I thought I was moving into primarily a 55+community but that is not the case. Since COVID my rent has increased from $575.00 to $608.00 right after I sent them a letter complaining of some dead bushes across from my house. They did replace the bushes with rock..I would have much rather looked at the dead bushes. I love my house and have taken much pride of it but Im very discouraged. The HOA has done very little since March that I can tell. I havent been able to use any of the facilities, the common grounds are not properly taken care of, the trash has been late by a day for the last month and I havent received one email or documentation of the minutes or where all these increased funds are going. I think it is in very poor taste to increase the HOA fees during this specific time of isolation which we cannot use any of the facilities. Affordable housing but the HOA is not worth it...

We paid cash for our home! We love it and have put a lot of money into making it livable. We have nice neighbors! We don’t bother anyone and no one bothers us. But since March of 2019 the hoa has gone up twice! That’s crazy! $595 a month for so little that you do is pure greed! I don’t know how people who have to make a home payment and the $595/mo is just plain sad. If I get one if your notes below placating me to call I will laugh. I was warned before I moved in, I guess I should have heeded the warning.

Who really wants to buy a home with an Hoa almost 1/3 of your mortgage and you don’t even own the land? I’m glad my realtor told me about this sketchy deal and she found me one that’s doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. If you’re a first time home buyer, please think about Hoa and how you are only renting the land. whoever came up with this is a good scammer cuz people buy it anyway. Stay woke

Because youre so busy scamming old people on fixed income you have to use a bot to reply to reviews, I change my rating from two stars to one.

I made an offer on a home in this community one year ago I was all the way through closing and approved. Antelope Ridge HOA would not provide a document to complete the sale of the home and block the sale. They forced the owners into foreclosure instead of selling the home to me. They then purchase the home went in and remodeled and relisted the home 6 months later for $65,000 more. I left a review on this last year as that was my only way of letting others know of their business practice and Ive noticed the review disappeared. I was speaking with a local news station and decided to not pursue a news article about this. perhaps now I will reconsider the news article, thanks for removing my original review experience.

We love it here, we moved in to our new modular home in Nov 2018. The community is quite and all the people we have met are very friendly. We enjoy going to the every Tuesday pot luck breakfast and ate going to start going to the every Wednesday chair yoga. There are other activities through out the year as well.

Ive tried dozens of times to get someone to contact me about these homes, but to no avail. If you call, they never, I repeat NEVER answer the phone, nor do they respond to requests on Zillow to have the builder contact you. And the voice mail gives you about 3 seconds to leave a message, and dont bother pressing 0 for an operator, there isnt one. After reading the reviews, now I know why. This is a bait and and switch. I should have known 200K new homes in Colorado was too good to be true. This is like an upgraded trailer park, where you own the home, but not the land. Lot rent is over 500 a month. No wonder they have 12 homes ready for move-in. I bet you do with this shady operation.

I have lived here almost a year and love almost everything about it. When I talked to the former secretary she sent me information about the property leading me to believe that when it snowed that the management would shovel the snow from the sidewalks and roads but they don’t. I also have called and left messages that are never returned and tried to complain about a neighbor that shoots off fireworks even during fire bans, still no response. This past weekend I received the famous notice that I was in violation of the rules because I had a few dry spots of grass. Other than that I love the nice quiet neighborhood and while there are some unfriendly neighbors I have a few that are super sweet. If you like to socialize there are plenty of times to do that too and for those that like to exercise there is a small exercise room.Overall it’s a very nice place.

So far I like the community. Ill be moving in on the first of Dec. The staff are friendly and helped in every way possible. Quiet community, low traffics (except when kids are being dropped off or picked up from the elementary school) these are observations before I put in an application since it wont bother me. If anything happens to make me change my rating, I will let you know.

Not worth it. You have HOA and pay for it even though its not really a HOA. Lived there off and on for over 5 years and lot rent has gone up every year. They are supposes to plow but leave all the snow in front of your driveway for you to shovel. Over half the people in the neighborhood are elderly and cant shovel themselves. The maintenance doesnt do anything but drive above the speed limit all day . I have called the cops atleast 3 times on my neighbor and nothing ever done. But heaven forbid i dont mow my lawn that week I get a notice. I am disabled an unable to work on my yard everyday. Spend a little more money for a better neighborhood without the bs.

Management group doesnt maintain xeriscapes forcing residents to maintain them. They dont answer messages & rarely answer phone. They claim not to raise fees & rents, but do so every year for the last 4 years.

I would highly encourage that you do not buy in this community. A family member went to buy a house, put in a offer above asking, has amazing credit and a clean back round. Due to the fact that the community has first right of refusal then they refused it and bought it from under us so that they can then sell it for a higher price. So because the comps in the area right now will not support selling at the higher price then homeowners sell it for what the comps are, someone comes in and makes an offer and then the property refuses and then buys it. That way they get it for a cheap price and then they drive the prices of the community up. It is horrible!! The fees to live here are a lot for the very little that you get and the company is obviously not a very upstanding community.

They need to find a better way to accommodate visitors. No street parking is great... If people dont have to walk in the snow, rain, hail, etc.

I wouldnt recommend living here. The houses are not worth much and the prices are inflated. The HOA fees are ludicrous, especially for retirees. Our neighbors constantly complained about HOA pricing increases. Due to the low fencing, they have HOA laws prohibiting toys outside your home when not in use. We even got letters about dog toys.
