As always this place has amazing service. My kid was sad that the mike and ikes were gone, but they are doing great with their covid percations.

One of my absolute favorite places to see a movie in Colorado Springs. Awesome location and always the latest greatest movies. Parking can be a bit tricky and sometimes you have to park either to the north or south of the theater and walk around the front.

Rented the whole theatre for a small group for a great price! Their popcorn and drinks arent as pricey as I was expecting either. Great experience!

Best and most comfortable. Great theater. Reclining chairs with a table that swings out in front of you. Careful, the sizes of drinks and popcorn are huge!

Good cinema. Service is always nice. The seats are amazing. Food is good, expensive, but thats to be expected. Also, they have beer which rocks.

They remodeled while shut down, looking very nice. So great to see a movie in get theater again, best surprise was large popcorn and coke for under nine bucks.

Worst experience ever!!!! Imagine date night on a Friday night, except so bad you didnt even make it through the whole date night!!!The sound was so incredibly loud it was ear drum busting!! I have never had an experience like this my life! Even the plain talking scenes were over doing it! When music or some other dramatic experience played out it was so loud my seats were vibrating! And NO I wasnt in a D-Box seat!!! It was so bad it made us sick to our stomachs. We had to leave the movie all together.Such a waste of a night, movie purchase and concession purchase!Will not be returning to CINEMARK!!

I have had great customer service the last three visits. The theatre is very clean. Only suggestion is to please keep up with cleaning the bathroom.

Bought out the theatre for a private screening. Invited a bunch of friends. What a cool experience!

Right now they are not running air conditioning to save money said the guy at the front. Manager said the ac was broken. Movie was a sweat fest and sucked, easily 90 degrees.

They say you have to reserve tickets but it is not necessarily done online. We were able to buy tickets directly at box (during COVID pandemic). The theater was clean and everyone was wearing masks . The arcade section is closed, but we could still purshase snacks at the concession.

Good popcorn and recliners were very comfortable. Like the beer selection and very reasonable prices.

I love going here to watch movies. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the IMAX theater deserves the comfortable chairs too. I dont understand why I pay so much more for the IMAX to not get reclining chairs like the other theaters. Otherwise I would recommend going here to see your movies. Oh and the popcorn could use more salt.

Cinemark has done a great job upgrading their seating. Plus you can now have adult beverages. The popcorn I believe tastes the best here. You can reserve your seating online easily. Because the movie experience has been upgraded we only go to movies we really want to see.

I saw the movie Parasite. I was really glad that this theatre was willing to show a foreign language film. The theatre was very comfortable, really nice recliner seats with a little table. I got my tickets online so I could reserve our seats with no problems.

Great theater! Nice and roomy seating. Love the recliners. It makes the longer films more enjoyable than back in the day when you had to squeeze into seating and could barely move for 2+ hours. Also the bathrooms are always clean.

The theater itself is clean and easy to navigate. We love the chairs and trays. The customer service has always been exceptional compared to other theaters we have visited. Once we had a family emergency as we were on our way to a movie, and the manager on duty exchanged our tickets for another day.

Cinemark is usually the way to go as we are part of the movie club so it just makes sense for us. The popcorn is fresh and even when it is busy they get you in a out of the concession line really fast. The restrooms and theater is always clean. This theater has small tables you can sit stuff on which is nice as long as whatever you are putting there is not to tall as it would obstruct your view of the screen. Seats are comfortable and recline a good amount. Great place to catch a movie!

Slightly disappointed with the IMAX, but all round good theatre. I have been to this theatre many times, for various movies and types of movies. Their standard 2d room have amazingly comfortable seats, but sadly the seats in the IMAX room were standard padded leather (slightly rocky) and extremely stiff, no footrests.., some of the chairs even had tears in the leather exposing the padding. I expected with the extra cost of admission, that the chairs would be on an even comfort curve to the standard, and it is the only reason I do not give this theatre 5 stars.The consessions are amazing, and while marked up a decent bit, still better priced than most theatres in area, and alcohol purchased on site is allowed in theatre ( which can be nice)

We saw a movie in 3d here that was excellent. The lounging recliners are convenient and comfortable, we were confused about the dbox seats in the theatre and if its just luck of the draw. The consessions are expensive as you would expect. The bathrooms were pretty bad, they most definitely need an updated renovation! The prices are pretty high in comparison to other theaters here in town, but if you go on Tuesday its their admission discount day.

