Its appearance has really improved over the years. More new homes moving in, some old & raunchy places finally torn down and removed. The 1950s style metal playground definitely needs to be replaced with a plastic, safer model/design, especially since there are quite a few families with kids living here. The pool & jacuzzi look very clean. Furthermore, it would be great if there could be indoor activities in the clubhouse such as pool/pingpong table available to use, especially during the cold, rainy days. Overall, Im proud to be a resident here.

Needs lighting on streets too dark. But they are changing the park. Need to change the park maintenance.

Very quiet and super friendly management

Not a bad mobile home park to live in as long as you keep your space nice.

Space rent is cheap but the managers are two faced liars willing to do anything to make a dollar off you.
