How come the folks can not answer a phone call with regards to COVID distancing. We used to go to this theater and now after two days of simple questions we were referred to the National number or seven levels of hell to ask a question.Not that hard and when we are the people reaching out to support the theater literally down the street.Our business will go elsewhere.Our family tried for two days but no contact from the local theater. Good luck with your business model.

It was great to be back at the movies! The sign still said 1 free refill on a large popcorn, and nobody said anything about it when we bought it, but when we went to get the refill, they wouldnt give it to us. This is why Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Great place to watch a movie! Very comfortable seating with the reclining chairs. You butter you own popcorn ( which is awesome ). Sound quality is excellent. If you are a trucker as I am you can drop your trailer at the Pilot travel center 6 miles North of the cinema off Baptist road and bobtail over.

Food at the concession stand over priced but thats to be expected.And the leg room , well I cant complain.The assigned seating is a great idea. Its much more organized. Great theater! Our family wanted to go out to the movies over a holiday weekend -- we picked this movie theater because of the reclining seats. That was just the start of a really pleasant experience. We we able to pick seats online before the movie and just walk right into the theater with the mobile application. (That was after a quick stop for popcorn). The staff was very friendly and the theater was clean and well maintained.

Hands down the most comfortable place to take in a movie. Popcorn was fresh and soda was cold. Everyone was very friendly as well. We went on a day where not many people were there due to a snowstorm. No complaints here. All was great!!

This doesnt apply specifically, but rather Regal as a whole. I went to purchase an online ticket for Weathering with You (subbed) in January and when I purchased the ticket it ended up being for the earlier dubbed version. At no point was I informed of this switch and when attempting to get a refund they kept the entirely BS convenience fee. While I find the fee stupid, if the refund had been due to my error Id understand not refunding it, but this was due to a website misleading me on what ticket I was actually buying. I wont go to any Regal again because of their shady fees and bad customer service.

As regal unlimited members it only made sense to go to this theatre while visiting Colorado Springs. We watched three movies here and two of the times they forgot to turn off the lights. The first time, they must have realized a few minutes into the trailers and abruptly switched them off, but the second time, the movie started and the lights were still on. I had to leave my seat and miss the first part of the move to go to the front desk and notify someone.

Went to an afternoon showing on a Tuesday. The ticket pricing is much more tolerable at the matinees. Approx $8.50. The ticket sales were now at the concession stand, which was fine. It wasnt crowded for a change. The new seating with the reclining loungers was wonderful! But only wonderful if youre not paying $13 + bucks to use them. For the first time ever (for me) the restrooms were disgustingly dirty. I wouldnt use it. However, for overall experience, Id give it a 3 out of five stars. If you choose to go there confirm your ticket and concession pricing before you go. Because these vary depending on the day and time!

The seats are very comfortable, which is why I gave 2 stars. At 2pm on new years day they were out of about half of their soda flavors. They dont serve beer, which most other theaters do now. The restroom was very dirty. Its just not a well run theater. Icon is right down the street and much better.

One of my favorite places in town to watch a film. Never a madhouse because they know how to schedule. Always clean and comfortable.

Large, cozy, great sound and visuals - and, of course, the super comfy leather recliner seats! Its like watching a movie from the comfort of your own home, except the screen is huge and the sound is perfect. Loved it!

The theater has comfortable seats though they still squeeze a lot of them in so theyre not as roomy as other theaters. Also wasnt the cleanest but not bad either.Its my new theater of choice because although its not perfect it has everything I need.

Excellent theater. About $1.00 cheaper than many other theaters, (based on a senior discount). Staff friendly and pleasant and the entire facility was very clean. Bathrooms in outstanding condition. All seats in theater were recliners - very comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely enjoy movies at Interquest in the future! Great experience.

Very comfortable theater, great sound and screen. Unfortunately, one has to endure 30-45 minutes of mindless commercials prior to the start of the main event. It is painful, and diminished the entire experience. Our excitement about the movie was replaced by utter annoyance at the commercials and the theaters obvious desire to make money from the lame advertisements. We almost got up to leave before the movie (1917) even began (30 minutes after advertised start time). I would not return to this theater based upon my most recent experience, and would recommend seeing 1917 elsewhere.

Clean modern theater with recliner seats. With the unlimited plan and some self-buttered popcorn thats all I need.

Update: This was probably the worst regal I have ever been too. What happened?! While the employees at the concession stand were helping other customers and training a new co worker. The employees taking the tickets were careless. Cant you just appreciate the customers instead of brushing them off? Like we were so bothersome to you? Just to run back to your friends and have a conversationAfter that we didnt feel welcomed.. and It top it off I got to my seat, and it couldnt recline (must have been broken?) Why is that seat even an option? Seat C 7 theater 14.

