Great little spot. Free popcorn and drink refills keep me and my friend coming back here. One star dropped as their tech is a little behind on reservations and such and had a couple instances where sound was terrible during a movie, but still good experiences overall.

Great theater! Comfortable reclining seats, clean facility, friendly staff. I love that there is no box office, you can buy tickets online. Refillable and DIY popcorn and drinks. I like the separations between rows as not to be disturbed when other people get up to leaving during the movie. Awesome theater! Wish there were more of them!

Strange design choice, having to receive the tickets you ordered online from the concession workers instead of a kiosk. I get it though, While youre here, might as well order some food. I mean I was going to, anyways, but some people have a modicum of self-respect (not me). I will never watch another movie anywhere else while I live here. Recliner seats, yeah other theaters have that. Most other theaters have burned lenses on their projectors though, while the picture and sound quality here is always crisp.

This place is still surrounded by construction. The parking lot in front is small but there is plenty of space around back.The theater is different than most in that popcorn and pop are self serve. The popcorn tasted good and it was nice being able to butter my own bucket. Prices were comparable to other theaters.The seats reclined which was nice but I didn’t feel they were as comfortable as another local theater. By the end of a long movie, I was a little uncomfortable.Overall, I was happy with our experience I’d see another movie here again.

We came to see movie last night and didnt realize we actually had come to the wrong theater. We were at the check-in and the manager didnt even bat an eye, he just offered to comp our tickets and allowed us to select from the remaining available seats for the upcoming showing of the same movie that started within about 15 minutes. Such great customer service! So thoughtful and courteous! We will definitely be back!

I love this theater. Staff is always friendly and helpful. LOVE the self serve popcorn. Kids really enjoy the kid packs they offer as well. Seats are awesome and so comfy.

Our family always comes here to watch movies because the reclining chairs are hard to pass and its very easy to find your way in the theater. Although it is by some unfinished construction, the building still looks very sleek and simple. Icon Cinema is one of the best movie theaters Ive been in.

One of our favorite theatres in town. We will drive past quite a few theatres on the way to this one across town. Very clean. Comfortable seats. Good popcorn. Decent alcohol selection. And ice. Cream. Bathrooms are well maintained and Ive never had a bad experience here. Would recommend.

The Costco of movie theaters. The seats are comfy. The lobby looks like a space for herding cattle. Which it is. There are gargantuan self-serve popcorn dispensers, and in front of them is a roughly 10 square yard space where the wild animals have liberally sprayed and spilled popcorn with abandon. All in all, another testament to the principle that bigger is always better, no matter how cold and impersonal.

New and modern. Quick ticket and food purchases. Beautiful relaxing lobby. Extremely comfortable recliner theater set up. We sat close. Row c middle area with great comfortable view.

Theater is great. Super comfortable reclining chairs. Fast and easy getting in. Self serve popcorn was a fun suprise. Only downfall is the parking and construction going on. Hopefully that gets done soon

The parking lot has a really... interesting layout. But overall had a great experience. I live the popcorn salt. Just a heads up, the movies start on time here. Im used to 20 movies of previews first, but I walked in at 6:18 for a 6:20 showing and the movie started about 6:24. Dont be late!

This theatre is great and the popcorn is THE best! Great service. I go here frequently just to get a bucket of popcorn for my residents for a treat. The theatre always gives me a plastic bag in case it spills in the car. The resident all love the popcorn treat!

I went here to see the new Star Wars, Rise of the Skywalker. It is a great theater. Super easy and simple to buy tickets and get in although I recommend buying your tickets online before hand...Popcorn is yummy and there are plenty of treats to choose from. I prefer this theater because of the superb recliner seats. The seats are built into EVERY single seat, so you don’t have to be a VIP member to access them. I would definitely recommend going to this theater as there are many new movies out now. Merry Christmas!

Loved the theatres and how big and comfy it was. Only issue was the prattling. We had to walk all the way around to get to the main entrance. Took us about 20 minutes and it was snowing and a little confusing. But overall I would go again

Tickets are bought through the concession line. A good marketing decision which entices customers to buy snacks and drinks; however, it’s arguable more of a bad decision. Seats are slightly better than the old movie theatre seats. They do decline but they are still uncomfortable Screen quality is alright, just not great. The parking situation is very interesting and there’s more interesting things being built around the theatre. There’s a residential communities across the street from the entrance allowing those in the community to walk across the street and enjoying a movie.

