are in town, give them a try. The screens are bigger than others I have been to.

Joined AMC Stubs so can go on Tuesdays very cheap. Everyone should check this out! Love the reclining seats.

Four stars for being clean and showing a great line-up of Fathom Events. Taking off one star because they often are not staffed with anyone old enough to serve from the bar.

Very comfortable, reclining seats and cozy small screens lends an intimate movie experience. Add in the small bar and you have a movie experience worth making. Recommend getting tickets prior, as there are not a lot of seats, but otherwise worth the trip.

Great theater, but they need a few more workers. Its not their fault when electronics go down but durring big premieres its better to have extra staff around. Overall, this is the only theater we like going to.

This has become my favorite theater in Columbus. Even when the lines are long, the attendants are great. The theaters are clean, and less congested than most. When the hubby, and I choose a movie for date night.. we only come here!

This place has the best seats! I love that the theaters that have recliners also have less seats in them. Perfect for a date night. They also play movies here that may not go to other theaters in town which sometimes are the best ones

Theater with reclining chairs needs to be cleaned up under chairs, in chairs and in cup holders. Yuck! You can see the buildup under chairs as you approach your chair and in cup holders. I had sticky stuff in my chair. Besides that, staff is very kind and Im glad we have this place. AMC, please maintain your theaters, then major renovations wont have to happen.

Best movie theater I have been to! AMC classic with reserved seating has amazing seats and it is worth it. It is almost like watching a movie at home but in a really nice reclining chair. The facility is very clean and has friendly staff to get you setup with tickets as well as some refreshments for the movie. Recommend 100%

Went to see once upon a time in Hollywood. Leo D. & Brad Pitt were great! The directing & filming was outstanding. My family & I really enjoyed it!

Love the reclining seats and overall cleanliness of the theatre. Downside was that theaters are small and seating limited so be prepared with a few choices in case you cant see the one you planned to as was with us...first 2 choices were a no go but 3rd time was the charm and it turned out to be a great movie! I also dont like that I cant pour my own butter over my popcorn but the employees were all very nice.

This is our go to theater. It is smaller than the other huge one but has the same offerings and if you are lucky can do reserved seating in recliners. They are also extremely organized when it comes to the newest popular releases and have you stand in line versus stampedes of people rushing to seats. We also love the AMC Stubs reward program and the freebies we earn for enjoying something we love.

Its on the smaller size but I love is not packed like the other theater in town. Plus can reserve my seats in advance.

Only complaint is that they never turn the air on in the theaters. 70° outside the last time I was there and our whole group was so hot in the theater we were sweating. Hard to enjoy the movie like that.

I like going there because you can watch movies, skate, food please in there, games while skating, and Lazer tag it would really be fun to have your birthday there

Really nice, clean theater. Affordable snacks. Air conditioner was to the max. A bit frigid. Just bring a jacket if u get cold easily.

Concession stand on the inside was backed up. I suggest you get your sundry when you purchase your ticket. Seats very comfortable, good sound quality.

Average. On weekend evenings when so crowded, AMC should open the ticket window and not be so cheap. Any decent theater does this vs waiting in line while patrons buy food and drink. I shouldnt have to wait in that line. Come on AMC. Dont be so cheap.

Had 2 FREE movie tickets, got a FREE large popcorn with my birthday rewards through the app and we bought a large soda. Total of about $7! Then we got a great surprise when they told us to go to the LUXURY theater! It had nice leather seats that let your feet up and let you lounge and vinyl hardwood flooring. It was very nice and unexpected at no extra cost!! We had a Great time. My daughter and i saw isnt it romantic which was also a great movie by the way.

They never pick up the phone. Several times I called the place to ask a question and they never answered.

One of the best mini-golf courses ive ever played. The skate rink is fairly large and nice as well.

Got there and someone else had taken our seats. It should be mandatory to sit in your assigned seats. We had to ask them to move and then sanitize the seats. Makes no sense

KINGDOM Man Rising was excellent! The movie was packed, but it was clean and comfortable. Their staff was well trained and friendly. Had a blessed night!

