The owner is an extremely nice guy. He is extremely helpful and will help with anything. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate what he has done for me. We need more nice people in the world like him. Ive been to The Color Cocktail Factory last year and I had amazing and memorable experience ever. Will be purchasing something again really soon. The class was awesome however they are impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been trying to pick up my artwork for months. Cannot seem to get someone to pick up the phone or answer an email.

Its a huge place. Every nook and corner of this place give a feel of art and craft. They have so many activities to offer ranging from painting, adult toy making, terrarium, glass painting, pottery painting etc. i got pretty good deal from groupon. The process of registration was quite straightforward. Our painting teacher was awesome and even though i am a beginner, my painting came out very nice. They guide you very well throughout. If you are stuck they will help you. But don’t expect they will make anything for you. Its your masterpiece and they want you to be whole sole owner of it. Its a BYOB, so just get your own drink and unravel the Picasso in you

Great experience. I have been to several classes that are offered here and I must admit that Im always satisfied. The instructors are always excellent. They are creative and are well equipped to help every level of artist complete a masterpiece. I wasnt sure I could complete a painting until I went to Color Cocktail Factory and was strongly encouraged by the instructor to be creative and enjoy. This simple direction turned into nice artwork and a night out to remember. The environment is great. Its comfortable, allowing everyone freedom to have a wonderful experience. I will for sure return to enjoy another class.

If youre looking for a date night, girls night or even a night out by yourself, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is inviting and very friendly. You do not have to worry if youre not an experienced painter, after you leave you will feel like you are. From the first paint and sip class I was hooked. Whenever I want to paint and have some fun I always think of the Color Cocktail Factory.

I love this business! I have taken quite a few of the paint and sip classes and it is always a good time. The instructors are always helpful and always are willing to take a picture of us with our artwork. I have only attended the paint and sip classes and I am looking forward to trying out some of the other projects they offer. I have also taken my daughter to the family paint class and she had a great time and are scheduling more of these sessions for future projects.

What a great place!! There are so many activities to choose from and my instructor was so helpful! I planned my sisters post wedding party for a wine and painting class and it was the best! We had such a fun time and it was surprisingly relaxing too! Looking forward to many more!!

The instructors were helpful, approachable and knowledgable. They made candle-making seem simple. The facility is very tidy (including the ladies restroom). The atmosphere is casual, laid-back, diverse with pretty good tunes! This was my second class here and I came alone this time but it certainly didnt seem like it. Highly recommended!

I had a great time doing one of the paintings! The painting looked difficult to do but the instructor laid it out step by step and made it really easy to follow along and gives you some creative liberty to make the painting your own if you want to. Its a great idea for a get together with friends and the paintings turned out great!

This was a great experience my husband and I made Bonsai trees and I enjoyed it so much I want to start making them for other people. The instructor was great and very knowledgeable. color factory is the best!!

What a fun time! We were looking for a last minute date night and stumbled upon Color Cocktail Factory on Groupon.  We came in and chose a piece of pottery to paint and had a blast! While we were working on our pottery, there were several other classes going on at the same time that we also wanted to try.  We will definitely back to try more types of classes!

I took my friend to the Make your own succulent class for a Christmas present and we had a fab time. The space is homey and the event was BYOB. Street parking is easy and the location is convenient. The instructors gave us enough direction and we learned essential tips to care for our plant. They give you plenty of materials to make your perfect planter. There is a good balance between directive and free time to chill with your friends and chat....definitely a unique way to spend time with others. I would go again to try their other classes.

This place was awesome! We went here and did the chicago van gogh. Our instructor was really fun and helped us when we struggled. I would for sure go back here

Came here for a terrarium workshop class. Beautiful space, very unique.. only con is that it was a little hard to find from lack of signage but the instructor was wonderful. She was very informative about terrariums.. I learned a lot.. I had a great time. I would encourage anyone to go & tap into your creative side & also have a relaxing day.. I hope you go & enjoy

I love this place. Well actually this is a new location. But Ya Ya, the owner is fantastic. Prices are unbeatable. Space is great and safe. We have so much fun painting and he or hid staff are all friendly and so helpful. Ive been painting with them since 2016 and Im still going back. They will start cooking classes soon too!!

This is hands down my favorite place to get creative. We always receive compliments on my pieces when we take them home. All because of the awesome instructors they have. Great place for date night or just hanging out with friends. I will definitely return!

We made these super fun terrariums for a bachelorette party. This place was great and there were so many supplies so you could really put your own spin on your art work. They did a good job of explaining and giving enough time in between steps to keep up with the instructor. They had other classes going on at the same time, but nothing was distracting. They have a lot to offer if you are in the creative mood!

