Grew up here as a child and now 16 years later i still love this place as much as i did when i was 5. Now that its a free park run by the city, its even better.

I went here a few years ago when I was still a skate board rider and have just recently returned as a pro sponsored scooter rider and when they wouldnt let me in i went ok and grabbed my board so I could try something different the park has changed so it is more of a pro rider level not good for beginnersedit: ok so i just went back to the park to find out i cloud go in i now can confirm that is a flow park but still not for begeners

Awesome skatepark I have to say top 3 in Brevard County hands down. The bowl is amzing with a huge capsule as well. Also has a little street style area as well.

Now a free park. Pretty nice, not too crowded. Pretty sure I wont be going upside-down on that bowl!

This skatepark is great. Plenty of features. Restrooms on site and plenty of seating for spectators. My son is learning to skate and the park offers plenty of confidence building ramps.

A free community park that excludes a large part of the community.(bmx and scooters) The only public park to allow them is in west Melbourne. It is utterly ridiculous that they can build a public park in Titusville and Cocoa Beach and then exclude entire groups of people. Ever since Paradise funplex was closed, there is absolutely nowhere for BMX to ride. Only other option is to drive to ORLANDO on a WEEK NIGHT, pay money and only get to ride for 3 hours. I am in no way hating on skaters. But Im sure they would be angry and upset to see a brand new park then in giant bold letters seeing NO SKATEBOARDS, as if they were a nuisance to the extreme sport community. If you want to help a community, help the whole community and stop discriminating against other extreme sports.

Its lonely there... Hardly anyone goes anymore. The ramps are still pristine and great for skating. Its a shame its not utilized more.

Wish the city would spend some time redoing the park, and how come its not opened early on summer? Wanted to skate at 8 am, and its LOCKED.

Bugs will eat you alive some nights but good bowl sections. No pro shop or concessions... But Catalyst is right down the street and has the basics.

Now that the city has began to run the a Skate Park hopefully they will maintain this World Class Park and keep it in clean n good running order as it was before... Also would like to see some Refreshment sales or at least an Improved Water Fountain so guests n Children can Stay Hydrated, Very important...!

ATTENTION: THESE HOURS ARE NOT CORRECT! Next time I go, I will upload a picture of the park’s hours, because I can’t remember all of them at the moment, but I can tell you for sure that IT DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 12 NOON ON SATURDAY! We were terribly disappointed when we arrived at 10 am this morning, per the hours listed on Google, only to find out it doesn’t open for another 2 hours! This has no effect on my review of the park though, I just wanted to make everyone aware. In regard to the park itself, I’ve never been inside the gates, but my son and his friends go here literally every single day of the week! No exaggeration. My favorite part??? IT’S FREE!!! I cannot think of many, if any, other places where the kids (and adults) can have this much fun ALL DAY/NIGHT for FREE!! Not to mention all of the additional benefits... the exercise, the fresh air, children engaging in actual human interaction... until my son started going to the Skate Park with his friends everyday, I really felt like all he did/cared to do (if I would allow it) was play video games and watch videos on YouTube!!! I LITERALLY FEARED I WOULD HAVE TO GET HIM INTO TREATMENT FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE ADDICTION!!! Yes, it sounds kind of funny saying it now, but I remember the horrible reality of the situation... the fear for his well-being... the guilt/failure I felt for letting the situation get to that point! Words simply cannot describe how thrilled and RELIEVED I am for him to be off the electronics, and outside having fun with other kids his age!!! As cheesy/corny as this may sound, it is truly my hope that Cocoa Beach Skatepark can bring your family the same happiness it has brought to ours!! ️
