My cousin always has her sons Birthday party in the Rec Room. Clean, has a kitchen and bathrooms. Its a decent size area for events of all sorts. Theres also a pool but i dont know the deals for it.

Not sure what’s happening with the park. It used to be very family friendly and the management isn’t keeping up with it. We would really like for it to go back to the old ways!

Crackhead junkie central! The management is a joke. Horrible foaing at the mouth morons. This park used to be family friendly and amazing that all changed in 1999. Its went so far down hill. They stopped putting in safety bumps due to cost and people go 40 mph through the park. Fires all the time health hazards, junk homes and trash overflowing to the street. Hoarders... Disgusting. Rent is expensive the pool is almost never open anymore. Used to be April 10th through October 25th every year! The hours were 5am to 11pm. The park used to be safe, it used to be home. After the reeds took over it dived into a nightmare and just got worse.

I havent used the pool in a year and a half. Opening dates keep getting postponed. They had all winter to fix the pool. There is no communication going on between all these managers. No one knows what is going on!

Big changes on the horizon for Mountain View Acres. Dedicated owners, making this park a great place to live.

Its okay, rent is average for chico mobile parks and the new manager is very nice so all in all not too bad.

I agree with others on here about condition of the trailer park. If I could afford to move my mobile home out of here I would. Rent goes up every year while park quality goes down. Ugh

Park went downhill. Owners let go professional services that kept park decent. Pool service gone, no more lot inspections which means broken down cars and junk in space lots. Way to much to list. Dont rent space here.

Management is terrible poor communication, they management rudely interrupts you and tell you they they don’t have time to listen to you, they are completely disrespectful, they came into my yard without asking to work on septic, made false accusations of me leaving trash in the parking lot because my car was parked there, and they don’t listen to a thing you have to say