Smallest movie theater I have ever been in. Your website shows love seats and thats what my boyfriend and I wanted, to be able to cuddle while we watched our movie but no, of course not. Huge barrier in between seats so he had to strain to put his hand on my leg. The lady who checked our ticket misinformed us of which theater we were in and then gave us attitude when we went back for clarification. Literally the ONLY good thing about you guys is being positioned next to Summit, we had fun there at least.

We came and saw Star Wars today. The theatre itself is great and comfy but it was the process of getting popcorn and a drink that was frustrating. There were a ton of people in line and only about 3 employees taking orders. Plus they were out of large popcorn buckets. How?? And yes there are free refills but if you have to wait in that long line again to get a refill you’ll miss a good chunk of the movie. I’d rather go to the theatre at chapel hills mall that has the popcorn station separate so it’s a way quicker process for refills. So we may or may not come back here next time if the lines are so long.

They sell alcohol? Wanted boxed red wine and they said it hadnt been priced, a can of refrigerated wine is $10!! Bathrooms were messy. Not impressed.

Make sure to bring your own hand towels and plan an extra 45+ minutes for your movie. Disappointing experience. 40+ minutes of previews and commercials after the “start time”...and no paper towels in the restroom.

Their hot dogs are trash. For a huge theatre, they have very few food options. The manager has great customer service yet the other employees do not. RETRAIN! Seats are comfortable at least and the place is generally pretty clean. I paid $20 for a flat soda and generic nacho cheese and chips. Tinseltown is way better.

Wouldnt have been so bad if the movie hadnt started 20+ minutes late. All in all, just okay.

This is a great theatre with smaller viewing rooms but always the best movies. They have reserved seating that is large and accommodating. The theatre has good proximity to restaurants and other activities if you are looking for a place to after your movie experience.

Not very clean theater. They were out of large popcorn, the start wars popcorn packs, and even Coke. Out of Coke!Do not recommend this place. No management!Did I mention, 4 toilets before a clean one. Puke on floor and pots.

I’m only giving two stars because I had already paid for my ticket and wanted to see my movie. My not good service began with Julia at the ticket window. Zero personality and no appreciation for customers whatsoever. I said thank you after my transaction was complete and she said “yeah” as I walked away. I was going to mention the lack of customer service to a man that I thought looked like a manager. I walked up to the desk and the man (who I would later find out was Leonard Gomez, the GM) was sitting at the computer, didn’t even look up as he addressed me. He asked me what I needed and I told him I’d wait until he was done because clearly it was important if he couldn’t even look up to see what I needed. I waited and waited and finally just walked away and joined my mom in the concessions line. How could I complain about the Customer Service to a GENERAL MANAGER that gave me worst service than his ticket employee? Tiffany is your only shining star in this case, working through a line quickly, very friendly and upbeat. Maybe she should manage your theater.

Was instantly turned off of the experience when the ticket checker decided he needed to check my purse. Their policy is large bags, backpacks, and packages. My purse is not any of these. Wont be back, despite the reclining seats. Only women with purses are being checked for something that might harm someone. No males, as long as they dont carry a purse. No thanks.

I love your seats and your service but need help with a longer straw for big chested women. I cant drink my pop without moving my seat to the almost upright position.

My wife and I stopped going there a couple of years ago because their audio is very loud. We went back today for a movie that was not playing elsewhere. We were subjected to previews and coming attractions that were played at 85 decibels average and peak decibels of 98. 85 decibels is enough to give you permanent hearing loss. We spoke to the manager who appeared to care less about what we were saying. She refunded our money and made no attempt to suggest that this is something they should investigate. Do not go to Regal Interquest if you care about your hearing.

Great seats. Kind of pricey. But the seats truly can make up for it. Super comfortable and plenty of room.

Out of large popcorn tubs, no one seemed to care. Had to go into 6 bathroom stalls to find one with toilet paper in it, and it was late at night, no guests really there and the place was filthy. I’ll stick to Cinemark.

Very good time. I have always enjoyed going to the movies but they have certainly upped their game. With the reclining very comfortable seats and a medium soda being bigger than a 44oz cup, added with popcorn, and other snacks and food, makes it the movie experience you were expecting and more. The assigned seats is a good idea especially if you have several people with you but can also have you missing the old first come first serve where if you get there early enough you have first choice of where you would like to sit.

Concessions are pricey as they are everywhere these days, but they are slightly less expensive here.We LOVE the recliner chairs!Staff has been friendly each time weve been here.Only complaint : 2 of the movies we went to while buying tickets they showed almost no seating available besides directly in front row but other seating was available, in fact in one of them we were in there with only 8 other people.

This place is the same as most theatres now a days. Packaged nachos and cheese were disappointing, expensive and no option s for jalapenos. Pretty clean place. The drive is and popcorn seem more expensive than usual. The guy behind the counter seemed co fused a d inattentive. Didnt even have to scan a ticket to go I to my theatre which was strange. It was a pretty slow time but not super early. Seats were good as usual!