Cool place to meet with friends, have a little drink and get crafty. Its BYOB so come prepared but they supply everything else youll need! I took a terrarium class and was pleasantly surprised to learn about the plants as well as pot them. Walking through the classroom you get to see many other projects that others have been working on and it will inspire you to come back

This was my first time doing a terrarium class and it was so much fun! I went w/ a group of friends and it was quite a few other people there and it was still a ton of space and materials to work with...It’s BYOB! So that’s always a great start to any night out lol, but seriously the instructor was really nice and helpful. I don’t remember the name, but it was also really great bar/restaurant in the area we went to afterwards that’ll be great spot before or after. Definitely look forward to going back for the paint class

My friends and I did the adult class to celebrate my birthday. We all enjoyed the class. The instructor was friendly and helpful to each of us. I would definitely come again. Parking and location was easy to find. Highly recommend!!! A must do!!!

I took my ladies to this place to make a terrarium, we had so much fun and loved the place. There are so many things that you can do: paint your own pet, painting landscapes, terrarium, color your cup, build any kind of souvenir with your own hands. Super place to connect with your friends and have something made by yourself! Easy to book and good price!Highly recommend it!

Second time coming here. It was a great experience. Great music, great atmosphere. Loved the painting. It was the one with the Eiffel Tower and the couple. The instructor was really sweet and helpful. Make sure you get there early, parking is hard to find. Again, great experience, great painting, highly recommend for a couple or group of friends.

I loved my experience last time so I brought my friends back. But the experience was horrible. Lots of classes were happening at the same time with only two people running around. There was no clear instructions or help. The material was old, dirty and used.

This was my boyfriend and mine’s first experience at the Color Cocktail Factory. We chose to do the terrarium class and it did not disappoint! Everything was included, including the glass, succulents, soil and all decorative material. They taught us how a terrarium works and how to care for our plant. I’m happy to say my plant is still alive and thriving! The folks there were very helpful with any questions and we enjoyed the laid back, casual setting. We will definitely be back to enjoy another class!

It was a spur of the moment date night on a Thursday. Both first timers at painting and pros at drinking so this seemed like it was a fit for my date and I. Our instructor was very outgoing and took her time helping each one of us out. Would definitely do this again! End product came out better then I expected!

Came here to with some friends to celebrate two of our birthdays! Its a BYOB place and the instructors are super nice and helpful for the sip n paint classes. The instructor explained everything super well, and there were other employees who came around to the tables to help us out too/ offer suggestions. Id definitely come back!

The Color Cocktail Factory provides a fun and unique experience that I highly recommend. I attended the Sip and Paint class where we created a Van Gogh–inspired Chicago skyline. All the art supplies are provided and you only need to bring a bottle of wine to tap into your creativity. The instructor guides you step-by-step through the process and ensures all attendees are on track with their creations. Even though everyone followed the same steps, it was interesting to observe how each persons final product was slightly different. I am extremely pleased with my final product that serves as a great talking piece. I am looking forward to attending another class.

I love this place!!! The atmosphere inspires you to create something cool and non-standard. On my fourth visit, I was accompanied by my mom and sister and we had an amazing night. The instructor was amazing. He offered one on one attention to all attendees. I will recommend Color Cocktail Factory to anyone inquiring.

This was my first time and I must say I had a really great time. I did the painting but my next visit I will do the molding. A great place for a ladies night or bachelorette party birthday party or just a let’s get out for a couple of hours type of night. Sip wine refreshments and enjoy yourself. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been recommending this place to my friends.

Had an awesome girl’s night out. I have been to the Pilsen location twice! The instructor is very passionate and guide you step by step into creating your painting! The room was spacious, and the great class size, about 15-20 people. Great experience and would recommend to anyone interested in art jamming!

My friend and I took an evening mosaic class at Color Cocktail! It was a great experience; our instructor was knowledgeable, willing to share ideas and give suggestions. But most importantly, she was encouraging and kept the atmosphere fun and functional!The location is great and fun—with a variety of various artistic expressions!! I have to say. This place is amazing! I’ve been going here since the start. Each time I am more and more amazed. They way they have grown so quickly, is awesome. The layout of this place is mostly open concept. They have a lot of room, for as many people in your group. They also have multiple classes daily and even multiple classes sectioned off at the same time. Honestly I bring everyone I know here, because the environment is so welcoming and fun.

Great place! The instructors are great and it’s a fun time messing around as a wannabe painter. They provide everything thing, so it’s great you don’t have to worry about bringing any materials. Very recomendable for a date night, group friends night out or for a kids afternoon event! Makes me want to paint more!

I had such an amazing time at Color Cocktail Factory. I bought a date night to this from Groupon for an amazing deal. When I arrived the instructors were so nice and warming. They allow you to bring your own bottle of wine and have a nice ice machine to go with it. They have everything set up with the drawing board and paints. They go step by step and guide you to have a master work of art and believe me Im the worst at arts and crafts. I would highly suggest this for a great date night or even a nice night out with a group of friends or your mom and aunts.