This place is a joke. If its your first time there, its difficult to find the entrance. The parking garage, at the back of the HUGE building, leads you to believe its the best place to park. But then you have to walk what seems like a half mile (in the cold) to get to the entrance if you can find it. Once inside, everything looks cheap-- vinyl flooring, sterile decor, self-serve popcorn. And there is ONE bathroom for the entire place-- TWELVE theaters! Sure there are a lot of stalls, but you have to go all the way back to the lobby to use the restroom. Lame. Mobile/digital tickets cant be scanned. The ticket taker person types in a confirmation number from your phone if you can find it. No QR code. Just a number. Then he prints a paper ticket. There are no signs outside the theaters with the names of the movies, just numbers. Yeah, thats fine, but if youve ever been to ANY other theater, you probably expect there to be a sign outside each theater with the name of which movie is playing inside. Its weird. Its like the Walmart of movie theaters. No ambience, and youve got to do all the work yourself. And heres the kicker-- the tickets arent any cheaper!! Dont waste your time. Go to ANY other theater if you want to enjoy your movie experience.

They advertise a no crying baby policy at the start of every show but it is meaningless. My family went to see Doolittle for my wife birthday today and not one but two babies screamed through the entire show--start to finish. No staff ever check the theater. No staff even available near the theater to discuss the matter. Only staff we ever saw were the one selling tickets and the one selling ice cream. Both were fairly surly.

Update : disappointing that they can have actually nobody in the facility as far as customers and the place is a total wreck, mess, and nobodys cleaning. Theres popcorn all over the floors theres food all over the tables please snack nacho bar area is disgusting

I prefer it here over the Regal nearby. They are less expensive and you get all the refills you want on soda, icees and popcorn. The rows are also spacious and more private so you dont have to hear the row behind you if they are talking or if the person in front of you is using their phone in the middle of the movie.

Pretty good, but the location is still under heavy construction, and you cant even get a free cup of water, even if you press the issue. Our bottles of water are over there...The seats go further back than Dolby Cinema on Briargate, but thats about the only advantage it has. Probably will stick to Dolby Cinema theater.

For a brand new theater its okay at best. The seats are very nice and comfortable and service is decent. Yes, free refills on self serve popcorn and sodas, but the self serve popcorn system assures that all of your popcorn will be crushed (which is a pet peeve of mine, but maybe some people dont mind that) and the popcorn is not fresh. The movie times on Google arent accurate, you need to check their website for accurate times, although that isnt the theatres fault. The front entrance is difficult to find and the first time we went we ended up leaving and just going down to Regal because we couldnt figure it out and had limited time with the babysitter. Im sure once construction is finished it will be better. The angry/harsh messages about phones and kids and absolutely no refunds make me want to just say forget it to this theatre, because sometimes I do bring my kids to kids movies and if youre watching a kids movie but cant handle kids there I dont know, I feel like you have the problem not me. That said, Ive had to remove my kids from Chapel Hills theatre before because they couldnt keep it together and they had no issue with giving us a refund, so I dont agree with that policy (again, that might not be negative for some, that might actually make some people like them more so just take that info however you will). All said Id rate higher if not for difficult location and crushed popcorn.

This theater is always clean and rarely packed. I wish the garage parking entrance was more convenient, but Im assuming they will improve that when the construction on other parts of the business/residential park are more complete.

So much construction gps takes you to the wrong entrance, hard to find the main door entrance not enough signs. Different set up causes you to have to stand in line for concessions just to get your prepaid ticket to enter the viewing section. Wasted a lot of my time since I was not buying popcorn or drinks. Chairs are comfortable theaters are intimate. Nice friendly staff.

This is my favorite theater for so many reasons, but Im docking one star for the refusal to give water. Pretty sure you LEGALLY have to give someone a water cup, instead I had to pay like 4 bucks for a kids cup to then fill with water from the soda fountain. Rubbish. Give me a plastic water cup like a normal human, no need for these little money grab theres a water fountain but no cup for said water games.

My personal theater of choice. I think they just introduced the souvenir cups that can be used on every visit, if I understand that correctly. Great addition to an already excellent concept. Love the seat selection and purchase through the app. Catch me there at least twice a month.

Very smooth reclining seats. Sit back and add popcorn chocolate and a soda and relax and watch your movie. Very exciting

Great theatre but with all the construction going on, a pain to get to at times. Not the cinemas fault but they need to put better signposting. However, the main reason I love this theatre in particular is that they seem to have the earliest a.m. showings. Its also very clean and has great recliners.

I love this theater because of the spacious recliner seats that are so much better than regular seating. I love that you can get share bags for the popcorn. And drinks are the same price as an iced and both are refillable. I only wish discount Tuesday was on Monday because thatd fit my schedule better.

We love icon. Especially the 6$ Tuesdays. They have very comfortable very modern recliner stadium seating with plenty of walkway.

Went to see Frozen 2 with the family. I was very impressed with the movie. However, there was a group of older teenagers that went to see the movie as well and just so happened to sit right next to us. They were completely disrespectful, loud and constantly on their phones, taking pictures (with flash) and texting. I give the rating of 4 because I found management and explained the situation, by the time I got back to my seat they were already gone! I was so pleased with the swiftness of service in order to provide us (and the rest of the families) with a spectacular experience!