I always enjoy my time at Cinemark. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Theres not great signage to see where the restrooms are, but otherwise a very positive experience and quite a bit cheaper than the mall, at with the movie we went to.

Went to go see Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey and movie took longer to play on screen due to technical difficulties, but didn’t take no more than 10 more min to fix. At the end of the movie they gave us all free tickets to go see whatever movie. Super cool management and staff.

I love Cinemark. I’ve never seen a movie in the IMAX theater so i was excited for the experience. However when i got in the theater i was very disappointed to see that the IMAX theater does not have reclining seats! I paid $35 for two tickets. So they were $15 each + tax. That is more than regular seats, and at least i get a comfortable texting seat with a table. Hopefully they update the IMAX too.

Comfy Seats, not too busy. Food selection is slim but we ate before we came. TV trays is a great feature. Should be in every cinema. Truly enjoyed the facility

Great place, friendly staff. They have added a ton of food and drink choices. You want popcorn? Check. But they have added things like cheeseburgers and ice cream. And, as we have enjoyed for summer, frozen margaritas. Add that to the leather recliners, and Im not sure what else you could want!

Theaters are always clean, love that this location has the tray tables, and the D-Box was an experience!! Join the Movie Club. You get a free ticket that carries over and builds up until you use them. With assigned sitting, you wont have to show up 45 minutes to popular movies. You can also use your credit on any ticket purchase. 3d IMax, D-Box, or regular 2D. 20% off concessions, and an extra ticket is only 8.99. There are coupons and other rewards. So aside from the friendly faces and quick pace of the snack lines, this particular location is one of the best in town. Dare I say, better than Tinseltown? I dare!

Our family has been going to this theatre for nearly 18 years since it was one of the only buildings on Powers Blvd. They do a great job and if there is ever an issue, management has been always willing to try and make it right for the customer. This is a very good movie theatre and the upgraded seating was a wise decision in the experience considerations.

Even though Im not a fan of reserved seating, I can see the benefits. These seats are comfy and inviting. The theater is definitely geared towards the personal movie going experience.The concession stand went fast and smooth with a good variety of snacks and drinks.

We went in today to see a matinee. Its a cold, snowy day. The theater only had about 6 patrons in our movie. It was so cold in the theater, we were all wearing our coats and even gloves. In the restroom, several people complained re: how cold it was in the theater. My wife asked to speak to the manager, who was unapologetic and said Its 19° out and our heat is on the roof. She finally offered free passes, which we refused, as one does not expect to be challenged by a theater manager when complaining that its cold. We have other options to go see films in this town.

Went for daughters birthday and as always love this theatre and the seating!

We have watched movies here and several other theaters around town, though I have to say this is one of the best other than Regal. We still need to try ICON Theaters and plan to eventually. Besides living closer to this theater and the choices of great shopping and dining in the area. This theater is cleaner and staff is more friendlier. If you book tickets in your Cinamark app, it best to do days ahead to get the reserved seats or the seats fill up quickly. On Tuesday ticket prices are a cheaper because people attend movie theaters less that day. During summer, on hot days, my son enjoys running around the small splash pad in the front of the theater. Just remember to keep a towel in the car too.

Nice movie theater, multiple theaters inside and a huge IMAX as well. Always very clean, staff is friendly and they have a bar/arcade inside. The IMAX does not have reclining seats so im not sure I will go back to IMAX until they upgrade.

I havent been to the movies in a long time but things have definitely changed! The pizza was amazing. The seats were so comfortable. We had a great time

Totally not worth spend at if your going to get discriminated on by assistants managers. Especially a particular assistant manager Casey Duke. Not my first time having problems with this guy but something is wrong with him. Was at this theatre yesterday and me and my friends were accused of stealing even though we explained we accidentally took a extra pizza and was willing to pay for the pizza we took that never was opened. Then he asked if we had our movie tickets and receipts for what we paid for, we asked not to come back even though we paid for and was offering to pay for the extra pizza. Then we asked for a refund on our movie tickets and he refused to give us back our money for what we paid for.

Very nice comfortable seating. Power recline and cup holders. Staff were nice and waiting at the door to clean and collect trash after the movie. A little spendy, but they all are so wont hold it against them. Would definitely go back.

This is a great theater. They have an adorable little water park out front for the kids. Plenty of shopping all around. Could even make a day trip out of this one Shopping Center. The theater itself is clean and very comfortable.

Cinema is a weekly tradition for me and hands down this is the best theatre in town. Quality screens, chairs, reserved seating, advanced tickets all things you would want from a modern theatre.Combine that with the extra safety protocols given for COVID, this is the reason I stick around and enjoy film.

