Lisa, in Chico, wouldn’t stop talking to let me explain my situation re renting a space. I don’t have a monthly income to speak of. I write checks for bills, cash, etc. on my investment account. Lisa will not listen to me re my financial situation. I can get a simplified investment value statement. She also increased the rent $61 over the sellers rental cost and was so rude trying to make me understand the non refundable $35 application fee that I cancelled the whole purchase and rental process. Its a very good and quiet place for seniors to relax and enjoy the pool and the recreation room. The park is clean and quiet and it also has a place for people who live in their RV trailer.

I live here now and I am very excited about this new place. They do a lot of things that I love to do. Potlucks and cards and dominoes and a pool. What more could you ask for?

Quiet and peaceful area. Staff on site were kind and professional.

Nice clean park. Would love a hot tub for chilly days and evenings. Its April 30th and pool is not open yet. We will see if its heated. Joined Chico Sports Club for use of a hot tub and heated pool there. Club room does not include workout room and seems to be locked almost every time I have ventured over there except once and couldnt find the remote for the cable TV. All and all I give it 3.5 out of 5.

The actual park itself is ok. The management does not agree with the law of a 55+ park (which they claim to be ) and a 62+ park.The onsite manager Jean - believed to be Male, but I wont pre-judge orientation- enjoys his/her/etc. time by intimidating residents.Personally, I moved into my vehicle to escape the harrassment.(I am 39, disabled, and my lady is 56)

I have had very close loved ones that owned Mollie homes in this park. l also remember attending a surprise party for my father that was a blast Joe L McDaniel RiP. we miss u !

Its a very nice place to live. We have been in the park for 8 yrs. we used our motor home before that! The neighborhood watches out for each other also! Very important asset. Strict is good ! We thank gene & Bonnie for all their hard work. Genes wife is a sweetheart too

They keep raising monthly rent on the elderly who live on fixed income. Other than that its okay. The park is beautiful with its mature trees. The oldest mobile park for seniors in Chico.

Was performing a Home Inspection for a prospective resident; park appeared well maintained. Mobile Home Parks are complicated in terms of Management Personnel, infrastructure, and general population unless frequently visited. TBD.

Fantastic little RV park. The park is very clean, nice grassy areas to walk your dogs, really helpful management, nice shady areas, fenced in pool, great amenities, and near to the college, golf courses, shopping, etc. Try it! Youll love it.

My parents live there. It feels very safe, has lots of trees, and friendly neighbors.

I love this place its a great place to live if youre over 55

The park is nice and well maintained, but the management takes forever to cash rent checks, and is often out of the office when they say that theyll be there.
