Lived here for 6 years. Great over all. love the girls in the office and maintenance. The owners however have changed policies and some I do not agree with!!

Nice neighborhood. Quiet most of the time. While its a lower end of living this community seems to make the best of it. Ive never lived here just visited.

This is one of the best home mobile parks. When I went in to look at a home it was nice. Sara was very helpful and very nice and caring. It is very clean, very nice community. The pool was awesome my kids will love it.

Lived there several years, lot rent went up every year and even unloading your vehicle could get you towed if you were on the street even with hazard lights on, even attempted to tow vehicle with children in the vehicle, tow usually cost $250 + . I do not recommend Canyon Ridge mhp and this is after living there 12 years.

The maintenance is really bad they just spend there time on a golf cart so called cleaning but all they do is wander and listen to music they should really get new maintenance and the water being shut off really does not help and when a pipe was broke it was left on all night till 10 am but other than that it is very well the replaced the playground and a newly remodeled pool the office is always happy to help but some streets from c street and up are the messy ones and once you go toward d and f street it get better gardens are clean and kids actually get off the street when driving by so over all I would say its 4.5 stars but to live around here you dont have do be afraid and if your afraid its like they can tell you are

That entrance off Airport rd is totally a pain! The design of that is horrible! And there needs to be a traffic light added.

Warm, inviting, calm, these arent the words typical for discussion about your average MHP but the average MHP is not what you get at Canyon Ridge!

This place is slowly turning into the hood. Been here like 17 years. Was a nice place. Now rents constantly going up along with drive bys and people getting shot up.

They keep up on the park. Clean and fix whatever needs tending to. Ive been here about 5 years and am not planning on leaving

We have been advised that our Regional Management Team has investigated your remarks. Occasionally, the water service is interrupted to make emergency repairs. Since recently acquiring this Community we have made significant improvements. The pool is open and completely renovated with all new furniture. All road repairs have been completed. Were looking for a new home and checked out this place, I would never live in a place where they have such rude people from the start. We went into the office and the man proceeded to inform us that we couldnt afford the homes he was selling,without any kind of information on us,I think he just didnt want to be bothered because apparently we interrupted his meal ? What a joke.

I think someone deleted my review wow how cool anyways this place is a mess I got robbed 4 times my fridge,TV,1000 cash,guitar and I can just keep going. The fence of this place is falling apart yeah they watch everyday well I got robbed four times yeah what they whatch is how they gonna charge you an extra fee for anything​, they want you to have your mobile home in good condition which is ok but they should also do something about their fence their high water fee 100 dollar for water

Their needs to be a new manager here or something. What kind of place dosent let you put up a fence? Or lets you rebuild a fence you already have. People are rude here, and get offended once we are being the rude ones, You cant even unpack your car with out it getting towed, Not even 2 seconds out of your car and its gone. I feel like theor are ridiculous rules and i really cant wait till im outta here. Theirs a messed up fence through the back and instead of fixing it, They just put a trailer to cover it up. All the kids just play where ever they want, Hitting my trailer with soccer balls and running into my yard, The manager is all worried about what she wants but no what other want. If she wants this to be an elderly mobile home, then why dosent she make it one? Instead of ruining the chances of our kids having fun, What kind of place dont let you have a trampoline for your kids? Theirs no atvs allowed but everyday I see all sorts of kids riding at, or dirt bikes but no one seems to step up about that. Everyone stays fighting here just because of your car getting towed. I get it but dont fight about it report it to the law. The manager is always smoking cigarettes and throwing the bugs around everywhere, Like if we are not at high risk of catching on fire.

I wish you could give 0 stars. This place stinks. The water is always being shut off - sometimes you get a notice, sometimes you dont. They are so cheap they wont send lot rent in mailboxes, they leave your lot rent invoice on your door and oh well if it gets blown away or sopping wet from the weather. They leave notes stating to keep up on your yard or you get a fine, but it takes them forever to have potholes filled, and the weeds behind our fence (their responsibility) are 5ft tall and they do nothing about it. The maintenance staff is trashy and unprofessional. The manager is SO rude and always says that the new management company is to blame for every bad thing that happens. She is constantly rolling her eyes at people and always talks about how she cant help anyone - then what the heck are you there for?! Lot rent increases up to $100/month at any given time. When there is a pipe that breaks, or a fire hydrant that runs for hours, the tenants here have to foot the water bill - that makes no sense to me. The pool is supposed to be opened on Memorial day weekend (since that is a perk that makes our lot rent so dang high, I would expect they honor their promises), yet it is June 22nd and the pool is still closed. I guarantee the tenants pay to have it filled too. The squirrel population is insanity, we have to construct special cages for our garden - they even eat the Roses! There are un-neutered stray dogs running around all over the place terrorizing the dogs that are actually properly cared for and behind the owners fences.So all in all it is a terrible place to live. The worst place I have ever lived - bar none. Overpriced, horrible management, poorly maintained, and terrible breach of contract left and right.

I would not recommend no one living here at all. Unless you want no water for weeks, Everyone in this trailer park are either rude or racist. We have been told several times that their trying their best but they never do. Theirs never no parking at all and still get your car towed even if your just visiting . Shouldnt their be a visitor pass? Or numbers ? Something. IF you guys dont get your stuff right and if you guys dont keep your word I will get a civil attorney. You guys told me theirs was no big dogs allowed so i had to get rid of mine but i hear a 2 year old husky crying in the middle of the night because some asswhole through their dog outside in this cold. Your not even suppose to have a big breed dog. The rule clearly says no dogs over 45 pounds. But i never see Sara or any of the workers doing anything about. The fence in the way back corner is all broken. Everyone is always trespassing because of that fence. This place is just the worst. Please if you agree help me vote and get them fired!

I would rate a zero if possible. The management company is ok. It it the managers that are the problem. I have asked repeatedly to not have notices left on my door. The manager (if you want to call her that) has one tone of voice and continually says I have alot to do or God this or God that. I wasnt aware that I was at a prayer meeting. She has no people skills and has no business being in the position of managing a mobile home park

Nicest trailer park in town!

It is a bad place to live unless you like not having water every other week, for whatever reason. The streets are typically crammed with vehicles. Kids play in other peoples yard when not home as well. Trash cans out on the street for days on end, and every so often a random dog will duece in your drive way. But other than that...

Its affordable rules are pretty lax

Worst experience ever. Waited an hour to be shown places only to be told I had to reschedule. Do not go here by any means
