Doing some work over here... Doesnt seem like a bad area.. during the day..

This place has gone down hill. Still raising rents. It is a shame....

I live here. Its my home. What else is there to say?

So during this time of a global pandemic you felt the need to tow my sons truck on his 1st offence of parking his truck at an angle. But then turn around and offer free food because you know times are hard? Really? And how i have to help get my sons truck out?

No grass. Most neighbors are rude but keep their yards clean and nice. Dumpsters are kept by the office. No grass anywhere. No places for dog waste disposal that i saw.. No dog run areas. No real community area or playground. In an industrial area.

Upon visiting, I noticed loud motorcycles going around the park, and it was as though the children have no discipline they are out past curfew!

Landlord was rude and presented an unfinished home. Floor was sagging so much that the bedframe had a wobble. No electricity upon moving in and the furnace was not working. Bug infested lot (C-13). Front door was not sealed correctly and leaked water through under the door. I advise no one to consider this place for a home.

Overall, this place is nice to visit. The area is usually very clean and there isnt a lot of stuff going on (loud noises, people everywhere, etc.). As a visitor, it would be nice if there was an area to park my car. As a resident, (which I am not) I have been told the manager is hardly available but when she is contactable, she is very nice and easy going.

Big park. I love the little play area for kids. Kid friendly and pet friendly.

You people never for warn anyone when u mess with plumbing yesterday that flooded my bathroom and I complained on deaf ears,there is a stray cat problem at least 15 to 20 cats,I 6 just threw out 2 cats that now just roam free,the mailroom is always a mess and mail is always on the floor,only good thing I can say is my street light finally works,we only waited 3 years for that to happen,so what happen to the snow plow? The houses are ours but the property is yours why dont you care for it,we pay enough rent a person would think that you would at least plow the snow.But of course you dont care what kind of trash you let in here with their pit bulls & hand guns,loud music & misbehaving kids,so why would you care about snow? I HAVE HAD TO BRIBE THE KIDS DOWN THE STREET NOT TO PLAY OR TOUCH MY CARS & TO STAY OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY!! So heres your rating 1 and a half star & you really dont deserve that! Our family has been here 25 years & I have seen good & bad, really do think your good?

I been living here for about 4 years now , i love my lot and especially in the summer time. Its fairly quiet and April is awesome and more than willing to help at any situation.

April and Mara are both amazing and are always helpful and great to deal with. From what the park looked like 3 years ago to today is an amazing transformation that both Mara and April put in a lot of time and work to accomplish. So thank you April and Mara for providing a safe and fun place for me and my girls to live in. We love being here!!

Looks like a decent place to live. Streets kept relatively clean. No complaints.

Very rude nosy people. Lots of kids running wild and the owners think and treat it as if it were paradise.lol its NOT.

My food was cold and had strange taste. Sort of like if cooking oil was old!

Old and run down trailer park

I got a buddy that lives here and the park management is a joke and the residents are just as bad. Avoid this place at all costs

I have lived here for over a year. April is by far the best landlord I have had since moving back home. She is very professional. When something needs repairs she is fast to get it repaired. She is also very warm and friendly. She always smiles at everybody and says hi and asks how things are going. She genuinely cares about people.I would and I have recommended this trailer park to people because of April. I have told them what an awesome landlord she is and how its a very friendly trailer park....and this is due to the manager.I give the park and April 5 stars

Quiet and respectful staff. pay your Bills keep your yard clean and they dont bother you.

I love living here. The manager April Mc Craw is one of the best managers we have ever had. Shes friendly caring and compassionate. And above all very professional. I cant imagine living any place else.

Management is hardly around. Company itself doesnt enforce their own rules. Management wont let a minor felon to live here from teenage years. But will allow a registered sex offender and not make them inform other residents of them living hete.The children of the residents are mean. They have no guidance whatsoever. Climbing in and out each others windows at all hours. They run amuck at all hours not respecting curphew.. They vandalize other residents property. They purposefully walk or run or ride bikes and scooters and such in front of vehicles.This is not a good place for children if you want them to be safe.

I live here and its quite and comfortable great place to live.

This place is super cheap and the lady will work with you but there was black mold all over the bathroom and I added up getting very sick. The whole place needs an update

The maintaince lady is a joke....this whole park is a joke they make up violations and the maintaince lady will say you left your dog outside all night when you didnt and fine you...well lastnight jan 23 and 24 she left her dog outside from like 10 pm till 1 am and it was non stop barking... I think she should get a violation. Thats trailor f12 if tou didnt know april.Dont live here they ...April and maintaince lady make it a hostile living condition and i for one am gonna sue them
