Great place to access beach. Decent bathrooms, showers and parking wasnt too pricey.

Nice white sand beach. The water wasnt clear like some other Florida beaches, but it was less populated and we had a lot of space to ourselves. So I was happy with that. They have life guards on duty to cover their section of the beach, which is marked. They have showers and clean restrooms by the parking lot. It is paid parking... which that didnt seem to function correctly.

Got to see some awesome birds and the water was amazing.

Beach was great, outdoor showers to rinse off are nice but the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. They repulsive odor was intensely strong, 2 of the toilets were unusable and 1 was covered in poop. No one was doing anything other than carefully changing clothes.

We had an amazing time, it was open and clear, park was fun for the kids while we ate. Showers were great to clean ourselves and restrooms were clean and stocked. Over stocked actually.

Its like I visited a little paradise . So beautiful and accessible . I will be returning very soon

Nice Beach access parking but even though the bathrooms were pretty clean they were horrible because of the hot sauna feel, no ventilation.

Great beach. Special permits issued for movie filming that day. Cars on pre laid mats so can be driven on the beach. Our car was moved and immediately was stuck. No traction on the very fine sand!There is ample car parking spaces for normal visits and rest room facilities.

This beach parking lot was easy to get to, had cheap parking for the day and was a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. I would come here again.

Great park with an actual building that has multiple bathrooms. Parking is economical at 2.50 an hour or $15 max per day. Easy access to Cocoa Beach. Lots of grass and picnic tables. Also outdoor showers. Nice place to start and end your day at the beach.

Great peaceful Beach ring the chair enjoy the water and the sounds. Bathroom near the airport shower if you need to or wash your feet off from the send.

Beach was nice enough, certainly nothing special though. You have to pay to park which is ridiculous because MOST beaches have free parking and are at least as nice or nicer than this.

The Sidney Fischer Beach was gorgeous! We saw a great heron just waiting for a surf fisherman to catch a throwaway fish. It seemed so intelligent. The parking was $15 for the day or $2.50 per hour. In the end with the tame heron made our day.

Great for walking along the shore. You can look for shells as well as just lay back and relax. Swimming is another story large patches of seaweed gets in the way. But hey Im from Hawaii home to some of the Most gorgeous beaches in the World, problem I work, so this was well enjoyed.

Having the life guards at the Fisher park is the best thing for all of us. We prefer Sidney Fisher Park because of its cleanliness and our wonderful park rangers.Thank you!

Theres a restroom and outdoor showers to clean up after the beach. A picnic area, lifeguards and the parking lot you can pay by how many hours you intend to stay instead of paying for all day.

Around 50 parking spots close to the beach but restrooms need a lot improvement

A small, family-oriented, beach-side park with covered picnic tables. Short walking distance to the beach - about 100-150 meters/yards. The beach is small and wasnt packed with beach goers. Bring your beach chairs and umbrellas. The park and beach are clean and has a restroom, which I didnt use.

Windy this time of year but nice cocoa beach

Cheap parking. Clean beach, amazing view. Traffic leading to the park is a little heavy though, since there are couple touristy areas right before the parks entrance.

You have to pay 15 dollars for parking and a walk to the beach. Great waves, little crabs scurrying on the sand. No chairs or shade be sure to bring your own. Showers on the way back to parking. If I went again I would drive on a ways to Coco beach boardwalk. I heard its worth it.

Have been using this location for years, the prices have certainly gone up from $5 to $15 for parking. This park does have a bathroom, however it is small and hot (no circulation). There are showers which is nice. They have recently re-paved the parking lot which is nice, but I do not like the new system on paying, especially since there is no ticket to put in your car as proof of pay. There used to be a single pay station and road blockers on it so you had to pay to get in, now people can just drive in and possibly not pay. Good location, next to a publix, dollar store, and restaurants. Also has a childrens park, and pavilion patio area.

Great family beach park. Even had some amazing ice cream from Cosmos ice cream truck.

We love Cocoa Beach! Its nowhere near as crowded or touristy as Volusha county beaches and theres no driving on the beach. I find the locals are more friendly as well. There are many public parking areas to access the beach as well.

Nice place to check out. The beach is beautiful and the sunrise is breathtaking. Make it a point to see it, then go back to sleep for a few hours!

This place is absolutely infested with fire ants. Bring your kids to this playground with extreme caution. Theres a fire ant mound just about every three feet in the entire grass area of this park and they are very fast aggressive ants. Beware!

The beach was super nice and laid back. My family had a really great time here and plan to return in the near future.