I really love Icon more and more, its a really nice theater, the popcorn is great because you make it how you like it. The seats recline so its nice and comfortable. The one issue with that, is guys, if you want to put the moves on your date, they pretty much have to sit in your chair...they are just too big and comfortable to reach around your dates shoulders. Unless you have Orangutan arms I guess ;)

Cheapest theatre around for now since there is nothing else around here. prices will probably go up once construction of all the new homes and businesses are completed! huge, comfortable reclining seats and lots of food options. pretty empty and no lines!

Good luck finding the place. Signs are miss leading. Nobody at the counters. Had to wait 5 min for someone to come out from the back. Purchased mobile tickets and you still have to wait inline to receive paper tickets. Nobody to scan your ticket. Was told the wrong # and we waited for 20 min in an empty theater just to find out we were in the wrong one. Total waste of time. This place is really backwards. Id go elsewhere if I were you.

What an amazing theater! Free refills on pretty much everything and you get to do the refilling yourself! The seats recline and there is still plenty of room for people to get through the aisle.

My favorite movie theatre in the Springs. Good military discount, comfy leather seats, ice cream bar, and a popcorn dispenser machine. The better bang for your buck in the theatre world.

Love this cinema. We live in Monument, so this place isnt that far away. They have great popcorn, and its refillable! They have good customer service, its wonderfully clean, and of course the reclining seats! Also love how they promote the military and dont like disruptions during movies! We like this place better than the Hollywood down the road.

Everyone loves this place because you get free refills on popcorn and soda.I thought it was okay at best.The tickets that I ordered online were double sold, so when I we got to the movie, there were already people in our seats that had identical tickets to me.The seats that my party and I ended up in were okay. The leg rests kept getting stuck and wouldnt move well.

Very comfy seats! We were about halfway up the top section so I couldnt let the seat all the way back or I couldnt see the bottom of the screen. Otherwise pretty great.

Parking was horrible and the directional signs were bad. If you have that much construction around there, as a business, you want to be more clear for people who havent been there before.Im not a fan of wandering around the building until I can find an entrance. Even though I now know where it is I dont feel like parking behind the building and walking a few minutes in the cold to go to a movie.Also the theater didnt smell great. Ill go back to the Regal down the street and avoid the hassle next time.

Despite the building still being under construction, the theater was awesome - tons of snack options, laminate flooring, reclining seats, stunning visuals and great audio. Also - covered parking, so dont let the snow keep you home!

This place looks like something youd see in a zombie flick. Its a theater in the middle of a partially constructed mall. They started building this place many years ago as a shopping center, then it sat empty for years. Now there is a very nice movie theater in the middle of it. The theater, once you get inside, is modern with really comfortable reclining chairs to watch the movie from. The biggest problem with this place is parking and getting into the theater. My daughter and I had to park around back of the building and walk through unlit areas to get to the entrance of the place. I would not feel comfortable letting my kids go to this place without an adult because of the poor lighting and places that someone could easily hide in to bother them while they were trying to get into the theater.

Today was my first time at this theatre and I was very pleased. The staff was super friendly and patient with my kids who take forever to decide what they want to eat. When the cheese ran out they came and restocked immediately. The facility was amazingly clean. The chairs were super comfortable, spacious, and quiet (considering that my kids like to play with the buttons sometimes during the movie). The best theater I’ve been to in Colorado Springs!

Checked it out for the first time, still very new and they are still building...this place is gonna be huge, but it was a wonderful experience. Prices are really not bad at all and they have self serve everything so you really get your moneys worth and can fix your popcorn exactly the way you like! Frickin awesome! Definitely my new hang out to watch movies, they did a great job.

Complex is still under construction as of 12/19, so directions were a little confusing. The parking garage is on the opposite side of the entrance. The theater itself is awesome. Huge lazyboy style seats that recline, much smaller seating numbers so getting in and out is not hard, and the volume is adequate, but not defaning like some others. I will definitely go back.

Theater is good with all reclining seats. Bottomless popcorn. Lots of construction so access and parking are a hassle. Get there early.

The theater isnt done but they are opening select areas. The parking is kinda crazy but once construction is done it will be much easier. There is an all you can eat popcorn and drink which is really fun and makes the lines much shorter. They have assigned seats with recliners and its very nice!

The service was subpar. I had my hands full of a child and things to keep said child comfortable. We got snacks and the guy tried rushing us through the process. No one else was friendly. The only good thing was the seats. With the construction, finding the theater entrance was a pain. For the amount of money they charge, I would never bother going ever again.

Nice small theater! I really liked it! You were able to get your own soda and popcorn which was really nice too! Parking out front is limited but they have a huge lot in the back which is nice! The price of tickets were really good too! The chairs were super comfy and were the recliners! Will definitely go back here again!

