We love this Tinseltown! We havent been frequent theater goers in the past, but were trying to do our part to stand in the gap and help to keep them alive. This one is clean and shiny. Its handy to our location. The staff is friendly. Just a nice place to spend a couple of hours.

Tinseltown is the best movie theater chain you could go to. The seats can recline and dont go up when you leave. There is lots of space between the rows so you have plenty of room to recline. There is a game room and tons of concessions, including pizza. The screens are really big and there is always a lot playing.

Back and better than ever. I’ve never seen this facility so clean. It looks like it was just built. No trash in the theater, no popcorn residues and kernels everywhere. The bathrooms were immaculately clean - again, looks like it was. Just built. I’d happily pay double what I paid last night if the experience stays like this. Clearly the staff is putting in lots of hard work to keep this place really clean. And with classic movies showing, I could see myself going once a week.

Went today and the theater was spotless. This theater has the plexiglass at the main usher stand and seems to be doing a great job handling the new cleaning policies and social distancing as well as social distanced seating. For someone who has only been out a handful of times since the end of March, I felt very safe watching a movie here. They also have wipes available around the theater to wipe your seat if you want more peace of mind. Movie watching is something I love doing and I appreciated the extra care this theater is taking to keep customers and their employees safe. Thank you for doing a great job in this new normal.

Awesome place, great for families, they have a no kids under 6 after 6pm rule which is awesome for night time movie goers. seats recline, short concession line. you can pick seats ahead of time management and staff are sweet and helpful. we missed our movie and they switched us to a new one no problems. I love the atmosphere

Comfortable seat. the cashier was very nice. she gave us the cheapest price for the tickets that is cheaper than military discount. I saw they were cleaning door handles which is great. we enjoyed watching movie there.

The cinema is easy to get to. They have used the down time to adjust how they do business to incorporate the health guidelines laid down by the CDC. Staff is nice and helpful. The movie was clean and the picture quality and sound system were very good. The only concern I have deals with some people in the theaters who took their masks for the entire duration of the show. This virus can cause serious problems. It seems that people need to have a reminder from the staff to not play the odds in regards to being safe. I want the theater to remain open and everyone to be healthy. I plan on returning.

Awesome theatre. We had a friend that rented the entire theatre and man was it awesome! Being able to have an adult beverage while watching the movie and relaxing in a recliner was on point!

Have to give them five stars we did the private watch party and took all of our grandkids and because we are a Cinemark Movie Club member they gave us a 20% discount on top of the deal they were already giving us for buying the private watch party for all of the snacks and popcorn. The theater was clean and everyone had a great time.

Never disappointed with this place. Also if you want to get a huge bag of popcorn to go its only 10 bucks. What a deal. Enough popcorn to make yourself sick.

A great theater. My wife and I travel from the north side of the Springs here while there are other theaters closer to us. The staff is friendly, the theaters are always clean.

Seats are comfy, the people are chill It was the first time i felt normal coming here.

Just went to reopening and enjoyed every second of returning to a movie theater. Everything looked really clean and had plenty of space between people, so I felt very safe.

Be careful, the parking lot is full of piles of trash coming from the RVs they let live in the parking lot. Dont bring your children as these ppl are using the restroom right in the parking lot and Tinseltown allows it.

This a great place. Always clean, staff always friendly. Love the fact I can get a draft beer or wine and then head into the theater to watch a movie. Love that each seat reclines. I find that the staff is at times lazy. If a drink runs out, then they ask you for a different one, instead of changing the drink. The pizza is always sold out. Other than that, this is a great place to take the family.

Pre Covid, I would have said that Tinseltown was fine. Its a theater and they do theatering just fine.But NOW, it was very very cool to be in a theater again! We watched Empire Strikes Back and I felt like a kid again. Last time I saw that movie in a theater I was 12.They are taking every precaution to be clean and safe. And they are playing older movies AND we can rent an entire theater for $150 for 20 people. It was awesome!

I saw the original Jurassic Park on the big screen with my friends. One of the best experiences of my life.

They have definitely spruced this place up! Looks fantastic. The seats are super comfortable with plenty of room for anyone to walk even with the recliner fully extended. Let’s not forget that the bar is stocked, so you can enjoy a nice cool refreshment, of your choice, while you enjoy your movie!

Ive been going here since I was a kid, and the place has changed a lot since then. All the seats recline and having the extra leg room is fantastic. Tickets and food are the usual, but I highly recommend becoming a Cinemark Movie Club member, which makes those tickets and the food cheaper. Staff is friendly and havent had any issues since childhood.