This is decent theater with some screens having reserved seating. Overall its a fair clean place and I have no complaints. While it does cost a little to reserve a seat, it is well worth the small extra cost. The only complaint is the seats themselves. While they are decently comfortable, when you recline them they make the most horrible noise! Like someone is letting out a massive rippah! And lasts the ENTIRE time you are reclining or putting your seat back up! And somehow people dont realize this so when the old guy next to you need to go to the bathroom 45 minutes into the film your attention is smashed into a million pieces while Father Time puts his seat back up with an ear splitting noise and using that terrible noise to mask his actual gas release

I enjoyed my day to myself. The seats were more comfortable. That was actually my first time at this location. Customer service for me was good no complaints there either.

Prices are the same as other AMC theaters in the area. I liked the set up of the concession and ticket area. Makes way more sense than the Columbus park 15. They also have a separate bar which looked full service instead of just beer and wine. We werent in the lounge seats which was a bit of a bummer. The seats were staggered well so you could see even if a tall person sat in front or you. But it felt like we didnt have a lot of leg room because of that too, so thats kinda good and kinda bad. Similarly, the seats were very cushioned but they didnt feel broken in at all -- like really hard memory foam. Bathrooms were MUCH better than the Columbus park 15. I also liked that they had concessions on the theater side of the ticket takers so you didnt have to run out far if you wanted another snack.

Its a movie theater, what can I say, restrooms were close and clean. Workers were polite and friendly very helpful.

No AC, never been to a hot movie theater ever, had to get a refund. Been going to this theater for yrs, very dissatisfied, and the attendant was rude, told me no body else was complaining now Im never going back! Ill go to Atl to a regal cinemas, anybody but AMC...!

Great date night theatre. They have electric leather recliners for seats, and each individual theatre is small enough so you dont have to worry about large groups being noisy. Literally right next door is an arcade with mini golf, lazer tag, and a skate rink. Only giving four stars because the concessions cost an arm and a leg, but hey, free refills!

Love love love this theater. Its usually really clean and the staff are nice and friendly. I used to go every Tuesday during the day to have the theater to myself. The staff never minded when I brought in my own snacks either so I never had a reason to hide them

Movie theater was clean, great movie, fast and friendly services, however food and drinks were way too expensive. Paid 62 dollars for 3 popcorns, and 5 drinks. That isnt even including ticket prices. Quick reminder of why it is better to watch these things at home once they are released, lol.

I like this theater better because its small and not a lot of huge crowds that I hate. You know the kind that love to talk during the movie. They also ha e the posh seats in some.$5 Tuesday is my day to do see whatever I want and if its not a good movie...it was on $5. Clean and quiet and reasonable.

I watched Zombieland 2 here in a reclining chair, the movie experience was great and comfortable! The movie was a little all over the place on the other hand..

I’ve visited the facility several times while visiting the area and had a good experience. On today’s visit, I arrived to enjoy Kevin Hart “The Upside” but it wasn’t displayed on the schedule display in the theater. I had to ask a cash if the movie was playing after which he replied that the s display board was not working but that the movie was indeed showing at the location.

Friendly staff, decent prices as far as movie theatres are concerned, & a very nice facility. Bathrooms were very clean & the theatre had nice comfortable seats with space to enjoy the picture show. Good times

One of the best locations in town and the customer service is great! The theatre was clean and the employees were attentive. I also love how AMC caters to their customers with free perks and an all around excellent experience.

The movie theater has a lounger where the seats are all lounge chairs and you can really relax and lay back and enjoy the show. Also, the seats are assigned once you purchased them. Its really nice. They have pizza, bread sticks, popcorn, soda, icees, and candy. On Tuesday is $5 all for any show.

I dont understand the free popcorn refill thing. I still get charged $5 for my bucket even when doing a refill. I dont like being that guy or making a scene but its silly considering they promote it but dont follow it.

Horrible theater I was watching cancel and Gretel and in the middle of the movie I came out to get some drinks and snacks for me and my friend and my boyfriend and they literally had me sit at the counter for like 30 minutes so I missed half of the movie. And didn’t even get the snacks

The movie theater was very clean and not so cold. I had no idea they had reclining seats they were real comfortable also. You can even pick your seats. I enjoyed myself I will be back on Tuesday

Lazor tag. I am the reigning lasor tag champion at this location. Anyone can attempt to take that title from me in trial by combat. The putt putt is also pretty entertaining. They have really revitalised the place, seems like they spent some good money fixing it up. Lasor tag.

Putt putt game room was greatClean and roomy. Not to high priced . Spent 3 hours playing . Well worth the price for the memories made with son grandson and hubby. We will diffantly be back. Lots of fun love laughter and memories made.
