Always a nice theater. Clean. Not too expensive. And good to have a theater experience where I can buy a Mountain Dew. Or alcohol. Or both! The Room at midnight on the second Saturday of the month is a sporadic enjoyable event for my friends.Good theater.

The Drexel is simply beyond charming. The selection of movies is always interesting in the staff are incredibly nice, which is something you cannot fake. This is the only place in the city that I would enjoy seeing film simply because of the theater itself.

The historic building is very cool. Ticket prices were good. They typically dont have big name movies but we really enjoyed the movie we saw.

Old vibes with a new style. Classic theatre setup makes this as much of an experience to visit as the movie you go to see. Parking is a trick to figure out, but make a night of it and hit the local eating scene and you will have good luck. I myself miss the original preupdated version, but theres still charm in this one.

The Drexel is a local icon, known for its beautiful Art Deco design and unique film offerings. It is small, beautifully maintained and an all around fantastic place to see a film. The staff is always friendly, the snacks and ticket prices are very reasonable. I can honestly say that Ive thoroughly enjoyed every visit to this theatre, and I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself.

Awesome theater, they bring in alot of movies you wont find other places and my new favorite thing is to catch a weeknight late show by myself of a movie ive never heard of. Yet to be disappointed. And I dont walk out having spent $45 like AMC. The staff is super friendly and always really cool.

I revisited the Drexel for the premiere of End Game. Really dont like the big box theatres and was blown away with the Drexels remodel. Love the aesthetic of the place. It was quaint, ample parking and easy to spot from the street. Inside the decor was modern, clean, well kept and cozy. Snacks of different varieties, alcoholic beverages were available, seating was perfect and the crowd, not your young dont know how to act group, like some other places I wont name. Overall an EXCELLENT experience. Only can would be no one checked our tickets for the movie. Will be going on a more consistent basis to support this venue.

Its nice to see a place like this preserved. The inside is very handsome. However, the sound system leaves much to be desired. We seen the Avengers Endgame here, and the volume was way too low. You could literally miss entire strings of dialogue under the rustle and crackles of popcorn in the room.I cannot say Ill return, but I definitely appreciate the fact that its here for those who enjoys it.

Prices have gone up, and thats a good thing. The Drexel is beginning to have as diverse a selection of movies as it has beers on tap! But seriously, its important to have lots of different kinds of movies, not just art house movies that screened at Sundance. The staff is always friendly here, there is never a wait for food or tickets, and the renovations look as good as they did a few years ago. Its nice to see the neighborhood come together and support our local theater.

Hadnt been there in a while. Went for a special screening of a special movie. This was in the main, large theater. The seats are very comfortable, with moveable armrests and lots of legroom between the rows. And, the screen is huge ! The restrooms were clean, well stocked and well lit. Parking is available on streets around the theater. Didnt spend much time in the lobby. The area around the theater is very good also. Ill be back.

The Drexel theater is a gem. It is a beautifully restored historic movie theater that recalls the glory days of Art Deco architecture. The theatre itself is nice but the chairs are not as comfortable where you can lay your feet up or something and another peeve is that it is a low level for all the chairs and when youre short and a tall person comes sit in front of you, you cannot see the screen well anymore. If they could level up the chairs a little bit, thatll be nice

Great theater, great staff. Always willing to discuss movies. For those who complain about parking, there is plenty of parking on the streets and if you take time to read the signs. Best place to see a movie in the area. AC is a little chilly. Renovation is fantastic. I have been going there since the 1960s. I do wish that they would bring back trivia questions for the audience prior to the movies -- always fun to interact with staff and other patrons.