While the movie watching experience was good...we had to clean our own seats, also absolutely no butter after asking for extra, I mean literally plain popcorn beyond the top layer we did ourselves. When we let the young female manager know -who had no name tag and didnt introduce herself- she basically shrugged and said we should of moved seats.Not very cool. Usually a good experience here but not this time.

Its a good place to see a movie. The popcorn is great, but the prices of the concessions are a little outrageous. But its the way they make money, so I cant complain.

Top notch experience. Bought tickets online, checked in with my phone. Coffee and adult beverages in addition to traditional theater treats. Reclining loungers were comfortable and no one blocked my view. (Im not tall) Great quality XD movie and sound. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ive been here twice and it is a great theater. I usually only go to the movies for good 3D movies (scifi, marvel, star wars, etc). This theater is always clean and has good service. The seats are a leather like material and recline. If they had some type of tray it would be perfect.

The entry and theater were very clean. The staff and attendants were polite and helpful. The food, snacks, and condiments were moderately priced, and very fresh and good.We always frequent this theater, as coming from the high Rockies, they have the largest selection of movies and times. Will be back.

Great food love the recling seats

This is by far one of the best theaters ever! Seats are amazing, they are cushy and they recline! Also having the Cinemark app makes the visits here a lot more pleasurable. You can reserve your seats and skip the line at the ticket office by pre-purchasing your tickets!

Frozen 2... pure kiddo madness. Popcorn everywhere n trashcans packed n overflowing. BUT! we were able to get our concessions and to our seats on time. The staff is always very nice even though they were completely overrun lol. Thank you everyone who worked on Sunday n good luck!

Fun place. Love the reclining seats and that its easy to move around and comfortable. They also serve wine and beer. The screens are huge and no matter where you sit you have a clear view of the screen without anyones head in the way

It has a lot of potential still. Its been there too long to not have their operations together tho. Went on a Saturday and they only had one person working the food counter we went to. It took 20 minutes to get our food when we were second in line. Luckily our movie started later than we thought. Secondly the condiments were relocated to behind the counter while I was still getting them. The person didnt ask me if I needed any more or anything before they were taken. Had to go and find where they went. Lastly played the air hockey with my daughter and the game ran out of time. Thought it would stop once we reached a certain score. Movies and refreshments cost too much to have to deal with nonsense.

Fun time. Clean. Fresh popcorn. Comfy seats. I like that they have police officers working during the weekends.

Love going to this theater. If you go on weekdays there usually arent too many people and even on weekends its not too bad- depending on what you are seeing. The only bad thing I can think of is it can be hard getting out sometimes with your car if its a busy night. They dont have the exit set up very well.

This has always been a fantastic theater. The design of it makes it one of the easiest buildings to see from Circle, and even on really busy nights has incredible parking. Making our way around has never been a problem, although it would make things that much easier if house numbers were listed with the movies when we walk in so nobody has to ask, Down which hallway is our house? Also the staff seem to really love working there, not a sourpuss in the bunch. All in all, a perfect theater made even better with the theater loungers.

Clean and quiet....no real lines

As far as movie theaters go, this one is hard to beat. RPX is awesome. Concessions are good and popcorn is always fresh. They also have ice cream and specialty coffee as well and a few Pizza hut items.

Went to watch Bad Boys for life which is now my new favorite movie ever thank you Martin Lawrence and Will Smith . I had an awesome time, reclining seats, plenty of space, feet room, nobody in your way. All out great experience would definitely visit Tinseltown Cinemark again

I love the new seats. The staff here are always sweet. You may have to wait in line because it gets crowded.

I took my boys to see Joker today, and it was a very pleasant experience. This theatre has something for both kids and adults. It wont hurt to arrive a bit earlier then your movie time because theres something for everyone to enjoy before the movie begins. Nice clean theatre with a lot of parking spaces.

Great movie theater. You get the option to choose your own seats if you show up early enough. Seats are spacious, reclined, and comfortable. Great sounds, plenty of food and drinks. Also plenty of entertainment for kids while waiting for movies to start

Such a comfortable place to come during the day and catch a flick and then go to lunch and run errands. Amazing!

This is such a poorly managed theater. The worst part is how dirty it is as the theaters are not cleaned between movies. We arrived at our reserved seats and had to clean popcorn off one chair and throw away a wine cup that was in the cupholder. We stood in line for 15 minutes for beverages and when I asked why two managers were standing around instead of opening another register I was told they couldnt open a register because they had to be available for manager calls. Well I want to know how you can be a service to your theater and still be available to manage your calls? Go in the theater and clean up some of that mess so we dont have to sit in filth.The great thing about our city is that there are plenty of theaters so I dont have to come back to this one anymore.

