I have been living here since 2003, Ive seen a lot of administrations come in and out, but this current one is the worst. The managers husbands is very suborn and has no respect for tenants. You cant even call the office for a complaint, because they will hand the phone over to him. He will then over the phone, raise his voice and not listen. Talk about lack of customer service. If its his wife, they like to argue even if you have video proof, and when you bring it up they basically said its their way.

Theyre kind of run-down, lots of stray animals management stuck a notice on my windshield because my tire was parked on the sidewalk just a little bit and I couldnt get it off not even with a razor blade so rude management

Friendly lady when you walk in. Shes nice if you are lol. No current rentals. Nice place though. Swimming pool and showers. I little park for the young at heart and soul.

A mixture of culture and socioeconomic standings. Lots of good people call the Meadows home.However there are a few residents that dont value their property as much as some.Nevertheless, a safe place.

Some trailers are nice and some should be condemned. Definitely need some kind of lighting on theyre streets and better Street signs. Maps around the place would save a lot of new residents some time. Its unbelievably easy to get lost if u dont know your way around and they need to chain up the free roaming rat dogs.

Meadows mobile home trailer park has New Management for a few years theyre very rude undiscriminating can try to write people up all the time with fines and this and that cuz they would like to evict people to be able to sell their trailers theyre very unfair and very rude the main manager told me one time that I cannot take all of my children to the pool because I was too many kids for one person to watch when to have the kids that I had were teenagers and able to go by themselves the rest were in the baby pool with me and let her know that was my kids and she said next time to narrow it down I find that discriminating and very rude

I dont suggest anyone doing business here. They attempted to collect a debt after illegally renting an uninhabitable property to me. Many of the trailers here are in similar condition as was the one they rented to me. I have made contact with a law firm and will be pursuing the outrageous charge on my credit report.A lot of people complained about the previous onsite management, Vickie Cantrell and now they complain about the new Management Carol. Its not the onsite management, its their supervisor Marty. Hes the one that illegally rents out old and unlivable trailers. He promises to give people a free trailer and all they have to do is pay lot rent. He promises to sign over the titles, but the titles are never seen. I have a friend that has lived here 13 years and has not seen the title, even though he was promised to get one. These trailers have holes in their roof and mine had no heater. I lived without heat for almost 2 years. I had no floors and the water heater was constantly leaking. This was the condition the trailer was in before I signed the lease. This was a situation I was forced to accept for some pretty intense reasons. Normally, I would ignore a situation like this and move on, but I cannot move on because they illegally placed an eviction on my record. I was never evicted and they lied about taking me off the lease. I have proof and videos of the trailers and the parks condition.DO NOT MOVE HERE!

What a terrible place to live very trashy.

Very nice mobile home community. They are pretty strict on making sure community guidelines are followed and that the place stays clean. I guess biggest problem here is the small packs of stray dogs that run around and some unsupervised problem kids.

This is the place people think about when they hear trailer park. The place is junky. Most of the homes are from the Reagan administration or before. The lots are filthy. Cars are everywhere with many on blocks. Broken windows everywhere, literally and figuratively.

#Texas native. However most ppl in the meadows are mostly mexican familys. Tryn to obtain a decent American lifestyle. I constantly see this. Community of residents making more home improvments daily..i will say the management an owners should ultimately feel more responsible for the condition of the property an the facilities for they reflect poorly on those who have the best intentions. For all its worth id say yes cant do better till you kn9w better...

Lived here for 7 years. No major issues with management they have been pretty fair for the most part. over staying visitors policy could be better but as a resident no complaints

I wish I could list everything horrible about this place. Horrible management/owners. They refuse to take care of the park, they ALLOW registered sex offenders live in the park. The list goes on and on and on. Worst place I have ever lived. I dont recommend living here unless u want to be over charged and live in a pig sty.

The lot rent varies from person to person. The rent goes up and they do less. 575.00 lot rent for a 16 by 80 trailer.

Terrible management! My mother lived there and all they would do is raise the rent and not fix anything, they dont do anything to try and better the place, the club house is old, they dont tell people to keep their space clean, theres trash and junk all over, worst part they let sex offenders live there

This place is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! it is now called little Mexico....... management is junk they do not do there jobs but then continue to raise the rent for these junk lots! when the lot cost more then the house payment there is a problem! nothing but a bunch of people stealing your stuff dont take the trash, animals up and down the streets all day long!!!..... its dirty, the people are rude! management wont get drug dealers out but will evict you for owing $50.00 on rent!!! haha my grandma calls the city every year to clean the ditch because management wont. theres a older lady that walks around filling pot holes with dirt because they cant do that either! how sad! Marty the main manager is never to be found and you are not aloud to have his number.... SOME manager....... NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!! This place is a joke......
