We were moving from Arizona to Colorado Springs. After checking around we decided on a Manufactured Home Community. Our Daughter has a friend who is a Realtor. We had her check for us and she found two Communities. We decided on Quail Hill. The Community is clean and small. There are 281 homes in the Park. We liked that. There is a Clubhouse and an indoor pool. As we drove around we decided that most of the Homes looked nice and yards were well kept. There are all ages that live in the Community. We are close to Powers and Academy Blvd.We purchased a Manufactured Home and moved here in March. We love our new home and we have wonderful neighbors.Anytime we have had to talk with the Office personnel and Maintenance personnel, we have been happy.We are extremely satisfied with where we live.Thank you,Liz and Neysa McFarland

So i’ve never lived here just visited a friend but i’ve seen mixed reviews and was just wondering if it’d worth the money and if it’s well taken care of

Seems well maintained.

I have family that lives here and it’s a very clean good park. I used to live in a park in the springs and it was no where as clean as this park. Very well kept and quiet. Sometimes there’s cars in the street but it seems like the maintenance team stays on it.

Seems like a nice little community. But than again all I did was drive in and drive out. From what I seen it was fairly clean though. Some really nice mobile homes..

I THINK THEY WOULD BE PERFECT IF THEY ONLY LET YOU KINDA LET YOU PUT THINGS IN YOUR YARD THAT WOULD MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER LIKE HAVING MORE STORAGE SPACE AND HAVING YOUR OWN PRIVACY FENCES ITS LIKE IN THE SUMMER YOU WANT TO LAY OUT GET A TAN you can without people right away looking at you or stepping outside in your robe right away thers people there that see you right away other than that there cool

I was visiting someone here and I heard a lot of bad things about the association. They gripe about anything and everything. The people in the community appear to be decent and most tend to care about their properties.

I visited a friend over there theyve got great parking in the homes are nice very well-kept

We just bought a mobile home here. Its nice and clean. Yes a lot of rules but not to crazy. All in all its pretty safe feeling. There are residents here that have been here since the park was built.

I have been living in this community for over a year. The managers Leanne, Bobby, and their team are amazing. Very strict with code enforcement, high security. They patrol the park through out the day. This makes me feel very safe.I have been written up a couple of times for not mowing my grass on time. I would recommend this community to all my friends and family.

Nice and clean and seems to be a well managed mobile home park. Has an indoor pool for residents but no outside play area for kids.

I went to visit a friend of mine and i love this parking lot. It looks very organized and they have everything what they need around. Close to Academy Blvd, Powers,platte....importants avenues.Only thing like every where....you have parking at the office and walk to friend house.

The park is nice and well kept. The management is a team of ogres. And that is the nicest thing I can say about them. I cannot describe here how awful the owner is

This is the absolute worst mobile home park in Colorado springs. I have never in my life heard of the atrocities that present themselves at this park. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Seniors please guard your savings there are so many other parks that care about thier residents, this not one of them.

Anybody that complains about parking tickets are parking on the even numbered side of the street which is a fire lane. there are signs posted and everyone knows youre not supposed to park there. and most of us dont want people parking on the rock yards, it would make the place trashy. most of us appreciate the rules here. it helps keep the park nicer. the management has cited me for small infractions before and I take care of it immediately and talk to them with respect and they in turn are friendly and treat me with respect. this is a nice park. anyone complaining just doesnt want to follow the rules and live in a nice place.

I dont actually know whats it like to live here, but having driven through it seems very lovely and well taken care of.

I lived there for two years the neighborhood seemed quiet but then I had to install a camera system because I had a neighbor who kept stalking my trail or called the cops several times and informed management in which they did absolutely nothing about, finally decided to leave. NOW, I LEFT in Dec 2015, and called to get my deposit back and they had specifically stated that the check for the deposit would arrive within 60 days once I leave it is now April and still nothing. Called again and again, then they say its in the mail and guess what nothing, so I call back because they stated that they will call me back which they never do cause they cant. I say beware of the management team, as they run that place like chickens with their head cut off. The experience was terrible and after leaving for four months Im still having problems. UGH!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!They have strange rules, you can only have two cars at your house at once. Or will be towed ! They dont let you use the land your renting, you have to repaint your house every year they have very bad maintenance is also bad they never snow plow if they do its not done right. Management is so rude they dont listen to what you have to say, or just treat you like your below them. Please read and stay away !!

I lived there for many years and finally had to move because of management. You will always be in violation of something. They will come up on your poarch and take pictures to make sure its clean. Unless you are a practicing perfectionist who enjoys a hard ruler, almost tyrannical, then I suggest you go elsewhere.

My experience with management has been a nightmare. I own my home and have never caused any problems but they are trying to force me out to the point of being dishonest about things. I dont know why I have been targeted. Not good management, I would not recommend living here.

I haveived here for almost five years. The Management is Awesome. The Park is very quite and the neighbors are nice and friendly.

I like our home. we did some renovations on it because the carpets were horrible, but we made it look very nice. the neighborhood is quiet and i have no safety issues anymore. but some of the rules here are very stupid. like not being able to park on our own rocks but we see a lot of other people parking on the rocks. the management that was here when we first moved were awesome. now, there is a very rude lady that has no managerial experience, in the sense that she doesnt know how to talk to someone that has a problem. she has hung up on my husband cause she doesnt want to handle the issue. she has told him well i dont know what to tell you .. umm excuse you? your a manager for a reason right? you dont want to hear any complains ten get a different job. thank god we are moving from here in a few months. if it asnt for management, we would stay here. that is why i am giving this place a 1 star and that is only because there isnt a zero star rating. other than management, it is a quiet place to live close to any school and stores.

Very bad park trash in the street cats everywhere maintenance is rude!! I can not express the anger I have to this community park employees. I got a tow notice on my car after being here for 4 hours coming to see my family . I feel bad for the familys living here...

I went there for recyclable waste removal for one of the contractors I occasionally work for on a remodel I have never been there before and I have lived in area for 40 years it is a nice clean and quite neighborhood easy to find I would live there If I ever had the chance check it out I know they have trailers available Good day