This is my favorite theater. We come pretty often. Reserving your tickets and seats online is so convenient. The seats are so comfortable and theater is clean.

Sound was amazing through out the movie. Picture was very clear, seats were very comfortable. They have a good selection on snacks, popcorn was good quality. Made mine and my families time a wonderful one

We have been going here since it opened, seems like forever ago, and would much prefer to go here over the IMAX any day. They have updated the theaters with the times and the seating (even for my plus size self) is comfortable. Its always clean and they have a nice selection for snacks and drinks.

Been a few years since I was last here but was pleasantly surprised how much improved. Was able to order the tickets online and get them printed once we arrived. Staff though was mixed either incredibly kind and helpful or an empty husk . Biggest complaint I would say is the concessions area is incredible narrow so a family with kids should send one person up as anymore than that spills into the other lines. They have reclining seats that are quite comfortable and easy to use with padded and I mean actually padded backing and armrest. They are also very wide to the point my younger ones could curl up like if they were at home. Overall very pleased with the changes over the years.

I love the new seating, but they raised their prices for general admission yet again. So at this rate, it would be more cost effective for you to just buy the DVD when it comes out than go to the movie theater to watch something. However, if you have lots of money you dont know what to do with, this is a great theater to spend it at! It is always very clean, and the staff are usually always very friendly. Just keep in mind you might spend a whole days wage just for tickets and any concessions. Good news, is that it is not as crowded anymore and you can most likely always get a seat you want when you come!...

I usually love this theater, its cute and clean and the people working are generally nice. But the last time i went I got cold way over salted popcorn. And for popcorn being so cheap but being sold for so high, I would appreciate desent popcorn. But that was a 1 out of 300 times Ive been, and its a great theater

The remodel did well for this older theater. The power reclining seats and smaller audience size is how a movie is supposed to be seen. The screen, the volume everything was just right. Suffice to say we will continue frequenting this theater for many years to come.

I accidentally bought tickets on my app to this theater. Though I make a mistake, I figure Ill just take the kids anyway and check it out. This theater is way further out from where I live or most theater we watch movies at. The theater is nice with comfortable stadium seating, but it lack the cleanliness and friendly staff compared to the other Cinamark at First & Main Town Center. I would only return to this theater if I made the same mistake again.

I literally go here anytime a good looking movie comes out. Its close to home and fairly priced. Plus, the chairs recline. Win, in my book.

There are several theaters to go to in Colorado springs I live way way up North and this is what it way down south and I choose to go there so that should tell you something about the theater its very nice

In the past I have given this place a five star for years. Unfortunately though it is only deserving of a three star this time and this why.Right before Christmas we went to see the new & final trilogy of Star Wars. We grew up on this so it was a big deal to us. Thankfully we got there early enough because they were horribly understaffed resulting in waiting in line for 40 minutes just for a couple of drinks and popcorn. Like I said, we arrived earlier thankfully.Then about a third of the way through the showing we started to hear crackling noise resonating from the middle speaker to our right which was very irritating while the use of the saber fights or laser weapons were going on.These are a couple of reasons that need addressed immediately from my standpoint. Hope your experience is much better.

Movie was great and so was seating. The only bump in the road was that the concessions (1 medium Coke and 1 medium pop corn) cost more than the 2 tickets to enter the theater. How wrong is that?!

I love this place! You should get the Cinemark members app, I promise you will not be disappointed. Concessions are good, good selection, theaters are nice and clean and comfortable, military discount, bathrooms are clean. Love it.

Ive been to this theatre a few times and its great! Friendly staff, good popcorn and comfy seats! It is a busier theatre, so sometimes thats a drawback, but it can also make the movie going experience more fun depending on the movie! Overally a good place, hard to beat!

Best theater in Colorado Springs! The XD theaters have electric leather recliners to stretch your legs out on. There is a video arcade game room in the lobby too.

Enjoy going here every chance I get. Movie club is totally worth it and thanks to that, Ive seen more movies here than I probably would have otherwise. Just being 100% honest.This place has been enough to get me back into going to the movies. Great staff, fantastic snacks, and the frozen Jack and Coke with vanilla is a pretty great way to kick back in the overly comfortable chairs and have a pretty solid time

It’s the movies!!! If you love seeing new movies then this is the place for you. There are stadium seating with reclining chairs. You get to pick where you like to sit while you are purchasing your tickets. If you use their app you can also see this and determine if it’s just too busy to go especially over the weekends. Price of concessions is about typical cost for a movie theater so you will be paying higher end for popcorn and a drink. They have a variety of snacks to pick from and they also sell blankets and pillow if you need to get comfy for your movie. Theater is always clean and so are the restrooms. Oh if you like alcohol they sell that too!

