A very quaint and relaxed senior mobile home park. I highly recommend this park to any senior looking for a good place to retire in peace. Very nice public areas and quiet wide streets.

Tell your gardner or whoever he is that its extremely impolite to continue leaf blowing leaves and dust into the face of people walking on the side walk. Next time Im grabbing it and blowing it into his face

My Grandma lives here and has for a while so Im guessing they are pretty awesome because she doesnt tolerate B.S.

Many people over the years have lived here. My great grandmother lived here for her final yrs. And currently have friends that live here. The grounds are always nice and clean, the pool and hot tub stay clean . great location for elderly people .

Wonderful place for seniors.

My mom lived there 9 yrs. Ago. They have since changed ownership, so not sure what it is like now. It still looks nice and clean. Its a senior living mobile park.

This is where the Chico Grammys and Gramps can be found! Always a wave and smile from the Chihuahua walkers and the kids love the pool time with the oldsters in the summer. We visit often but alas are not vintage enough to reside there. If you like Kool aid and potato salad this is your crowd. And, who doesnt like those things?

I would really have to say that Casa De Flores gets 0 stars. I walked in to visit my friend and the manager harassed me to no end .... When I asked why she was being so rude to me she replied and I quote I DONT LIKE THE WAY YOU LOOK. Wow I have never been more insulted in my entire life. I am a really nice guy. So my opinion is she should be fired as quickly as possible. She really was rude and nasty to me for absolutely no reason what so ever.

My mom and dad lives there. People are very friendly, hot tub is amazing. Weve got 3 more years until were 55, planning on moving there.

Ive been here 10 years and think it is one of the best kept parks you could chose. Yes we have our characters, but so does any place on earth.

Quiet, peacefully community.

If you dont like barking dogs, youll hate it here. And management does nothing to stop the barking. At least there is a 3 dog per trailer limit.

I live at Casa Dr Flores. And I,m disappointed in what I have just read. It takes time to work indiffences out after all a lot of people live here.
