Great UNC landmark.
One of my favorites places in Chapel Hill, walk through there at night is very romantic, I feel this road is a gift from the state to everyone. Thank you.
The Bell Tower is quite picturesque, and is surrounded by a nice hedge circle. The bells chime every hour on the hour like a classic European villages church tower. It makes for a nice atmosphere up on North Campus especially on a breezy morning!

Pretty tower that rings every 15 minutes. You cant go inside but its nice to sit by or take pictures with/under.
Cool place to visit and good photo opportunities
Graduating seniors can climb up once a year on a set day. I wish there was a way for the public to access it via a guided tour or some other option however.