We saw a movie in one of the IMAX theaters. The quality of the movie was fine. We had a coupon we couldnt use because there is no cell service inside. That wasnt a big issue, just inconvenient. My problem was with the seats. They were the most uncomfortable seats Ive had in a theater. No support, there was a crack in the seat so I had to use my sunglasses case so I wouldnt get pinched. Since you have to sit in reserved seats, we couldnt just get up and move. Ill be going to my normal theater from now on.

The movie experience is so much nicer now. Reclining seats with tray. And the staff keeps everything so clean and welcoming. This is 50 miles from home and well worth the trip our local Cinemark isnt nearly as nice.

The staff is great and welcoming and The theater is kept clean. Only complaint is the popcorn. It was a little stale but nothing someone cant get over.

Best movie theater in town in my opinion, always clean, friendly staff, and the popcorn is amazing! I have literally went here to just get popcorn didn’t even see a movie! Haha. Seating is so comfortable! The ONLY place I go to see a movie in this area. The burgers, and pizza are also delicious!

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a theater. Had the whole row to ourselves, the reclining seats that vibrate with the movie are very comfortable and you really feel like you are a part of the movie in the 3d Imax auditorium!

Update: this is the second special feature we have come for. This time Swan Lake. First, the entire first act has been ruined by the extremely loud shoot emup being played in the theatre next door. Then, they rolled the lights on BEFORE curtain closed for intermission completely disrupting an integral portion of the movement. Once again, a poor management situation.The seats are cool in DBox however, limited drink options, popcorn is gross!!! Seriously disgusting. Perhaps they could skip the bar and actually invest in families who are their largest patrons.Skip this and head to Icon.

And at the seats, the prices, beer and wine, friendly staff, clean theatres and rest rooms. An amazing experience. Cant recommend enough

The movie theater experience for Cinemark Carefree Circle & IMAX is outstanding - clean facility, nice recliners, and a wide selection of snacks. But that’s not why I’m posting.Yesterday, something very important to me unknowingly fell to the floor and I hadn’t realized it until after the next show started. Appreciating the protocol of not disturbing the next person sitting in the same seat I had, I asked to see a manager.I approached the theater’s General Manager, described my situation and asked for his assistance. He immediately engaged and went out of his way to help me out. Serving in example for his employer to know and his staff to see, the GM demonstrated his leadership and customer service and helped me recover what was lost.So yes...yesterday’s movie theater experience earned Cinamark Carefree 5 stars, as well as my loyalty to return to this theater.- Jason

First time in theater 10.. the tables are over whelming... in here to watch a movie not eat a meal or do paper work. Also you have to sit straight up to see the whole screen.. i can recline back but half the screen gets cut off by The WALL.... dont recomend watching anything in 10..

My go to movie theatre. Always clean. I feel walking to my car after a late movie gets out which I can’t say for other theaters in town. The concessions are awesome—especially their slushy alcoholic beverages. It makes going to the movies more of an experience instead of watching another movie on Netflix.

This is one of the coolest movie theaters Ive been to. The sits recline and have a heating option. Big screens, very clean and all the staff are very good and helpful people. My husband and I love going here regularly.

I love going to this theatre. I see movies at least twice a week and I love having popcorn. But the popcorn at this theater is ALWAYS so FREAKIN SALTY it burns my mouth!!! Seriously!

A bit pricy. IMAX does NOT have the nice seats!! Made that mistake 9 months pregnant, and ouch ouch ouch those seats are not nice. Always clean though, and the staff are young but they work hard and timely!

IMAX is still the way to go as far as specialty theaters. The only competition is the Dolby theater. This theater also has the most expansive food options. Its been around for more than a decade, and is probably still the most popular theater in town. D-Box is also fun, though a bit gimmicky, and not worth the price.

170 minute movie and they told me no refills on my medium sodaparking is terrible. Chairs are comfy and recline

The seats are nice, reclining, and theres plenty of personal space. They serve a variety of snacks and also alcohol. If youre in the mood for an IMAX theres one here as well.

I love this theater it os my favorite in all of Colorado! The movies are always up to date, the seats are sweeeeet and the audio is nominal. My only issue here is that the staff can be quite rude. I havent had any serious negative interactions with the staff but I have yet to have a pleasant encounter either. They get the job done but they dont even smile and say the simple little things that keep the night out positive.

Go on Tuesdays. Better prices if youre a member of their loyalty program.
