There are some justified bad reviews on this property. They pertain to the former owner-operator warlock who ran the place. Fortunately, ownership changed hands to a Denver based corporation in October 2019 that specializes in mobile home communities. It is now ran by management from an adjacent community.Its a nice quiet park otherwise, even better now that the control freak owners are gone.Its a good location, quiet and a good value for the cost of living here. Good view of Pikes Peak, centrally located, secluded with privacy fencing. I do feel safe living here.

I think Ill retire there, its clean and safe. Management is very kind, considerate and professional.

This place is a cozy little retirement community, nestled in Colorado Springs. Very close to shopping, dinning and the hospital. It has gotten even better with the new owners! A great and affordable place to live.

55 & older! Made it to the mile stone. Very clean mobile home park. The property manager and her husband are very, very nice.People give respect to each other that they deserve. Lots are nice size with a carport and shed. Everything is in walking distance. People are great here in the park. Very friendly. Great views of the Mtn range. Everybody Ive talk to has always had positive things to say about the area.

I had a conversation with the manager and tried to communicate my potential interest in a possible spot in the park. Im putting together a plan for possible downsizing. I tried to ask the manager about rates in the park. He, completely misunderstood and redirected the conversation and made false accusations of an insane nature.

The owner of the park is not the kind of person you want to be your landlord. Just warning anyone that wants to live here you will regret it.

Landlord is very controlling. I wouldnt recommend it to friend or foe.
