To be honest, it looks like they have replaced management from when I was there back in 2014. The good is that, it looks like the management is making sure that clean and decent people are living there. I drive by there occasionally to have a walk down memory lane. The sad part is that it looks like theyve gotten rid of most of the trees there, which was an attraction to me... I do think its gotten better for the most part, I would just like to see if they could plant some trees in the area just to provide shade... I understand if they dont though.

Great place to reside. Eddie takes very good care of the residents. He is a good guy, and keeps the riff raff out of there.

All I can say is wow! I had reservations at another place in Chico but was rejected due to my RV being more than 10 years old. I called around and when I told Eddy the owner what had happened he made room for me. I’m a single women 62 years old. All the parks are pretty full, but Eddy made sure I had a safe place to stay while in town to visit family and friends. I lived in Chico many years ago and this little park used to be a real mess. Eddy has worked hard to clean it up. I will stay there again the next time I’m in Chico. Thanks Eddy

Theyve been Superior as far as the needs heartfelt weary Travelers this is the place to be could undergo some mosquito maintenance other than that its a beautiful place and very well priced with all your trailer needs

Just trust me LOL. When the manager is 70 + years old and brags about his 38 year old live-in girlfriend it gets a little scary to think that you almost applied at this place.

Stayed here for 6 months while on a traveling assignment. Eddie, the manager is friendly and goes out of his way to help you feel at home. He puts in a lot of time to keep the park clean and neat.The location is close to downtown and about 5 minutes to Bidwell Park

Lots of dirt & very little grass. I didn’t use any facilities. We were just stopping over last minute.

Great place to live ! Especially have love for Eddie the park manager. He is honest , open and compassionate. Things you dont find everyday . Highly recommend this place!

I’m recently forced into the world of RV’sIn my sixties but new to motorhomes and with luck I ended up at Paramont There’s no secret about the appearance here after having all the older beautiful trees removed for safety reasons. But due to the manager’s Eddie and Melissa gave me such a warm welcome I was able to appreciate what really counts. I’m sure there’s other parks whose management can be friendly but Eddie loand me his personal equipment until I was able to purchase my ownAnd due to my lack of motorhome experience he has volunteered his help,!after dark and in the rain doesn’t matter he always makes me feel welcome beyond the business. My health is poor and on bad days Melissa has shopped and also done laundry for me. I’ve been all around this big world but never felt more welcome! And seems Eddies hours are 24/7You never know what time day or night he can be seen imaking the property secure ! I am very fortunate to have found my place here! And get to sit back and watch as it is brought back to its former bueatyMost sincerely Greg A

The transformation here is nothing short of miraculous! Its clean, drug/drug dealing and prostitute free. What was once dangerously dark and covered by trash is now open, bright and super safe (trash removed literally and figuratively). The new manager, Eddie, has a zero tolerance for anything or anyone that jeopardizes the park and its tenants safety. With onsight security and 24-hour video surveillance to ensure that everyone can sleep easier knowing that their home is their safe haven.

Have enjoyed the stay here. I am a traveling nurse and it is very convenient working at Enloe.

I give no stars. Eddie leavell is not to be trusted he is a list and shady. He has nothing better to do with his life than to get into other people lives. He is a horrible man and horrible manager.
