Manager has his van parked at the exit. This has made people almost hit me while I am entering and they are trying to exit. I once was entering while the manager Ben was trying to exit. He wouldnt let me through, he made me go out in reverse into Lassen Ave which was DANGEROUS! This all happens for leaving his trailer and van parked where the exit is, while he is just drinking and smoking on his porch.

Would give a 0 if possible. My friends lets my nephew park in her driveway, but the mean manager makes him move his car all the time. He always picks on my nephew and makes him feel anxious. Weve told the manager about our nephews autism and epilepsy, but he doesnt respect or even care.

Manager has spoken rude and used foul language on my nephew after he had a seizure. He got right in his face behaving really mean. My nephew is the only one he picks on all the time in this mobile home park. I would give this manager a negative Infiniti if I could.

Manager spoke very mean to me when just feeling how ripe an orange from a tree was. He used foul language and made my nephew anxious.

I have two very good friends that live there, I dont, but it was very clean and the pool was sparkling and everyone we saw was very friendly and waved to us. Seems like a nice place to live!