The seats are comfortable and the movie quality was great. Employee interaction or service was lackluster. What spoiled the experience were all the COMMERCIALS and the messaging of those commercials (ex. Divorce Attorney) come on...GET A CLUE! When a CUSTOMER pays to see a movie, I do not wish to be force-fed advertising. I almost Walked. But instead, I will protest with my feet and my mouth...unless I receive an apology from this establishment. I put this review out for two reasons: 1) to warn others that you will be advertised to against your will, and; 2) to see if this business cares enough to heed the input of a paying customer by responding to me.

This theater doesnt seem well known, which is great since its not too busy. Even during the busy times you cant tell. There are about three feet walls between each row of seats which gives the illusion that there are less people there. The have all you can eat self serve popcorn which is a cool concept as well as drinks. Staff has always been friendly. The seats are the recliners that you see in a lot of theaters today and are quite comfortable. They also do cool throw back days where they bring back old movies to the theater. Ive been able to see some classics on the big screen, which is always awesome! This is my go to theater!

Icon Cinema was wonderful! It was so great to be able to make my own nachos with the amount of cheese I like. Also chili included if you want it. Also you can dispense your own popcorn and choose just the amount of butter youd like. The regular screens were as big as the IMAX without the hefty price. Tuesdays are $6 days with all you can eat and drink specials. $6 senior Mondays. They also have throwback movies here and there in addition to the current movies, which is fun. No lines and great theater reclining seating. They serve a variety of wine, beer, dipping dots and ice cream. And its up north! Well be back. Definitely our new CLEAN favorite theater! I almost hate to leave a review because Id like to keep this little gem that just opened a secret, but from customer service to viewing they were fantastic and earned it. P.s. no more driving around forever and fighting over parking. Theres a parking garage!

During our 6 week stay in the area we saw 4 movies here. This place is fantastic. If I could have given more than FIVE STARS I would have. Theater is always clean, staff super friendly, love the self serve popcorn & drinks and the comfy recliner seating is the best! If we lived here, it would most definitely be our “home theater”.

Great recliner seats. And weve gotten spoiled with reserving seats ahead. Popcorn is self-serve so we can get the butter just the way we want it.While we appreciate the warnings to turn off cellphones or quiet babies...we always laugh at the tone of the warnings onscreen. Shes definitely a very wonderful nice place. We just took our youth group from church to your theater. You guys were amazing and accommodated us with our own theater to keep the children safe. The security guard was awesome and so was all the staff very kind and friendly. Definitely appreciate what you guys did for us. I would definitely recommend you guys to everybody I talk to

Parking was a little weird. Love the self serve popcorn and drinks. Makes it easier when you go with a group and want to share. They have the modern reserved seating, and I felt like their recliners recline more than other cinemas.

This is a great theatre! I love having assigned seats, and the reclining chairs as well. They really space out the rows well, so youre not crowded trying to get through the reclined seats. Has self serve popcorn and drinks as well, which is nice. And I think they have pretty decent prices as well good what you get.

Great theater with reclining seats! We reserved tickets online and it was much cheaper compared to other theaters ($8.25 for a weekend matinee). The front doors of the theater is towards the back of the building and there’s not much parking close to the doors so I suggest seeing an early showing. There weren’t kiosks for printing online tickets so we went to the concessions stand. The theater was clean and nice and the seating was perfect (I suggest the E row for perfect screen alignment).

This is a great place to watch movies... best popcorn and they have dippindots! Only thing is watching a scary movie in middle of day when its windy since surrounding building is vacant and it makes loud howls thru an empty theater. Other then that has great seats too! And not to busy and workers are great too

The cinema is in the middle of a condo community being developed so its kind of a surreal experience driving up to the cinema. The seats and sound are fantastic. I really enjoy that you pick your seats when you pay -- so if you show up late - you still have your seats. I notice several other older movie theaters in the area have also been retrofitted with these reclining seats.

This movie theater has awesome seating. All the seats are very comfortable AND THEY RECLINE. They also have FREE refillable popcorn for all the sizes. Dont forget 6 dollar Tuesdays as well.. so very affordable. Only reason for 4stars is finding the front of the building for close parking can be a bit challenging for the first time visitor.

My wife and I go on Tuesday nights where everything is $6. Movie tickets popcorn drinks everything is $6. The seats are stadium style and recline. Our favorite movie theater in the Springs

The customer service here is excellent, probably some of the best Ive ever received at any movie theater. The seats are extremely comfortable, utilizing the automatic recliners we see everywhere on theatres nowadays, but are marginally comfier and spaced better. All you can eat popcorn and free refills also is amazing Haha. They also serve beer and wine here at the establishment, nothing special but its a nice addition. Love this place
