All a bunch of grumpy bitter mean folks they threatened to call police when I simply walked through the grounds are clean but the people there wow!

Great place for my grandfather to live. Makes him happy so it makes me happy to see him that way. Thank you. Great up keep on areas groundskeepers are responsible for and occupements follow guidelines on upkeep of their home.

One of the well kept, but older mobile home communities around. Landscaping is blah at best, and the clubhouse is less than inviting for residents. Reserved for 55+, but the rental rates certainly dont take into account the fixed income seniors are on. They now have the dubious distinction of being the most expensive park in Colorado Springs with rents approaching $700 PLUS water sewer, electric and gas. California owners are dollar driven.

Super clean and well maintained. My friend, Anna, has a beautiful home in the park.

A great little park. We moved my mom in there a couple years ago. 55+ community with only owner occupied sites. If your interested in moving there, be serious and be ready as units go fast. Not sure if the is room to move new units in. Only guests under 55 can stay for a short period of time, like two weeks and must register at the office. Club house offers regular activities which include a monthly potluck. Lot rent is around 560 per month.

Very beautiful place n also nice n quiet.

Family gathering for our Thanksgiving meal. We had 40 people in the clubhouse and it was not over crowded at all. The kitchen was big enough to cook portions of the meal. Plenty of table space and things to do. Some played pool, cards, watched the game or just sat and talked. It was a GREAT space for us! Clean up was quick and easy. We would love to do this again.

Very peaceful and a great place to visit or live.

Clean area, smooth roads, friendly residents. Twice was asked if I needed directions. Street signs not well illuminated. Homes are ordered numerically, i.e. 100, 101, 102, etc. Safe place for children.

Best maintainedMobile park in Colorado. Senior park, and everyone is very friendly. Rent inches up every year though ... That gets a little old.

Maybe way back 30 years ago, this dump was a had a five star rating, but not now! These are the meanest, nastiest, lying hypocrites EVER!There are inherent dangers from their narrow sidewalks with sloping edges to the road to the dangerous walk on a slick terrazzo floor from the showers in the restroom to their run down pool. The back concrete slabs look like a 1,000 piece jig saw puzzle and the putting area is like a cony island roller coaster with puddles of standing water.The claim that they do snow removal in the trailer park is ludicrous!Their vacancy rate is over 8% and rising.If you are a white, Anglo-Saxon, UBER conservative, selfish, racist hypocrite, you will LOVE living at La Crusty Mobile Tin Can Alley.Otherwise - RUN!!!!!!!!