Loved the luxury loungers! Seating was so comfortable that the couple next to us fell asleep! Movie was great and all of the staff were very friendly.

They should really reconsider selling alcohol there, finally get to go to a movie and end up having rude drunk people that cant be quiet throwing beer caps behind us.

Exceptional service and friendly staff! Comfy seating is fantastic. My only complaint, though Im not docking a star for it, is it would be nice to know where I scan in for tickets bought online. The last 3 times Ive gone (within a 2 month period) we were scanned in at 3 different places.

I come here quite often. The staff are great 75% of the time. It can take a while to get food at the front snack bar but the regular concession stand is pretty punctual. The theatres are nice and mostly clean when you come in, except for some popcorn and soda spills that Ive encountered a couple of times. Its honestly a great theatre, but with every theatre comes a few critiques. Honestly, good job.

This place is massive, old yet not worn, and a great place to see a movie. The XD auditorium is amazing. The staff is super friendly and cheerful. Thats one thing Ive found, most all Cinemarks have awesome staff! Beer, wine, Pizza Hut!! So many options. Also, so much movie related merch. So much fun.

If you do 1 or more movies a month, the movie club is a great deal! Over the last 2 years I have saved over $200 on tickets and concessions. If youre a movie buff, its totally worth it!

I really like the comfortable seats theyve added. The one draw back now is that you practically have to pay extra to buy tickets online because seats are reserved, and coming even an hour early for a movie that had been out for months, there were minimal seating options left.

The employees are friendly. The seats are comfortable. Four stars is based on the cleanliness. Overall the theater is clean and not falling apart but there is often trash, spilled drinks and other items that seem to go unnoticed. I know that some customers dont care if they make messes in public places and its hard to make sure it all gets picked up. I will continue to go to this theater.

I like the location and their very comfortable reclining seats. It makes an excellent movie experience. I also like the idea of making online reservations so I can get the best seats possible.

It’s always nice getting time to just relax and enjoy a good movie! I love how comfortable the seats are and the service is very nice. I would ask for maybe a larger variety of options for snacks but then again most people don’t go for them very often. Outside of that I really don’t have any other complaints or “suggestions”

Decent movie house. They maintain the equipment well. Xd is something worth experiencing. As recliner seating goes Ive had way more comfortable seats. These were too cheap. Adequate. Popcorn was good. They dont have a lifestyle coke dispenser so drink flavors are limited. Prices are average but they offer decent combos.

First time visiting this theater. If you purchase tickets online you can have the barcode scanned instead of waiting at the window. Had no clue before hand as the last theater I went to had a kiosk where you could pick up your purchase. Like all theaters concessions are pricey. They try the bundle and save gimmick, but its still around $15 for large popcorn/soda combo. Make sure you capitalize on the refill so it makes it worth the money. The chairs inside the theater were comfortable and come with the recline option. Overall it what you expect out of a day at the movies.

I absolutely love this theater! Extremely large and great seating and snacks. Im a little disappointed with the staff. I let them know that not only were there screaming children during the film but also people vaping inside during the movie and they failed to do anything about it. I wouldnt be too worried about this but this has happened before. I guess things happened but over all amazing theater with great picture and sound quality! Have to love those luxury recliners as well. so comfy!!!

Prices have fallen from my last visit which is more than welcomed. However it still cost my wife and I the price of purchasing the movie on DVD, to see it once in theater during a matinee. The concessions is really where the price drop was appreciated. For $20 my wife and I got wings a large soda a pretzel and some popcorn. Seats were very clean. We sat in the newer recliner theaters and were very comfy. Do recommend adding a swinging table for snacks and lower ticket prices

I called Saturday to by tickets for frozen 2 on Friday of the following week because on google nothing was up to date for the Cinemark theater.... they told me to check Tuesday it should be up today to to buy the tickets. Went on saw it wasn’t up to date called back the theater they told me I was misinformed that Wednesday it will be up to date well I checked and it’s not up to date when I called up the manager she told me I needed to download the Cinemark app because that was up to date and all this time the employees could not tell me that and the manager says they don’t know how do you work for a company and not know your job she sounded young ... there is no customer service anymore now a days she pushed out a sorry after complaining it wasn’t true she seemed like she wanted to get off the phone ... very disappointing

Always uncomfortablely cold in the theaters. Other than that comfy feels like home. Love the seating. Wish it had been like that when i was growing up.