Customer service here is terrible. The ladies at the ticket booth were on their cell phone and were reluctant to assist us. Then ladies at the concession stand looked at me and my husband like we were crazy when we just tried to order popcorn and some soda... not too sure if its because theyre not use to seeing colored people or if they just had bad attitudes in general with all the customers but I felt really uncomfortable at this movie theater because of the staff. They all made me and my husband feel as if we dont belong and ALL of them were reluctant to assist us. More than likely will not be coming here again.

We had to ask for a refund again because the audio level was at 95 decibels. This is not the first time we have had to ask for our money back ( but never at any other theater)

Saw Overcomer and was surprised to have the most comfortable reclining seats. Cant wait to go again!

I have to say this was the nicest movie theater Ive ever been in but then again I havent been in a movie theater in quite a few years. Everything was top-notch here except for the prices on the concessions theyre real lucky somebodys not selling chocolate and chips and popcorn in the mens restroom because the prices on the menu in the concession stand is going to suggest that one day somebodys going to open a business in the mens restroom. If I have to take a loan out to get a bucket of popcorn and soda then I guess Im going to smuggle it in my rectum next time I come to see a show.

Love that so many theaters are allowing for seat reservations and changing to the comfy recliner seats. This is a great theater in North Springs, and there are lots of neat places nearby to play or eat before or after a film. Havent experienced technical difficulties here, always been an enjoyable experience.

Purchased tickets with the Atom app, watched a movie on NYE. The theater was fairly clean, recliners were working and clean as well. There was a lot of parking available, it helped that it was 2 degrees outside!The recliners werent as large as the AMC ones but they were still comfortable. Screen and sound were good quality, the experience was a good one. Employees looked happy and were kind in every interaction.

Every time I go here at night, theres zero quality control. Unprofessional staff and expensive, cold popcorn. Even during the day the halls have a musty smell and the screens are tiny compared to other theaters. Never really the best, but at night its just a complete waste of money.

Very nice theatre! All seats are recliner seats, with plenty of room between the rows, so you dont have to get up if someone leaves during the movie! Very comfortable and clean.

Just watched IT in the Reclining Theater seats. The staff was helpful and the matinee was very lightly attended. Had a great experience. The only knock I would give them is that the volume was extremely loud. I think they could easily lower it a few decibels without sacrificing any viewing enjoyment. Still a 5 star experience.

Interquest Cinemas has all the bells and whistles. You can reserve your seat when you pay for your ticket. The seats all recline and have footrests and plenty of space so youre not cramped during the movie. The selection of concessions was great, very pricey tho. The movie was loud enough to hear comfortably and the people seated around me were courteous.

A word of sincere appreciation and thanks to Mikey Butler - on 23 Dec 2018 our movie theater (#5) was extremely hot, probably high 80s to low 90s, and made the previews and beginning of the movie very uncomfortable. I reported the temp immediately to management, and was told it was being worked on. It took perhaps 20-25 minutes into the movie to feel the temp dropping, but the seats remained extremely warm and uncomfortable. After the movie, I spoke with Mikey and expressed my displeasure with the climate control, and he listened carefully, agreed that some sort of recompense should be provided, and gave us passes for a future movie. Mikey also assured us the theater management was researching the cause of the overheating and remedying the problem as soon as possible. Kudos to Mikey for great professionalism and customer service which will keep us as regular Regal Interquest customers.

Its nice and comfortable. The office with the projector had a light on that shown brightly into the theater that was quite distracting and took a lot away from getting completely into the movie. Id give them another shot as I dont remember this being an issue last time we went to this theater a couple years ago. Still recommend Tinseltown, worth the drive South.

Just watched the Lion King with my wife and kids. The screen was blurry at times, as if it was supposed to be watched with 3d glasses. There was also a smudge on the screen. I like this theater. I would still recommend going there.

The popcorn is not very good here. I only get popcorn and a drink when I go to the movies, so I was very disappointed. I have been to theatres with much nicer seats.

Nothing wrong with it, per say, but I much prefer Icon; which is just across the street or Chapel Hills which isnt much further.Concessions are just so expensive and inconvenient. At the others, you get free refills, can help yourself, etc.Theaters are also very small.The only nice thing is that the chairs are comfy.

It was alright, I liked the comfy reclining chairs. I thought it was nice to choose your seats when you buy your tickets, unfortunately the guy sitting next to us was a little off, he was constantly repeating the lines of the movie. Fortunately the theater wasnt crowded and we were able to change seats. If the theater was crowded though we wouldve been stuck there...outside of that it was an OK night at the movies.

Mom and Is favorite theater. We always go when hardly anyone is there. A lot of the time getting the whole theater to ourselves. Mind you this is when everyone is at work and school. Comfy reclining seats, great place to bring a blanket.They also dont give me guff for bringing in my own Water or else theyd lose our business...for buying water is a bad practice and wasteful in so many ways.Buy a home filter and Boycott Nestle and others!

Above average as far as theatres I have been to around the country. Really nice leather seats with power buttons to recline. Not quite 5 stars but definitely above average as far as theatres go.
