Absolutely terrible service. First, they tell you that you can only buy an alcoholic beverage with the purchase of food. Which is fine if you’re hungry...They’ll explain how it’s now a “regulated rule” at the end of the pier to purchase food, but inform you that if you only want a drink you can purchase one in the main dining area (still on the pier but closer to the beginning).Because I already had lunch, I decided to order a side or a kids meal in order to “have a food purchase”. This doesn’t work for the restaurant, as they say they can’t do that and it has to be a full meal purchased. If you have a party of three - all THREE have to buy a meal from the menu in order to purchase an alcoholic drink (not just one meal to share). The cheapest item is a small salad $7+ tax. The drinks aren’t strong and taste like juice. The only “reason” they have implemented this rule, as told to us by the server, is because their alcohol sales are higher than their food sales (well, duh - you’re a BAR at the end of the pier.) The middle area of the pier is owned by “Pelican’s” and you can order as many drinks without food as you want. Plus, you have a better view of the surfers in the middle of the pier. It’s cool if you want to say you’ve ate at the end of the pier but other than that - would not recommend.

As locals we venture here once in a while just to check it out when not crowded with non locals. Today food was cold when arrived but taste ok. Drinks were weak and no straws available. No menus you have to view on your phone. No limes for drinks either, had to use lime juice. Only bright spot was bar tender Jen who is always pleasant and efficient.

Every time I visit Orlando, I spend one afternoon drinking a beer or a cocktail in this place. The views are amazing and it could be a very relaxing option to enjoy the sea and the sunset. During some hours it could be very crowded but with patient you can find a good seat. Some days it has live music, the staff is attentive and the prices are ok. Be prepared to paid $2 for each adult at the pier entrance but you can use each token you get as a $2 credit when you pay at the bar. Additionally during the day the parking rate is $20 but it is free after 5 PM.

Food & drinks here are overpriced and they’re poor quality. They are also extremely unfriendly toward Asian customers. They constantly ignored us and kept rolling their eyes at us whenever we would ask for something (even though we only asked them 2 times throughout our time there). What looks to be the cutest little bar at the end of the pier requires an entree to purchase a drink. Unfortunately both the food, the drinks and the service wasnt worth the walk to the end of the pier....where they run you off if you dont buy something. Grab a dog at the pier entrance... awesome!

Situated at the very end of Cocoa beach pier, this bar has the best views. Its usually very windy though so be prepared to let your hair be a beachy mess. The drinks are good. Full bar selection but be prepared to wait a while on hot summer days. This bar gets very busy.

The Cocoa Beach Pier is touristy, but if you do go then Id recommend Rikki Tiki Tavern because youll have fantastic views of the Atlantic and will be able to watch the surfers do their thing on the waters. Try to go when parking is free (usually after 4:00 pm M-F and 5:00 pm weekends) otherwise youll end up spending about $15-20. Its an additional $2.00 to get into this area, but youll get a token to receive $2.00 off of a drink at the bar. You could avoid this just by staying on the main pier area, but something about being underneath a thatched-roof and having a cold one seems so right in this area. They have food for purchase and every now and then will have some live entertainment to add to the atmosphere. The food is simple, but tasty and comes from their main kitchen to your location in a covered plastic container. I ended up getting their Grilled Pineapple Chicken Wrap with a side of potato salad (other options include chips, fruits salad, or slaw). Overall, it was exactly what I wanted and had a good amount of chicken in it compared to the vegetables and wrap itself.

We walked in on a Tuesday night to a busy house but no wait for 5. Some how we got placed in the best seat in the house. The food was average. Weve all had better versions at other places, but also had worse. Price is what you would expect at a beach restaurant, a little higher than your average chain. But overall it was a nice place. Too windy for us to go out to the end of the deck but the view of the beach from the corner was awesome. The drink we ordered was phenomenal. Berried pleasure. Check the menu. Worth it. Had some trouble on service but I think that was situational so I wont hold it against them. Great way to treat ourselves after a long vacation.

$15 to park and you’ll get free access to the pier which give you access to Rikki Tiki. Let’s face it. You’re already $15 bucks in, you know you’re going to pay a fortune for what’s about to go down. Just grab a seat, order several cocktails (the buzz will help you forget about the price), order some somewhat decent food, and enjoy the hell out of the view. You came here for the experience and you’re paying for it, might as well enjoy it.

Interesting place to see a wide range of people/tourists visiting the area. Cackles and pigeons troll the peer stealing unwary fishermens bait or walk under foot at bar stools seeking dropped victuals. Surfers below. Cruise ships from port Canaveral cruise out. Sea turtles swim in a lay eggs. Cool venue. Parking on public meters is cheaper but rare to find vacant on a bright sunny day. The peer parking lot is a flat $20 fee per day. Not enough entertainment at this end of peer venue but at entry to peer is an affiliate venue that oft has live music. People and critter watching in a relaxed setting is the best entertainment.

