Ive been here for a few months and im not happy Ive been accused of a few things ide rather not mention but thats ok until the other day one of the other tenants was talking very loudly and my friend over herd him mention the owners name. This has gotten out of hand i dont need people yelling and telling neighbors im doing something im not and management doesnt seem to be able to do anything about it

I have lived here for a year and the park is changing because of the fire in paradise. Its a good change but the park needs to take a more positive hands on approach to park. You can not run a 221 house park with just a few people. To many things that are not addressed until they feel like getting to them. The cant see it from my house attitude.

This place is so much nicer now. Good call on the help with the camp fire people. New homes coming in. Spending money on the place.

My dad lives here and I come by to visit and hang out with him at least once a week. He has lived here for about 3 years now and from my experiences here with him its a great place to live. Its peaceful and quiet and well maintained. There is a very strong sense of community here. There is always some community event or another that is getting ready to happen. The swimming pool is safe and clean. I enjoy spending time here with my dad and I am happy he lives in such a great place.

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding of a poor rating. I am very pleased with this park. It is very well maintained and operated! The park manager is very attentive and easy to work with!

Moved in here Jan. 5, 2000, my 2 sons and their dad still live here, used to be an awesome place to live shen Steve & Cindy managed the park, it was called the Meadows Mobile Home Park for many many many years

Its a nice trailer park. Well kept, roads are clean, trailers are kept nice and today for the most part.

Chapter 22 section 11 The Management cant even follow their own rules & regulations. I have never been served so many bullying/ non-legal, non-enforcible & harassing/ stressful letters in my entire 6-7 years of living here, then I have in the last 7 weeks. They mislead tenants of their rights.

The MEADOWS MOBILE HOME PARK fence and gate @ swimming POOL, check out the half ASS fixes, the OLD CRACKED cemented in post @ GATE. Park manager Jolene Dobbs says our 5 teens BROKE the gate, it is obvious the GATE is made of IRON although our boys are very STRONG no way in HELL they could break an IRON gate. Now if you look around the IRON post in the ground next to where the GATE closes you can clearly see that due to all the years of gate being opened and slamming shut (as gate closes hard due to retractable spring closing device) the OLD concrete in the POST hole has cracked & broke away from post which has caused the IRON FENCING to move back and forth allowing the gate to be pulled open even locked. No way in HELL did our 5 boys in the park break any gate as Jolene has BLAMED them of doing!!! Ive had enough of the HARRASSMENT from this park manager. As I researched I discovered Ms. Dobbs has a current RO (RESTRAINING ORDER) for HARRASSMENT, She goes for review in front of a BUTTE county Judge on April 7, 2014, wonder how she will LOOK with a new case? Not a THREAT a PROMISE stay away from our kids Mrs. Dobbs you may want to APOLOGIZE to Forrest, Thomas, Esai Garcia, Arturo Naranjo, Jason Boots and their parents for FALSELY ACCUSING these 5 for something 25+ years of use by many residents in your 212 unit trailer park have caused not 1 night of being locked out of the hot tub because Jolene decided to HATE on kids NIGHT! Take a look everyone @ ALL UNSAFE HALF ASS FIXES ON A FENCE AROUND A PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL in a FAMILY MOBILE HOME PARK!!!