Fun place to have a girls night out! My friends and I attended the naughty nude painting event and had a great time! I love that its also a BYOB and they provide both cups and ice. The instructor was patient, calm and helpful. I am no Picasso, but I definitely learned some new things.

This was probably my favorite place to have “paint night”. The Artist was so much fun and the experience was great. We had a large group and every single one of us had a blast. I cannot wait to book another paint night. You are definitely going to enjoy your experience whether it’s your 1st or 50th. So much fun and another great piece of art to hang in my home.

Color Cocktail Factory is a great place for date night or a girl’s night. It’s a fun atmosphere with great staff members. Staff members also go at a slow pace for those who are artistically challenged. Plus, it’s BYOB and they provide cups. What a nice place.

This review for Mosaic class. It was very boring and instructor barely spent 20 mins with the class in total. Then he was in and out.It was like: here is a glue and here is tiles pieces, you guys go and put them togther.Not much variety of raw materials.Nevertheless, they were very nice and welcoming.

Color Cocktail Factory was so much fun! They have a wide range of classes, skilled instructors, and a relaxed setting perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. I had a blast at both classes Ive done there!

Been to 3 classes with Color Cocktail Factory now. Two were at different locations and all three times were with different instructors, but each class was great. It is a great place to de-stress, have fun with friends, and if you are interested in painting as a hobby, it is a great place to test out techniques with an instructor there to help guide you and answer questions. The other great thing is that no two paintings at the same class look the same, but in the best way! I love that I can go with a group of friends and we all walk away with slightly different versions of the image.Also, they have an AMAZING variety of paintings and images. I havent been to any of their glass making, mosaic, or terrarium classes yet, but I hear they are great.

I attended a sip and paint on a Sunday afternoon. We were a small class and I appreciated that. The place gave me inspiration and all the tools were provided before class. We were done painting within 45 minutes. Then our instructor left to clean brushes and we were alone for the rest of the time — no further instructions were given. At one point the other participants and myself wondered if we were free to go or if there was anything after. There wasn’t a connection with our instructor or even a sense of teaching. She didn’t walk around to provide suggestions or help and I feel that’s important as a paying client. It was good for a one-time experience.

The paint and sip was very fun! The atmosphere was great, the music was great and the company was amazing. It’s definitely a networking opportunity. I will definitely return for more classes.

I had a wonderful time during one of the soap making classes with my girlfriend! We had such an amazing time and the instructor was phenomenal! Will be returning soon with groups.

I have 5 paintings and 2 clay sculptures from Color Cocktail factory. The instructors are very cool and help out without moving too fast. They assist if you’re stuck on something and they make sure everybody’s project is complete before they leave. They take photos for you and let you host parties for big groups. Booking online is fast and easy and the location is convenient.

This place is great to sip and learn. You will learn a mix of technique and how to paint different styles. The atmosphere is great and all you need to bring is a bottle of your favorite drink. I highly recommend this place for a great night out before or after dinner.

I have been a costumer of the Color Cocktail factory since 2017 and can’t imagine participating in any another Sip n’ Paint program. Not only are the teachers TALENTED beyond belief, PATIENT, & inviting. They are FUN. The instructors extend themselves as if they are friends taking the class with us! Think of them as your artistically inclined bestie.

Came here a a couple times as a Girls Night Out event and loved it. Yaya was our instructor. He is very patient, and explains each step thoroughly to help you through with your masterpiece. In the end, you get a great souvenir that you can put on your wall and admire! Make sure you sign up to get their emails as they often have great sales!

I went twice for different activities. One was the BYOB Nude painting and the second was for the ash tray and pipe class. The instructors are informative and walk around to ask if anyone is in need of help. I will definitely return soon.

Great location and big space. We had a group of 10 girls for a terrarium class but not much attention was given by the instructor and the class was very rushed and ended in less than an hour. The instructor did not explain the steps well at all and it was very hard to hear him.

I love the class. I went for my birthday in December and me and my friends had a wonderful time. We painted the Chicago river walk and it was easy and Yahya was very helpful and detailed. He even help the guest that was late play catch up.

It’s a very nice experience. We had fun in the ~2 hours drawing activities. You don’t need any drawing experience to finish a beautiful painting!

It was a great experience, this was my first time out there at a painting class and YaYa made it very easy for me. He is fantastic to work with, the canvas was ready, colors were laid out and brushes were provided. He breaks the entire excercise into small pieces that are easy to implement, and then slowly the painting comes together. I will go again, in fact I have already been there twice. Being out there is a pure joy

I honestly love this group!! I’ve done 4 or 5 classes here within the last 6 months. I plan to do a lot more with them. Yahya is a fun instructor, I’ve had him for all of my classes.

Went there on a girls night to their terrarium building class, not only was the teacher very nice and helpful but it was so much fun especially since it was BYOB. They had a painting class starting as we were leaving so I’ll definitely have to go back to try it.