Second, Customer Service was the best. Josh took great care of us. Always making sure we had everything we needed. By far, best customer service I have received in Florida!! I do have to say that the Boneless Wings I order were salty. Also, they need to put more items for finger food. Other than that, loved it. Prices are great. The problem with this place is the service and the employees who provide it. Lets use Aaron as an example. So eager was he to take his break (between complaining about management) that he forgot a couple of ingredients in a drink, then claimed that there were no straws in the establishment. No...straws...in a bar. The straws were two feet away from me and I was starting at them. Here scarfed down some food in front of patrons and returned to complaining. This is absolutely normal for most employees here, especially those put out by customers interrupting their social time. Two stars for views and atmosphere.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Here’s why:1). We waited over an hour for our chicken sandwiches (not hard to make/most definitely doesn’t take an hour to make) and the table behind us got sat and had their food within 15 minutes.2). Our waitress didn’t check on us or refill our drinks until after we complained about not getting our food.3). After the hour wait, THEY BROUGHT US HAVE OF OUR FOOD TOTALLY INCORRECT. Instead of a burger for one of my family members they brought a hot dog.4). Our food was totally cold when it finally came out of the kitchen.5). One of the waiters set our food down on the bar and it took our waitress 10 mins (after she was talking to some people who came by to see her did) did she realize that it was actually our food.6). The manager was not helpful at all and would not do anything to help the situation unless pestered to.I would say go else where. They are rude and do not seem to care about their customers.

Incredible location. Great place to sip drinks while relaxing and listening to ocean and beach sounds. The drinks themselves are good. Most of their specialty cocktails are of the fruity, tropical variety. This is not a place you order a manhattan or pick from an exhaustive list of craft brews. But thats okay, because the location is amazing and the fruity cocktails fit the scene well.

The views and ambiance were amazing. Service was excellent as well. Prices were very reasonable (less than $10 for mixed drinks, $4 for tap beer, $13 for a large chicken wrap with a large portion of fruit), particularly given the location. They also have a happy hour at 4pm with half priced beer.I dropped the review by a star because the mixed drinks were poor. We tried the Ice Pick and the Bahama Mama. The ice pick was nearly undrinkable (poor taste). I give the server credit for recognizing this and not charging us. However the Bahama Mama was only marginally better. This place has loads of potential, but needs to get better mixed drinks. Until then, stick with beer.Note: you do need to pay $2/person to get to the end of the pier (where the bar is located), however, you do get a $2/person credit off your bar bill.

It is with great dispair that I cannot leave zero because that is what they earned. It was not busy, plenty of open tables and my wife and I sat down at the end of the pier and waited 15 minutes. I know it was 15 minutes because about five songs played through while we were waiting. Nobody came to greet us or to even hand us a menu. No signs of life and seeming zombified wait staff running around aimlessly but not accomplishing much. After another ten minutes straight of staring and glaring and trying to make eye contact with a server and almost leaving I finally got one to look at me and I waved her over hands high in the air. Finally she brought us two menus and said someone is coming. Another eight minutes and we said forget it. The servers all standing at their POS station clueless. Im a line chef at Disney Orlando and we create magic for each and every one of our guests, not expecting our level of service at the Rikki Tiki, but I expected at least a customary level of acceptable service. I do not wish for a rote reply response from management or PR from this establishment, nor do I want a coupon or a comped meal, believe me when I say we wont be back to use it, this is a courtesy to management to let them know they have to do better than this if they want their restaurant to stay open.

The bartenders were a little overworked but otherwise friendly. It cost $2 per person to get out to the tavern however it is exchanged for a token good for that amount off your bill. I recommend the burgers they are juicy and cooked to perfection. My raspberry mojito was a little weak and had a bit too much ice for my liking but the flavor was amazing. If you are looking for an ocean view look no further as you are surrounded on all sides by it. I believe pier parking is free after 5 or so. Ive never been more turned off by service, or lack thereof. It was a beautiful, sunny, breezy Sunday afternoon around 3pm. We sat at a table right away because it didnt seem too busy. The views were spectacular. We were all in happy vacation mode. There were probably 3 servers around and it took 20 minutes for anyone to even give us eye contact. When a gal finally came over to greet us, she gave us menus and didnt even take our drink orders or get us water. When she returned 10 minutes later, she made it sound like she only wanted to take our drink order, but we wanted to order right away because who knew when she would be back next. She was perturbed that we ordered food and the first item we ordered she said I think were out of that and abruptly walked away to check. She disappeared for several minutes, delivered checks and drinks to other guests and finally came back to break the bad news that they were out. She was incredibly unapologetic. If we had had good service from the beginning, that wouldnt have been a deal breaker. We werent in a hurry at all. It was just too many strikes so we left.We understand that things can get hectic at a tourist destination restaurant. But we should have been greeted right away or at least with a friendly smile letting us know theyd be right with us. Hand us menus and satisfy our thirst with water and itd be as simple as that. If a server feels slammed communicate that to us!! It feels a lot better to get some honesty than being quite obviously avoided. How you treat people has a ripple effect. People save up a lot of money for vacations like this! It would be a shame for an experience like this to ruin their perception of Cocoa Beach. Please consider training your staff a little better so the good vibes and energy can spread faster than negativity and hangry feelings.
